"Dammit! Well at least I got my suitcase back..." NVE was interrupted by the water heater explodeing. "CRAP!" He cursed, now covered in water. NVE took off his fedora and put on a a red baseball cap with the words PIZZA GUY written in marker. He dried off the fake mustashe and got a pizza box and stuck grenades in it. NVE went over to Bone's room and knocked. "I have-a a pizza for the guy-a who lives-a here...a." He said in a fake Italian accent.

Bones answered the door.

"You deliver pizzas? I deliver food too, sometimes. Want to know what I deliver?"

[Monfrox]

Monfrox took a break from her music battles and went outside to see Bone and NVE. She walked up to Bone and looked at him. "Quit it, will ya? Leave the poor guy to his business." She said, folding her arms over her chest, leaning against the wall, and giving Bone a very stern look.

Monfrox laughed. She was trying to play catch up, but she was already ahead. And with her next song, she would send her packing. "Checkmate, girly." She chuckled as she played the song.

The sleek, ebony limousine pulled in front of the apartment block. A man hurried out, obviously quite fearful. Before he could reach the back door, it swung open.

"Thank you for being incompetent, Lazareth."

His driver, bodyguard and friend looked down at his feet, ashamed. Shady took a careful step out, a briefcase in hand.

"Get the suitcase."

Lazareth hurried to the trunk, popping it open and following Shady as he set a brisk pace for the door. His suit, which was of the finest Italian silk, seemed as flexible as casual wear-it wasn't stiff, as many were. With his free hand, Shady wiped the curtain of hair falling into his face, a sly smile placing itself on his face.

"Sir, you g-got the b-best apa-apartment, r-r-r-right?"

Shady nodded, pushing the door open with a measured hand. Some weirdo sat at a desk, and seemed to be the manager.

"I have the penthouse. Give me the key."

It wasn't a polite question, but a command, as Shady was accustomed to giving. His cold, acid stare befell the man, making it clear that he should do as told to. Lazareth fell behind Shady, setting himself straight and asking his friend,

"Do you have the key?"

Turning his stare to Lazareth momentarily, Shady said coolly,

"Of course, take yourself up. I'm just making good friends with this poor, ignorant American."

Lazareth looked down again. Though he had felt the man's stare and his sharp tongue for ten years, it still hurt as much as ever.

Lazareth snorted; Shady elbowed him thrice in the face. Nose bleeding, he tried to fade into the background.

The explosion rocked the door, but it held. Smoked wafted through the crack underneath. Bones smiled and got out from behind the couch, turning to walk back to his bedroom. As he glanced out the window, a box labeled "Room Rebuild Kit" flew by on rockets.

Grabbing Lazareth's hair, he threw him ahead.

"Come on."

Lazareth stuck his tongue out; luckily, Shady didn't notice. As he took long, graceful strides, Lazareth clumsily stumbled along. Rolling his eyes, Shady wondered at all the noise.

"Lazareth, shut them up."

The man hurried up to Monfrox's room. He knocked, and said a bit loudly,

"Ma'am, I've been told to tell you to shut up."

Shady, on the other hand, arrived at the apartment room. Opening the door with the lamented paper key, he nodded briefly. It wasn't great, but it would do. He looked out the window, and saw a crappy green Honda pull up.

"Finally, Alice is here."

The woman ran up, and knocked. Opening it, Shady said,

"Get the silk sheets and velvet blankets ready. Put up the curtains, put up my desk, have the plasma TV put up, get me luxury catering and bring in Amenti."

Amenti was Shady's beloved cat, the little black-and-white rascal. Sitting in a computer chair, Shady waited for the tasks to be completed.

"No Penthouse? I could have you killed for such nonsense, commoner!" came a shout, before a man dressed in extravagantly colored, silk clothing entered the complex's office astride a magnificient black Arabian steed, the horse clad in equally as colorful silk garments. Behind this man and his horse followed a large group of men in much simpler white rags, obviously designed for living in the arid, burning hot deserts of their homeland, Lancearc. "No matter, I could have one built in a day if I so choose. Perhaps I will do so later." the crown prince said, sliding off of his horse. Several of the men in the white robes rushed to their knees to be used as steps by the prince, while all the others bowed. "As you may well know I am the His Holy and Omnipotent Highness, the Crown Prince of my home and--of course--the only guest here worth bowing to. Fits, doesn't it?" Lance continued with an arrogant air of majesty.

"The finest room you have and nothing less is acceptable, if you would."
