"Other than pausing time? Not really. I don't have any way to climb up there to mess with it. I suppose you can try to detonate it while it's just hanging in the air? You'll still have some effects, though."

NVE appeared out of a time vortex in the Fallout shelter carring a (larger on the inside) suitcase that contained all of his property. "I love time travel!" he said warmly.

Bones and co. managed to get to their apartment in time and de-anchor it. They were safe. He put Giovenith back on the ground.

"Sorry about that, but time was of the essence. You don't want to be out in the open when a nuke strikes, trust me. We should be safe here."
