That could work, but I would be playing a lot of NPC's then. How about we all take a NPC or two? LIke I could have China and the USSR and Veltek could have the UK and Ireland or something. That way I don't just control like twenty extra places.

I'll take Ireland aswell as my own nation, if it makes it easier, since I'm the UK anyways, I could control them both.

Nah, I would say just incorporate them into your RP sensibly. Take the recent WW2 RP Krumbia set up. There was only a handful of countries, so we just role played invading an NPC ourselves, with the rule that you had to make a number of posts before your invasion was successful.

But wouldn't it be easier instead of me controlling all the NPC's for each of us to control a small amount of NPC's?

What I'm saying is instead of anyone controlling NPC's, we just incorporate what we would expect them to do in our own posts. For example, If I invaded an NPC, I would give both my troop movements and the opponents troop movements. It requires maturity and trust that fellow RPers do not godmod, however I'm sure we're all decent enough posters to avoid that.
