Its just I am wondering what the point would be?
you know the doctrine of the Russian Navy is more or less Submarine warfare
and aircraft carriers being called heavy aircraft-carrying missile cruisers
and add in the cost plus to make them and the fact im modernizing my military I'm just not sure
But Aircraft Carriers are a symbol of Power and do help a lot in naval battles.... :unsure:

Yeah during big wars I recommend 16-24 pages = a year

Dude, do whatever the heck you feel like. As long as it's not godmodding, blatantly inaccurate, or offensive in any way, shape or form. Unless it is IC. Then it's allowed to be "somewhat" offensive, if it matches your country.

Well I told him we had another Mexico but he blew me off and said "he would play for him while he was offline" and that "he said I could take his place"
Funny thing was when Real Mexico Showed up he had no clue what happened

Yes that is a well researched source (mine wasn't either just a news report)
the point is we can both make cases for why ours is better
Besides if he wants longevity he should by Russian (they won the war because They could produce these tanks in large numbers rather than using awesome yet expensive and complex tanks like the Nazi did)
And what are the Best for tanks? Armor strength? Ability to be mass produced? Durability over the years?
