It is the year 2368,the Federation is in power in the alpha quadrant.The Klingons also have some power,but is is limited.You get to choose a star trek gov.You can choose the=
Federation
Klingons
Romulans
Andorians
Delphin
Borg[you can only have 20 cubes]
Fengi
Cardassian
Vulcan
Bajorian
Or create your own!

Next choose your gov. and get started!

If you don't know about the races search it.
Also choose the number of ships you have.[under 600]

Also, I know that Vulcans are part of the Federation, but I believe they are powerful enough to serve as a seperate entity.

And is this the ST2009 or TOS universe?

OOC: Not to be a know-it-all...but 2368 was not Kirk's era...it was Picard's. Kirk's era would be 2268.
I still wish to send praises to you for doing a Star Trek simulator thread on NS, as not very many NS'ers have done one.
