The fields went on for miles with no buildings to break the sightline. This was the view that Headmaster Burim Vulaj saw through the window of his office. The Headmaster had a big smile on his face, clearly showing his excitement. The school had finally been opened to international students, which would definitely be a good thing for the Krutje Standard School. Most people living in Krutje have never had interaction with foreign people, especially with people their own age. The Headmaster had sent out the invitations to the international education community, praying that at least somebody would sign up.
The school could only claim to have fifteen students. This was not all that surprising in a town the size of Krutje. Of these fifteen students, ten are male and five are female. Krutje made history in Leshnje for being the first school in the country to allow boys and girls to attend the same school. Now, many have followed in their example. Perhaps now, Krutje will make history once again for being the first Leshnjar school to allow foreign students.
