Wellllll, offensive and defensive practices, first individually, then with the rest of your team, but for six hours, and they stretch it out. Also, sprint back and forth 50 yards and do 20 pushups each time you get to one end and 19 situps on the other end. You have to do that until there are 0 pushups and situps you have to do (they subtract 2 each time you do either a pushup or situp)
