I would laugh when the spawn does exist though. Some sort of monstrosity caught in limbo between life and death, since Malal's technically not alive by normal understanding.
And Malal should be lost in a dimension at some time. Like he gets stuck in there when Nyarla is 'killed' and has to wait in order to be let out, since he lacks dimensional warping capabilities.

Considering Nyarlathotep can battle Malal to a stand still, and the Shard of Azathoth will be at least several times her strength, she might banish Malal to a different dimensional plane so he isn't ripped in half.

I might make some sort of fighting system, but only for when you're in boss battles and I'll make it so you guys don't have to do calculations.

This is partially so I can pace the boss fights a bit (because Loki and Gabriel were pathetic) and so I can occasionally kill/wound characters and blame it on the dice/math.

But you guys personally wouldn't have to do any math at all, I'll make sure of that.

If you have one PC, this guy has standard powergrid (before any changes are done due to AWB/EH bonus and story bonuses)
If you have two, you lose two points in general "physical" categories as well as one point in magic skills.
If you have three, you lose three points in general "physical" categories as well as two points in magic skills.

And so on.

Only one character of yours may receive AWB/old Elfen High bonuses. And it goes without saying that if Character 2 wasn't in Arc 1, he doesn't get the +3 point bonus.

Edit your apps for these, as well.

Upsides: More realistic, enjoyable and well-paced fights. Nobody can be called for godmodding on such a system. Teamwork means something.

Downsides: You guys lose some creative control and autonomy and I, the OP, gain even more power, something I don't particularly care for.

I don't have a set system yet, this is just a suggestion.
