I say that Siberia can claim the east and north (didn't want to go too far, I'm inexplicably using a map without him on it), and a Manchurian RPer can claim the south.

I split the rest of Siberia between you and Korea, there was too little land left between the two of you for any worthwhile nation to pop up.

I kinda figured no one would actually try to make a country out of that little strip, but at the same time I thought it would give me just a little bit more power than I wanted.

You could have the territories you didn't want be just that; Frontier territories, where the government has little jurisdiction and has become a home to outlaws on the run, and anti-government insurgents.
