I sent a link to a person I know. He likes to go in as Nepal, so I am hoping he'll take that land between Russia, Afghanistan, Pink China, and Thailand.

You'd be fighting on Afghan lands, on Afghan terms. There is no victory.

Also, I actually do plan on a series of revolts, civil wars, and revolutions to take place later on.

If there are any Communist/Socialist/Leftist revolts, expect Commonwealth intervention, either in resources, land-lease weapons, cash, or even expeditionary forces.

Austria will probably erupt into a Civil War between the Grand Regime and the Communists.

Brief Alternate History: After the socialist revolutions and the gaining dominance of leftist ideas over the western world, a few French government leaders gathered together and formed the Anti-Communist Party, a group dedicated to the eradication of Communist sympathies in their homeland. This began to pick up quickly due to large scale propaganda films and programs funded by wealthy industry moguls who wished to see their political opposites kept at bay. Soon, the Anti-Communist Party gained a large enough backing to attempt to bully the current President into stepping down. The following refusal sparked a small war, with the majority of southern states siding with then-General Paget, leading to the forming of a highly industrial dictatorship centered around Lyon.

Describe the state of your Nation's Economy: A large military production industry heads the lead of the Grand Republic's economy. With several iron mines littered around south France, mining minerals to produce other exports is also a huge business, although domestically it is not enough to keep the war machine going without foreign imports.

Retail centers have been built in most towns and cities to sell some goods, though they are not the crowning jewel of the economy. They are mostly government-backed superstores that produce and sell foods and basic luxuries like alcohol.

Despite the top-quality state of the French economy, much of it's success is determined by it's allies and economic partners for cheap goods and the purchase of arms. When prices are relatively cheap, the factories create a large gain in treasury size. When the prices of imports are expensive, however, the same factories benefits may barely outweigh the cost to run them.

Describe the state of your Nation's Military: Numbers of volunteers are high, and an annual draft is completed at the beginning of each year. With moderate size and a steady influx of small arms and munitions, the army of France is able to readily defend it's land. Propaganda rages throughout the nation's theaters, condemning those who demand the government "share and play nice," whilst also lionizing the builders of their own fate, the everyman who works for his family for many years, eventually rising in his job to become his own boss. Along with these heroes are soldiers, who are shown as towering mountains of men who lay down their rifles and their swords for their mothers and loves, at least one of them being the love of France and her great people.

The air force is relatively small but effective, focusing on fighters and interception aircraft as opposed to bombers, which are used predominantly for offensives. A medium-sized navy is also present, but looks to be aiming more at holding territory and seizing it, containing one of the world's first aircraft carriers.

Describe the state of your Nation's Populace: As stated above, the French populace remains happy with their moderate comfort and the seemingly close dream of becoming one of the rich elite. Bread and circuses run amok, with propaganda blaring in even children's toys. Though some other nations might declaim such normal lifestyles, without much excitement, the people of France seem to be more than happy of their standings. There is little unemployment and poverty, and those that do choose to not work are whisked away to horrid places of smoke and steam. Many do not return.

Describe the state of your Nation's Foreign Relations: One may define the foreign policy of the Grand Republic by this; if you hold a hammer in one hand and a sickle in the other, you shall soon be holding a bullet- in your head. Though the nation does not actively declare war on such nations every day, tensions rage between France and her socialist peers.

Nations that provide many of the primary imports to France's factories are known to be rewarded with cheap war materials and the means to use them effectively. Some, even, that show great importance to the French economy and culture are put in propaganda films as "Friends of France," the stereotypes of such nations shown with a deceivingly friendly and beneficial spin on them.

As much as I enjoyed the app, we have two claims to France. The other claim has been here a lot longer, I've shot the guy a telegram telling him to work this out with the other France and telling him of this thread.

On another note I have learned it is difficult to write your fact book while at the same time babysitting, right now I have him watching 4 episodes of the Justice League, on loop. We have the watched the same 4 episodes 3 times...I wonder how long I can keep this up...

I'm starting to do that now, quite difficult to keep saving it every minute considering I am his FAVORITE cousin and must spend every second with him...I get small breaks when my parents take him away, but that's about it.
