So, I guess the language of the Ultanshi is something everyone knows? (I'd prefer if not everyone knew it though, it sort of eliminates the reason they have one. Id figure English was a standard language.)
Its also called 'Raimah', their language. If you compared it to a real language, it would be a mix between German and English.

Well, no. I figured since you knew the Vika, they probably knew you guys, and hopefully some of your language. And since the Veritch know you, we'd know some of your language. And then we could hopefully communicate.

Well thats the thing, they do not really know each other. I mean, they know of each other, but not really anything about them. Since the Rim was in the Navy, he was bound to see other species, so he was taught what they look like and the such.
