Tyranid Expansions in Reddish. That's not current, but developing. Circles are Hive Fleet locations that just sit there, ominously.

Actually, that has happened before. A separate Hivemind develops much the same way people develop multiple personality disorder.

You have no idea how bad these guys can get! They're already almost at a level where most of you won't have a hope in hell. Before long it will take a planetwide alliance to drive them back, and soon after that they'll overrun us. I'll see how quickly they're expanding before deciding on punishment though. The civil war thing could work. Just remember that any land they capture will take decades, if not centuries, to make fertile again.

Yeah, but they have to go through other people to get to me. OOC, the Tyrannids scare me to death. IC, the Veritch don't even know what a Tyrannid is, have no idea what they do, and probably wouldn't care too much even if they did know.
