James got a text from one of his buddies, telling him where the Rehabed were (outside of a skyscraper that used to belong to Nicholas Carry, whom you may remember as the man who assigned the mission that drove the plot of the first Arc, and the man who owned the bomb). This is also the location of the bomb, which worried James quite a bit. They stole a car from the Calacas (who James killed) and drove out to it. James left and told Fred and Richard to sneak into the Rehabed's RV, but they are currently be held at gun-point by two guards, who don't seem to like guns very much.
