Is this a strategy to encourage people to read it?
Also, I suggest to all eventual APS readers to skip Chapters 1 and 2, and possibly even 3 , and only read the Recaps. Chapter 4 and the ongoing 5 are awesome.

Somewhat.
The Only is a different dragon, a minion of Leviathan's. And Smokeless Fire has nothing to do with it.
