When I originally made the app he was 14, but then you all said that was stupid, so I bumped it up to 16. He turned 17 in the time between arcs.

Damien was 14 when I started with him (reboot Damien, I mean). Then he became 16 by arc 2.

With Peter it isn't so much genre savviness as it is paranoid delusions that there is some conspiratorial entity controlling everything.
Granted, he's right, but that doesn't change why he's thinking the way he is.

A few nearby Jasper residents saw the kiss and unfortunately were not hit by the "Relax-o-vision".

They killed themselves minutes later.
