Just for fun(and for understanding), how is our characters views on the others?
Thomas has alot of respect for Johann, he trusts him, and listens to him.
Thomas is a little afraid of Scott, and is still afraid to piss him off, after the shooting.
Thomas really likes Kenny, and enjoys his kindness.
Rick and Thomas is also working very good together.
Thomas is still a little afraid of Allison, but not as much as he used to be.
Edit: I forgot Stryker. Well, Thomas does not like Stryker. He would love to give him a nice beating, but when Johann lets him be, so will Thomas.
Edit: Also forgot Li. Thomas trusts Li, as they were holed up for a while together at the police station, with only him, Thomas and Carl.

Johann is cynical and views most people with mild distrust, with the exceptions being Scott and a few others.

He's also very pragmatic and wants to see the good in people.

Scott's a disciplined professional, but he jokes around with people he likes. He's also a little overprotective of the group. He respects those with a military/law enforcement background. His trust must be earned.

Relations with other members of the group:

Johann - Heavily respected and trusted.
The Other Marshals - Not really known, but he trusts them.
Thomas - Not trusted, but Scott doesn't hate him.
Stryker- Hated and not trusted.
Alexandre - Hated and not trusted.
Stewart - Respected and trusted.
Kenny - Somewhat trusted and respected.
Li - Somewhat respected and trusted.
Zhang - Somewhat attracted to, but doesn't know her well enough to try anything. Trusted somewhat.
Allison - Respected and trusted.
Fong - Respected and somewhat trusted.
Yoni - Not much of an opinion, but trusts him somewhat due to his military background.
John - Not much of an opinion.

Allison's views on the people she can recall meeting:

Kenny - "Not much to say bout him except he acts like he and I know each other when we don't and that can get annoying fast."

Scott - "I like him. He's like a father-figure. Wonder how long he'd be able to put up with me."

John - "What an ass. I don't need him telling me about how dangerous it is out here all the time and I swear he wants in my pants. He tries it again and I'll cut off everything that sticks out."

Johann - "Anyone who can keep a camp of survivors from turning into anarchy has my respect."

The Marshals - "If they follow Johann, they must be good people."

Nick - "Yet another guy trying to tell me that I don't know shit out here."

Rick - "Seems like a pretty decent guy, and he did keep John from offing me, even though I'm sure I could've given him a run for his money. Isn't he an alcoholic, or was he just drunk driving that one time?"

Stryker - "Wasn't he that guy who stole the bus? Yeah fuck him."

Johann - Will follow him most anywhere. Good first impression after the meeting at the pharmacy.
Scott - Neutral, as he's not really familiar to Rick. Somewhat trusted.
Stryker - Obvious bloodsmear is obvious.
Thomas - Neutral. Drinking acquaintance.
Alexandre - Neutral. He led a bunch of walkers into camp, true, but he also saved everyone on the bus from a walker head. Third impression's the tiebreaker.
Doc Stewart - Neutral. Professional respect.
Li - Who?
John and Allison - Need to work out their issues. He's not really going to play mediator unless one of them is about to kill the other.
Kenny - Seems like a cool enough guy.
Zhang - Neutral.
Yoni - Doesn't know much about him.
