More so, considering that Nick and Scott didn't know about the truce that Shelton had brokered, while (obviously) Shelton was fully aware of the situation.
But what matters is what the PC's think. And Stryker and Co. think that Shelton broke the truce the first chance he got.
Also, as Shelton fades from your control, does that mean he becomes an NPC under OP control? Or did you intend to keep him as your character? Because if you want to take up another character, you'll have to drop either Shelton or Swift (reminder of the "two characters per player" cap).
I was planning on having the group leave or get expelled from the compound for some reason in the next few episodes. I can tell you right now, the compound isn't gonna' work as a long-term plot setting simply because I don't feel like dealing with it AND it'd be too boring. I also don't want everything destroyed though (that's been done to DEATH) plus I get attached to my characters and would like the POSSIBILITY of bringing back a character for a cameo appearance way later in the RP.
What I was thinking was, someone pisses of Shelton and his followers A LOT and he kicks them out. However, he gives them supplies and etc. out of gratefulness for them helping him earlier on in the RP.

AGE: 26
NATIONALITY: American
RACE: African American
SKILLS: Matt is very fast and accurate with a gun, which has earned him the nickname "Double Tap". Busting locks and hotwiring cars are also among Matt's talents, in addition to hand to hand street fighting.
WEAPONRY: Compound bow with 12 arrows, Glock 22 with 4 bullets, machete and a tomahawk.
VEHICLE: None.
BIOGRAPHY: Matthew "Double Tap" Dawes was raised by his grandmother in Baltimore, MD after his mother fell into addiction and homelessness, dying when he was two years old. At the age of 14 Matt started working for a local drug crew as a corner boy in the projects. Being an intelligent and disciplined kid, Matt eventually saw himself promoted to a lieutenant, running an important distribution area for the gang by the age of 18.
Around that time, he met Gabriela, a feisty hispanic girl which, at the time, had a thing going on with another drug lieutenant from a rival gang. Eventually, Matt and Gabriela fell in love for each other, and though she tried to leave her then boyfriend, he wouldn't let her, at one point threatening to kill her family if she left him before he "was done with her". She begged Matt not to do anything about it, insisting that they'd be together when their time came, that the other guy would eventually move on, but after two years of meeting in secret, Matt had enough of it.
He followed Gabriela's boyfriend one night and shot him, killing him, two of his bodyguards and a child, the latter by accident, when one of his shots ricocheted off the ground and killed the child. A snitch gave him up to the police and he was arrested. Matt was found guilty at the trial and sentenced to life without parole for his crimes.
His love for Gabriela and hers for him, however, never died. She visited him every week during the first year, but then, she moved down to Florida to go to college, and, while they still kept very much in touch, her visits were limited to once every three months. He never resented her, as he always felt that she deserved more.
Matt was in prison when the outbreak started. It was a mess, but he managed to escape with a few other inmates and guards. The group worked surprisingly well, managing to survive the first two weeks of the outbreak by staying on the move and staying off heavily populated areas.
Dawes, however, decided to leave the group once they came to the conclusion that help was not coming and that this might as well be the end of the world as they knew it. He didn't honestly expected to survive more than a few days on his own, and he gave serious tought about ending his life, but he couldn't bear the tought of not knowing the fate of Gabriela, the woman he loved so intensely. He had killed for her before, after all. And so he set out on a lonely journey towards Florida.
Note: He stumbled into TN because he is trying to avoid the major cities at the coast.
