You will find -15 cold if it had been summer, but in the winter time, I know what you mean. But just saying that you don't find -15 not cold is a little wrong. It depends on what time of the year it is, your ability to dress correctly and the change in temperatures.
But the group should not have a big problem with cold, since they just came from Michigan, and what I know of U.S Geo, is that Michigan is waaay colder than Tennessee xD

Khel, -15oC is -15oC. Doesn't matter if it's during the summertime, or not. 'Sides, I often walk around in -15oC in jeans and a shirt. No coat, no woolly socks, no gloves or hats. Look at LA's "cold snap" this last winter. 55oF is about 12-13oC. That's shorts and T-shirt weather for me, and people were bundling up like they were in for a foot of snow!

Wont that mean that you will die from exhaustion in 20 +? I can also walk around in little clothing down to those temperatures, I remember i had to dress down in -10 in the winter. However, right now it's 10 + Celsius, with wind, and I'm freezing because where I came from there was recently 20 Celsius +. A temperature is not "just a temperature, period". It's also based on the recent temperatures and your body's ability to adept to temperatures. In January, I can do the same as you in such low temperatures, but in summertime, when the body has adapted to warmer temperatures, you cant stand those low temperatures that much.

But I did a check on Calgary, the city you are from, and it seem to have very cold winters, so I understand that you have a good resistance to cold. But still, if you one day had 10 +, and the next you had -15, you would not wear shorts and a t-shirt. That I refuse to believe. But that might be my loss?

Um... I take it that it's cold and that's it.

Kenny is wearing a black coat, blue t-shirt, dark blue jeans, white socks, combat boots, and a wrapping of gauze on his right arm to cover his burns. Appearance: Brown hair, green eyes, white skin, and, of course, the burns running from his right arm to this side of his face.

Zoe is wearing a pink jacket with a warm fur interior, t-shirt, jeans, socks, tennis shoes. Appearance: Short blonde hair, blue eyes, white skin.
I have no mouth. And I must scream.

A question for the ages: Would it be realistic for an improvised criminal from the northside of St. Louis to be fitted with a fyasko fannel jacket, OBEY graphic, a pair of Clarks Deserts, and some cuffed 508's 514's?

Nick is wearing a business suit without the tie- he's using the jacket as a blackout. He is from New York and it gets pretty cold up here, but still- he's probably freezing his ass off now that I think about it.

Actually, because Calgary is in the foothills of the Rockies, we get these things called "chinooks". Lots of dry warm air that pushes off of the mountains, clears away the clouds, and generally warms things up for a day or two. Sometimes a week. So we'll often have one day be -15 to -20 oC, and the next day be 10 to 15oC. And during the winter, when we get a chinook, everyone takes the opportunity to wear as few clothes as they can get away with. The worst that happens is some people will get a migraine, which happens infrequently and only to people already prone to migraines.

I've found that the way a person reacts to the weather has more to do with how they think about it. If you focus on the heat, or the cold, then you'll exacerbate the way it feels. If you ignore it, then it becomes a secondary sensation. Unimportant. I dislike extreme heat more than I dislike extreme cold, because I have more difficulty ignoring it by virtue of the fact that I rarely experience it. But I'm not disabled by weather warmer than 20oC. A few summer's back I went to the Mediterranean, which was brutally fucking hot. Didn't dip below 20oC. the entire time I was there. I spent three hours hauling my luggage through Venice, in the middle of the day, in 40oC, and 100% humidity. I ended up drinking a lot of water, and sweating so much that the back of my (blue) shirt turned white, but it didn't drop me.

It's less about what you body is familiar with, and more to do with how good you are at ignoring things that bother you. Which all becomes irrelevant at some point, because "mind over matter" can only take you so far.

2400, actually. 2401 would be incorrect. 2400 and 1 second would be incorrect. But 2400 on the nose is perfectly fine.
