It's always open to new characters. Our OP just went AWOL on us. If you do make a new character though, they should be non-military.

No. Monroe and Shelton and Stryker and them have attracted zombies. The hangar group, being silent and not visible, have not.

I didn't give an exact number, but I figure "medium-sized group" to be not more than 30, given the number of weapons available to the survivors and Stryker and his people.

I'll just have Stryker's group run down and see where that goes.

Let's just have everyone on the same page here: running over walkers isn't going to kill them. Break some bones, sure. But you still need to get the head.

Doubtful. The skull is incredibly strong. Sure, a Hummer is heavy, but it's tires are wide and made of rubber. It's very unlikely that they'd crush a human skull. And the walkers would have to already be on the ground to get their heads crushed, which none of them were before Stryker drove through them.

Can somebody explain to me the durability of a walker. They're strong enough to tear through boards and get in some buildings, but sometimes you see their arms or legs come right off after pulling on it. I remember in the game there was a walker that's hand came off after being handcuffed for like 1 minute.

Don't get me wrong, I expect there to be stragglers after getting hit by car.

Variable, I think. The bodies would be rotting, since there's no immune system, so it depends basically on how long any given one has been undead, to me.

I'll leave the question open, though.

Yeah, I suppose so...

I still feel like a Zombie taking a Humvee to the noggin will do it in. I understand that as the vehicle plows through, it'll most likely slow down, and the walkers would build up on the hood making the initial attack weaker.

I never really said that the walkers were dead, but they're definitely put out of commission. I'll have a post later where we finish them off.

Every zombie is different and will vary-
if you've got someone who was healthy in life and died of a single bite, sustaining no damage to the muscles and having a high weight, they're going to be substantially stronger and more durable than their bretheren. However, if you have a small child, or an old person, they're going to lack hitting power and be more frail.

NAME: Luke Trevoski
AGE: 19
NATIONALITY: Russian-American
RACE: Caucasian
SKILLS: [Be realistic.] Lock-picking, accuracy, baseball
WEAPONRY: [Not everyone owns a gun. This could be a pipe, if that's what your character has access to.] Baseball bat, P226
VEHICLE: [Once again, not everyone will own one.] Chevy pickup truck
BIOGRAPHY: [Keep it brief, but make sure it backs up how you have the weapon or vehicle you do.] Luke was born in 1994 to a former Soviet soldier and a Russian baker. When he was 4, he moved to America. He started going to Harvard University, and went to Tennessee to see his Dad, because his mom died. He was in Sparta when the infection took hold. He found a baseball bat in a Dick's Sporting Goods store, and he found the P226 off a dead police officer. He found ammo in a gun store nearby. He found the pickup truck in the city, killed the walker inside (which had the keys) and took the truck. He's been surviving in a garage in Sparta since then.
APPEARANCE: [Picture preferred.] (I don't feel like getting a picture , but I'm good at describing. :P) Black hoodie, blue jeans, brown hair, blue eyes, holster on side with P226 in it, baseball bat on back, picture of Dad as a soldier in his pocket, open gloves, white Nike sneakers.
