Okay enough.

Besides, only Cadets who can't take NESA go to Hawk Mountain. And they get this Ranger badge on their uniform to let everyone know that they couldn't bother to complete NESA. They even have classes for them from 3rd class to 1st class Rangers. Those who are 1st class are the ones who will never be able to go to NESA.

IIRC some CAP Rangers actually turned out to be fuck-ups during Hurricane Katrina. Couldn't follow basic instructions on where to go and how to operate I believe.

Yes, Anna is doing that currently. But the actions won't be posted. When Phoenicia and Verkaria sort out their stuff and Phoenicia comes back, Anna is already finished with the whole procedure.
