WW3 IC

Postby The United Soviet Socialist Republic » Mon Jul 02, 2012 7:12 am

OOC:This is the IC thread.
IC:Backstory:In 2020 the USA's reccesion takes a bigger toll then the Depression of the 30s, unemployed count jumps to 25%, in a desperate move the new president pushes huge numbers of troops into Mexico and Canda with intent of jumpstarting American industry the way WW2 did. Within two years North America and Central America are under USA rule and things start to get better. Shortly after America's imperialistic conquests foriegn powers get the idea two (as they had also been effected), North Korea pushes into South Korea and Japan, China marches through Mongolia, Nepal, Bhutan, and India, Russia pushes into Kazakhstan, the Ukraine, Belarus, Lativia, Estonia, and Lithuania, while Saudia Arabia forces troops into Iraq, Jordan, Yemen, Oman, and United Arab Emirates. By 2025 the five powers started running out of land to conquer and turn to each other.

The Chinese Empire (Me) moved quickly to push into the Middle East into the Arab Empire's domain to gain oil supplies to fuel conquests into Russian Empire territory and Korean Empire territory. The Chinese started their conquests with Pakistan, with intent to push towards Afganistan and Iran. They sent a telegram to the American Empire saying (And its encyrpted) "Dear Americans, we have had disputes in the past but let us now ally to defeat our enemies! We can crush Korea and Russia and Arabia together! So please, take our hand in alliegence and let us conquer the world together!".

News of the push of the global powers alarmed North Korea, forcing them to do the same to preserve safety of their borders as well as to finally end the old age conflicts between them and south. With extreme propaganda and mass conscription, the Korean People's Army now stands at over 5,567,900 active personnel and 13,440,712 reserve personnel.

January 9,2025, Korea-China Border

The time has come. About 1,000,000 soldiers accompanied by large groups of tanks, and artillery as well as aerial support flying overhead marched and crossed the Yalu River, setting up a command hub along the way and subjugating the city of Dandong as well as the other borders of the Korean Empire and China to prevent the power from taking the new nation. The border, too valuable to fall into the hands of the Chinese were fortified with sniper towers, mines, barbwire, bunkers and other defensive measures as the KPA began to ready themselves to march to Beijing.

P'yongyang, Korean People's Empire

Supreme Leader Kim Jong-nam sat in his chair in the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun as he thought of military strategies in this war. The USA, instigator of this whole conflict was weak and ripe from their western coasts and China can only fall once they have nowhere to run. With the Philippines morphed into a communist dictatorship and a vital naval hub, attacking China's southern coasts was feasible but first, they must be crushed from all other sides. Saudi Arabia wasn't the KPE's biggest problem but those Islamic Extremists must fall as well for the KPE to hoard all that is rightfully theirs. Now Russia was important. They have the widest borders as they controlled Europe as well and could easily overwhelm China from the North as well as the United States in naval domination and this was the best possible ally, thought the Supreme Leader.

Subject: Alliance

Greetings to the Russian Empire and her leaders from the Korean People's Empire. These recent actions by the aggressor states, the USA and the PRC have endangered our world and i believe it is time we bring peace and end this war once and for all.

For such to be achieved, one, or rather, two must unite to combat the imperialistic United States and the traitorous China. Our nations have shared strong bonds since the beginning, from our great leaders Josef Stalin and Kim Il-sung, and we believe that we are the true heralds of communism and we must stand and unite to fight these brutes and their dominance. China, and Zedong himself is a traitor and must be punished.

May this offer of generosity be accepted and a mutually beneficial pact be formed.

Regards,
Kim Jong-nam
Supreme Leader of the Korean People's Empire

Chinese/Korean Border

The invasion of the Koreans came to the Chinese at not surprise, the Chinese Empire was expecting an invasion from Korea, and had actually put several armies on its border with Korea to invade it should the two go to war. China's population had gone up way past 2.5 billion, and the Chinese Emperor, Chou Gong Chang, had invested billions and billions into converting many of that population into soldiers. And it had paid off in the future, on the Border the Chinese had 3 million strong around the actual border and nearby at possible landing sites, including Dalian, Qinqdao, and Yantai. The Chinese had started building defenses on its borders with both Russia and Korea long before the Korean's invaded, hense the Chinese were well prepared. Chou Gong Chang ordererd the Chinese Army along cities to dig in and fortify themselves, while a smaller army of 500,000 soldiers push into Korea, with the goal being to take Najin, and Chongjin.

Southern Chinese Coastline

The Emperor was concerned the Korean's might invade from Indonesia or the Philippines, with fear of landings at Hong Kong or other cities on the coast he ordered 1.5 million soldiers to fortify the area, and prepare Chinese ships to land in the Philippines. Taiwan, one of the Chinese conquests, was to be used as the naval base to invade the Philippines.

From the Desk of the President of the United States of America, Supreme Commander-In-Chief of the American Armed Forces, Head of State, and Leader of the American Territories
To the Desk of the Emperor of China
ENCRYPTION: HIGH

Honourable Friend,

Indeed, it has come to the attention of my own administration that, with our own conquest of North America and Central America--with the goal of creating a unified American Super-Continent--that others have taken it upon themselves to create theri own vast empires. Of course, we have noted that your own nation, as strong and verile as it is, is in the most precarious position..one that is most un-enviable. In truth, you are surrounded on three flanks--the Russians to your north, the North-Koreans to your East, and the Arabians to your West. However, what with your own admitabbly large economy, as well as your standing as a leader in economical provisions, we feel that an alliance between the Empire of CHina and the Pan-American Co-Prosperity Sphere [A combination of all territories in both North and Central America] would be most advantagous. Still, I am afraid that you may not expect an immediate military response, on our part, towards the sudden, dastardly North Korean invasion of your country. To put it quite simply, we are busy trying to revamp our own problems at home...what with the Russians threatening the sanctity of our coastal-waters, and intercepted reports and contingencies of a possible North Korean invasion.

Still, rest assured that the United States of America and Her Territories shall strive to offer any help we can..as soon as we can.

Regards,

President Alexander Smith

While the letter had been sent to the Far-East, at home, the situation was stabilizing. American forces were beginning to fortify the coastlines of the Easterna dn Western Continental United States, while forces were also transferred to the Yucatan Peninsula, in Mexico, to provide adequate defensive forces for that region. As well, with the promises of food, shelter, clothing, and a better living--mixed in with very loud propaganda--several new divisions were being formed within the Armed Forces to include foriegn troops; namely, Canadian, Mexican, and Central-American troops. It was hoped that, with training, and rearmements with US-NATO Pact weaponry adn equipment, that this force could be transformed into a well-trained, well-disciplined, fightign force with which to combat any threat, foreign or domestic.

At the same time, under the command of Lieutenant-General (Three Stars) James Kincaid, a force of nearly three-hundred-thousand men and women--most of which were American and Canadian vollunteers--supported with several armoured and mechanized divisions, as well as aerial support, was being prepared to thrust into South America; aiming at taking control of the vital oil resevoirs in Venezuala, as well as take and secure most of the continent within the first several weeks of the campaign. It was hoped that they could finish here quickly, and then be turned to defend the current holdings. With the US Seventh and Tenth Fleets being ordered to assist this operation, the US Fifth, Fourth, and Third Fleets were placed on high-alert, and sent to patrol both the Western-Atalntic, and the Eastern-Pacific waters.

OOC: I'm using the fact that the US has eleven (11) fleets in active service today; so, please, don't call me a god-modder......

Dear American Friends

An allience is agreed then! We look forward to a productive relation between our empires. Korea shall soon fall I'm sure, and then we can devote our troops towards Arabia and Russia. But we will need your navy to back us against Korea, our troops can handle them but not our navy. But instead of ranting on about our needs to you, we'll simply use our current navy to help out against Korea and use it to land within the Pacific holdings of theirs. Expect word of our victory to travel fast to you, and may you have good luck my friend.

Yours Truly:Emperor Chou Gong Chang

The Chinese Emperor replied to the American Empire in an encyrpted message.
