Mr. Obama, France is thinking about filling in the gaps in its military. As such, we would like to purchase 80 F/A-18 for 43 million dollars each (for a sum of roughly 3,440,000,000 USD), 3 Arleigh Burke class destroyers for 1,843,000,000 each (for a sum of 5,529,000,000 USD) and 1 Nimitz class carrier for 4.5 billion USD. Negotiations can be made on the price and France can trade its equipment as well. Thank you.
Sincerely,
President Hollande of France

You are not permitted into Argentina on ANY diplomatic trip. We did not schedule these meetings, and ESPECIALLY not a military "exercise." To think you can set up your own meeting in a foreign nation is blatantly offensive and disturbing. Please leave the Argentine Republic out of any "tours" you may have in the present and future.

The United States must respectfully decline your wish to hold a press conference in San Diego, California.
The United States of America is an upstanding member of the Organization of American States, and wishes to express solidarity with her Latin comrades, aswell as Russia's planned military excercise in Venezuela.
Signed,
Barack Obama

Dear President Putin,
Russia's actions in Venezuela are merely inciting the reaction of the West -- If you recall some years ago, America and Russia reached a diplomatic agreement on a NATO missile shield in Poland -- By holding a military exercise in Venezuela, you are doing almost the same thing.
I would like to request you suspend the military exercise, as the United States cannot condone hypocritical behavior of a nation of Russia's history.
Signed,
Barack Obama

Mr. Medvedev is also to visit counties in Latin America such as Mexico, Cuba, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil and he shall end his tour with a state luncheon in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Most of the topics of the meetings will be relating to economic and diplomatic issues, but military talks are also included. Mr. Medvedev,
I have a few words I wish to note to you...
1. You failed to give us any notice of any sort of visit to the Americas. It came unannounced and unsponsored. Not only that, but you expected us to have things ready for you as well.
2. I know that my ally from Argentina will not be standing with you on this matter. They have probably already denied you any audience with the leadership, and for good reason.
You see, you are aiding an enemy to South Americans everywhere. When an outside nation does such a thing... we South Americans... actually, we Americans of the Western Hemisphere, will put aside our differences, stand together, and refute the outsider. You have announced your aid and military exercise with a person we regard an oppressor and an enemy of the stability of the Americas.
Please note, we will not be sitting back as we have for years... we're finished with that. The United States of America knows it. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland knows it. And now sir, the Russian Federation knows it.
We will be calling all nations in the Americas (excluding Venezuela) for our own military exercises in the Caribbean and the Atlantic. We will not stand for such outrageous interference.
And yes Mr. Medvedev, this is a no to your meeting with us.

Mr. Obama,
Good evening to you. I assume you have received my first email as planned... now I have an offer.
We are worried about all of this buildup by everyone. We were hoping to purchase 150 modern fighter jets, 14 frigates, three submarines, and seven destroyers. We are willing to pay the entire price for it.
I hope you will consider the offer.
Sincerely,
