12:30 AM CEST, Élysée Palace, Paris, France

President Hollande was dressed now. Half an hour earlier, he received a call from Prime Minister Ayrault. Reports were coming in from Palestine that Israel launched an invasion of Syria. While the Defense Minister clarified the situation, Ayrault, Hollande, and the rest of the French Cabinet would meet in the "Situation Room" for further analysis on what to do.

"Minister Le Drian, is it true what our reports are saying?" asked Hollande.

"Yes, sir. It appears that the Israelis have taken advantage of the strife in Syria and launched a preemptive strike." Buzzed the Defense Minister over the phone.

"Prime Minister Ayrault, please send a notice to the members of NATO and the UN. Prepare to mobilize the 1st and 2nd Flight Groups on my mark."

Vienna Austria - Morning

The President Heinz Fischer, was busy getting dressed for the meeting later that day about the Synthetic Fuel plants. The phone rang and after fastening his tie, the President picking it up. " Good Morni- " he heard the urgent voice of his Chancellor Werner Faymann " Heinz, we have a problem, Israel has moved troops into Syria " Heinz frowned, this could set off another huge fire in the middle east.

" Werner, we're going to have to call a emergency meeting with our Defense Ministry, perhaps even the whole Parliament " Heinz hoped the UN Security Council could force Israel out of Syria.
I am from the United States, just so you know.

Buenos Aires, Argentina

"There is only so much we can do, Mrs. President, I-"
"This is not their fight!"
"I agree with you Mrs. President, but you must understand we-"
"Contact Esreme immediately! If there's nothing we can do, there must be something the international community can do!"
"Yes, Mrs. President."

Cristina Fernández sat in her large leather chair. The firm, unbroken back pressed coldly onto her damp shirt. She realized how uncomfortable this new chair was; perhaps that was her staff's intention all along, to keep her awake at all times. Between readjustments of her position in the chair, she wrote furiously on the paper in front of her.

This time the world will not turn a blind eye to the dehumanization of any nation, She let her mind run loose. She knew the power she held, but she also knew the power of a pen.

That went better than expected... I guess. Following some more discussion, we agreed that a new treaty was in order. As I hung up, I felt proud that I was able to do that... but somewhat annoyed. I still felt like I was treated like a child. Like, I didn't know any better. I have these hopes and dreams, and then I can never carry through on them. I sigh and put my head down, staring at a globe in the process.

...Wait a moment.

I put my head up and looked at the globe. Brazil CAN be a power! It just needs some closer allies! South of me are two capable nations that might want to actually talk to me... and then North of me, are a group of people being lead by a batshit insane monkey. I can form my own alliance closer to home and work with the leaders nearby! Together, we can become economic powers... and Brazil can rival the US itself one day! As I was daydreaming, I saw a few emails come in. I smiled and clicked on them, the smiling growing bigger each time...

...And I frowned.

Peres you fucking dolt! Why would you do that! I groaned and leaned back in my chair. My Foreign Affairs Adviser has informed me that Israel has rolled into Syria, without issuing a Declaration of War! What the hell is wrong with you Peres! This is totally a political move!

...But wait. Opportunity can arise from this. Perhaps... we can use this as an excuse to handle Chavez. I hate that guy. He makes us South Americans look uncivilized... hell, I supported the SPANISH KING, when he told Chavez to shut up! It's time a REAL democracy got put in place... and it's time for Brazil to step up to do this. I quickly sent an email to my military advisers, and notified them of a plan to deal with Chavez once and for all.

I looked over the other emails. Chile's President wants a Mutual Defense Treaty? Well damn. That works well. I sent back a reply, noting that I am in favor of the idea. I followed it up with an email to Argentina's President discussing a possible Mutual Defense Treaty with Chile, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland's Prime Minister, for a possible idea...

London, England

David Cameron walked around a bit, pondering the general stupidity of the world. Peres finally went batshit on Syria and attacked them. Still, he requested that the UN Ambassador of Great Britain vote no on the condemnation of Israel. Israel was a fairly loyal ally and had finally snapped under the pressure.

Oh well...

He had managed to tackle most of the papers piled on his desk and gave himself a pat on the back for it. He then opened his e-mails and while scrolling through them, saw a rather interesting one. Brazil wanted to strengthen relations with Britain. Cameron questioned their motives for a moment, but then decided it couldn't be too bad. He shrugged and replied to the e-mail. In his reply, he said that, "...stronger relations with the Federative Republic of Brazil are favorable."

"I sure hope they're favorable...," he muttered to himself.

Mohammed Morsi was sitting in his chair as usual, accompanied by his assistant, staring into the window that faced west, toward Israel.
"So they have to attack Syria." Mohammed muttered.
"Yes, sir." His assistant said, nodding.
Mohammed Morsi thoughtfully.
"We can support them, sir." His assistant suggested.
"No."
"But .."
"I said NO!"
"Syria is a common enemy, sir. Moreover, we have supported the American proposal for .."
"But not by Israel. Not with them. If we're going to attack, we do ourselves. We just support it. However, we have other problem. Egypt. We are not going to interfence far nation."
"But, you said before, you'll keep peace with Israel."
"But not help them in military interfence. That should be their step again to conquer all of bible land. Beside, they must kill the citizens, right?"
"So what we do now, Sir?"
"I don't know. Maybe I'll try to force Israel out from Syria."
"You've support the proposal before, Sir!"
"That's different case, Abdallah."

Quietly, I looked out on the streets of the nation that is Brazil. I had been thinking about this for a while. I guess it's time to finally pull it. I walked over to my desk, and opened a drawer. Inside, was a bill that was lettered for the Congress. I handed it to my aide who looked at me in shock.

"Ma'am... you can't be serious! There could be backlash-"

"Do I look like I care? We need to show the world we are not socially backwards people. Forget them. Let's finally put this mess behind us." He gulped, and I stared. Hard. Finally, the aide nods and runs off. I heard a ping from my computer and checked it. I had received my response. The United Kingdom is up for it. I smiled and typed back a simple message.

(WARNING: SIC. ONLY THE PRIME MINISTER OF THE UK KNOWS OF THE SPOILERED MESSAGE.)
TO: Prime Minister David Cameroon of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
FROM: President Dilma Rousseff of the Federative Republic of Brazil
ENCRYPTION: MAX
SUBJECT: Venezuela and Chavez

Mr. Cameroon,
This is for your eyes only. Please do not discuss this with the President of the United States at this time, as we believe that we should not let them get in trouble again.
For a few years now, the South American leaders have all agreed... Hugo Chavez, is a blithering idiot. None of us can really stand him. The only reason he's still there is because we didn't want to upset the status quo.

I have been thinking however, this is no longer truly acceptable. In this era, dictators should not be based in Western nations and be allowed to stay in power. I can understand that the United States does not want to commit itself to another war... which is why I believe our nations should consider handling this ourselves.

We feel it is time to get rid of Chavez. I have decided there are a few ways of going about this:
1. Fund guerilla warfare in the country
2. Request sanctions by the UN against Venezuela
3. Intervene in full by claiming Venezuela attacked one of us
Out of these three options, I believe Option 3 is the best one, because it allows us to handle the fighting. Guerilla warfare is great at times... but I would rather not have it spill across the border, nor increase civilian casualties.

If we succeed in this, we will be more than glad to give you a reward of sorts once the new, democratic government is in power. We have attached what we are willing to give in response for your help.

I do hope that we can come to an... arrangement of sorts.
-Dilma Rousseff

Somewhere in Algiers. July 2nd, 2012:

President Abdelaziz Bouteflika sat inside one of the many state vehicles at his disposal, a Mercedes-Benz S600 sedan as it sped through the streets of Algiers which had been cleared of all traffic. He was on his way to the defense ministry to receive an update on the situation with regards to Syria, in terms of the conflict there and the invasion by Israel. His assistant was briefing him on the situation.
"And how exactly does this affect us?" he asked.
"If the Islamists win, they might embolden the parties here to re-establish their militant wings again. And we all know what happened the last time this was done." the President's assistant replied. "I think it would be in our best interests to try and mediate some form of dialogue between the two sides."
"Islamists don't do negotiations." the President replied. "The only reason they took power in Egypt was because the military didn't decide to massacre them en masse. We're not going down that path again."
"Then what is our course of action?" the assistant asked.
"That is for the generals to decide." the President said.

Recep Erdogan frowned to himself as he tried to think of what to do with this whole Israel situation. In NATO, the British were being troublesome, insisting that NATO side with Israel, even though Israel had definitely been the instigator here! Clearly, the had politics on their minds.

Erdogan hated siding with the Syrians, but he'd be damned if he just let the Israeli's get away with their actions. For once, they would have to be held accountable, and Turkey would finally become the premier country in the Middle East.

Arabia was a small pool, Erdogan mused, and there was only room enough for one shark... and there was no way in hell that would be Israel or its Western allies.

After seeing the response from Brazil, Sebastián was pleased. He took a few minutes to ponder on the fact of Argentina. Sure both of our countries have had differences in the past, But if the Argentine are willing I believe we can make a great achievements by working together on an even larger scale. Sebastián had been overly paranoid about the Argentine aggression and decided to take a different route with his neighboring country. He Began to write a Telegram to the President of Argentina, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.

If you  would request anything else about the iinteractions of our Two nations, I suggest Telegraming it to me personally.

Now that He had sent that, He had to also think about what to do with Mexico. After a long debate with his advisers, Sebastián decided on sending a Request for a Mutual Alliance pact between Chile and Mexico.

REGARDING:  SOUTHERN FUTURE

The Aregntine Republic is in unanimous choice that such a deal should be struck up.  The Southern Future Pact, which has been written up by this time, declares that our nations, and any South American nation interested in joining us, will work together on economic, political, and, if ever necessary, military fields.  This Pact states that all people of Chile and Argentina are encouraged to cooperate in all things, and that our formal governments will work together in a great bond; one not broken very easily.  Your signing of this Pact will secure that our nations will never be divided again, making us stronger, and greater.  Thank you.

Argentine Military Base, Undisclosed Location
Braulio was woken up by the sounds of gunshots. All over the base people were jumping from their cots into the main square.

"...Up the wall, and into The Pit! Under the barbed wire, and..." Already the commander was ordering them to exercise beyond their limits. Even before breakfast! Braulio thought. He ran to the line of soldiers moving toward the course.

Braulio moved up the wall of ropes easily. Soon he found himself buried in a massive pit of mud. Oddly enough, this was his best time to think. He thought about his family, and then his career. He was a semi-high raking officer, at least he thought he was. Now he was going to through what seemed to be boot cap all over again. But this time they trained with different weapons; weapons of terrorists, in his opinion, like Molotov cocktails, and cheap guns. There were only about 200 of them, anyway...What was this all for? Was the government retraining the whole army? What was their mission to be, if there is one?

Barbed wire dug into his back as he slipped out of The Pit.
Whatever's happening, I know I'll be ready.

Seeing that our two nations share the similar goals and interests, it would be very beneficial for us to discuss increased trade with you and your allies as well as a discussion of a Military alliance between our people.

DATE: 2, July, 2012
TIME: 12:34:14
PLACE: Presidential Office, Brasilia, Brazil

I grinned as I watched the proceedings of the United Nations. Everyone was arguing with one another (at least in my opinion) and then Brazil comes to save the day! At least, that's how I'm viewing it... I'm not going to open my mouth though, because that won't help us at all. Moving on, I was considering a few ideas to enforce the peace

At the moment, Israel seems to only be going to the Golan Heights. We can try to call for a ceasefire. So far, we seem to have a large amount of support for the ceasefire... we'll just need to adjust our current resolution to reflect the suggestions that have been made.

I looked over my emails quietly. The President of France wants to discuss a few deals. I sent back a reply which agreed to the idea and noted that we should pick a date to discuss the matter. I also looked over responses to certain things and sent replies back. Finally, I got the email I wanted. It was from my Chief Military Adviser, and he has suggested a few adjustments to the idea. I liked most of the adjustments, and responded to them quickly. I thought for a moment... things have been somewhat quiet on this side of the world. Perhaps, I can change that...

I then sent the following email to the OAS and its member states:

TO: The Organization of American States and its member states
FROM: President Dilma Rousseff of the Federative Republic of Brazil
ENCRYPTION: NONE
SUBJECT: OAS Meeting

To all whom this may concern,
We feel that it is time to hold a possible meeting for us nations in the Western Hemisphere. It's been too long my fellow leaders of the Western Hemisphere.
We propose that we hold a summit of the Organization of American States, starting tomorrow at 12:00 pm.

President Obama of the United States of America, we are well aware that tomorrow is the celebration of your nation's independence. If need be, we would be happy to see you the day after, as I believe this should be a three day conference on matters in the Western Hemisphere.

We would be more than happy to host the meeting in Rio de Janeiro. Please let us know if you will be able to participate, as we must make preparations.

Sincerely,
President Dilma Rousseff of the Federative Republic of Brazil

Mexico City, Mexico

The President of Mexico was sitting in his chair looking over important stuff. One of his advisers came in to talk to the President.

"Señor Presidente: tenemos información de que Israel ha invadido Los Altos del Golem en Siria. También tenemos información de que Chile quiere hablar de algún tipo de acuerdo entre los dos países y que Brasil llevará a cabo una reunión de la OEA mañana a Río de Janeiro." said his adviser.

"Muy bien tienen las relaciones exteriores asumir la reunión y pasar toda la información a ella. Asegúrese de que ella se pone a tiempo mañana." said the president.

"Sí, señor." and with that the adviser left.

Felipe Calderón prepared for the upcoming election for the presidency of Mexico.

Mr. President we have information that Israel has invaded The Golem Heights in Syria. We also have info that Chile wants to talk about some sort of agreement between the two countries and that Brazil will hold a OAS meeting tomorrow at Rio de Janeiro.

Okay have the foreign affairs take on the meeting and pass all of the information to her. Make sure she gets on time tomorrow.

Yes Sir.

Berlin, Germany.

Angela Merkel walked up the steps of the Reichstag, Expecting to give a speech that afternoon. She walked through the front doors and was greeted by several aids "Guten Morgen." She said as she walked past them. She stepped towards the main Reichstag room's doors and opened it with a swift push. She walked inside as the area suddenly became loud with talks of politics. "ACHTUNG! BUNDESKANZLERIN IN THE ROOM." Everyone stood up and clapped as Merkel walked swiftly to the podium. She pulled out some notes and set them down infront of her. "You may now sit, Danke." she said, Everyone sat down and the whole room became quiet... "Guten tag, Fellow Germans, I am here today to give a important speech about the current status of Germany."

"First, Let's start with economics. The German nation right now is under pressure from other Eurzone Members, Especially from the PIIGs nations, Most importantly Greece. Austerity measures have helped Greece majorly, Dispite riots taking place in mostly Athens. Our naighbor's economy, France, Is starting to fall as well. I fear once again... Germany may become the crutches of Europe." Merkel said with a dramatic sigh and showed a few graphs about the Eurozone Economic crisis.

After a hour, Merkel switched to smaller subjects, Like Croatia, That planned to join the EU on July 1st, 2013.

Image
Croatia, Soon to be joining the EU.

Other subjects, Like the military, Was covered. It was suggested to increase the defense budget to another 1%, And this would not break any protocals.

Troops in Afghanistan was also touched on, Merkel suggested a law to pull out of Afghanistan, Seeing how the Taliban Spring offensive recently was crushed, And seeing how Afghanistan is starting to become largely stable with very much hard work from everyone.

Merkel ended the speech, She ended it with the words "Heute beginnt ein neues Deutschland..."

Stephen Harper now sat in his office pondering many thoughts. What should I eat for lunch, is my left foot bigger than my right, is that a book on spiders on my shelf, I might read that later, and then finally you know with world tensions rising, maybe I should improve the military, yes I should do that. Hmm daddy could use some new tanks. And with that he started to write down a new military improvement plan

1. Get rid of the F-35 fighter program.

2. Develop our own plane. Will call it the Avro Arrow 2.

3. Increase personal strength to 250,00 by 2025

4. Increase order of 15 new warships to 20

5. Build 8 new Icebreakers for arctic patrol

6. Increase order from 8 arctic patrol boats to 12

7. Contact America and UK to look into purchasing 12 nuclear submarines

8. Contact America into buying an older aircraft carrier

9. Contact Germany to look into buying 100 new leopard 2A5

10. Bring the annual defense budget up to recommended spending of 2% of GPD

Fireworks were lightning up the sky over the White House. Barack Obama turned his attention to the TV, which was playing the fireworks to the tune of My Country Tis of Thee and the Star-Spangled Banner. He stood up and walked over to the portrait of George Washington and let his mind wander for a moment. Perhaps there was hope to save his country's face to the world -- Our economy must be fixed. Our political standing with other nations needs to be fixed. We are the World Superpower, and we need to stay that way.

He sighed and sat back at his desk and watched the fireworks visible from his office. But now, was not the time for that. It was the time to celebrate peace and freedom for the United States' birthday.

London, England

Prime Minister David Cameron was sitting at his desk, looking at Brazil's e-mail. He wondered if following through with it questioned his integrity.... Oh well. The main issue is NATO, Syria, and Israel. Though Israel struck first, deep down inside, he was cheering for the Israelis. They had been troubled by the Syrians for a long time, and quite frankly, he supported their invasion of the Syrians. However, he would never officially say that. He would remain trying to bring diplomacy between the two nations.

Cameron grabbed a pen and started tapping it on his desk. He gnawed on the end of it, a bad habit of his. "At least Germany is on the damn Israeli's side," he said obliviously loud. However, it looked like the Israeli-Syrian conflict would resolve diplomatically and fairly soon. That wasn't his main problem at the moment. He looked back at that e-mail from Brazil. He read through it carefully once again.

Rousseff did have valid points. Besides, he was going to do it for the goodwill of South America! He gnawed a bit more on the pen. A stream of ink poured into his mouth, which he immediately spit out, and he realized he had gnawed too far. "Damn habit," he thought. His mind turned back to South America. Rousseff seemed to be taking Brazil to new heights. Cameron was glad that he had him as an ally.

Both Cameron and Rousseff shared a common bond, a bond of loathing for Chavez. He was an agitating little menace in Cameron's mind. Chavez did no good for the international community and harmed the community in Cameron's opinion. Cameron slowly turned his head back to the computer and e-mail. He clicked reply. He typed in a few sentences. "Ah, that's horrible," Cameron stated mildly. He erased those sentences and typed a few more. He didn't like those either. He thought about the subject matter, whether or not he wanted to help Rousseff... He started typing.

(NOTICE: ONLY THE PRESIDENT OF BRAZIL KNOWS OF THE SPOILERED MESSAGE.)
TO: President Dilma Rousseff of the Federative Republic of Brazil
FROM: Prime Minister David Cameroon of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
ENCRYPTION: MAX
SUBJECT: RE: Venezuela and Chavez

Mrs. Rousseff,
Do not share this information with anyone else. I am writing in reply to your previous e-mail about Chavez and Venezuela. I am in favor of doing something about Chavez. He's a pest to the international community. Of the three options, I am in support of a combination of them. You can claim that Chavez attacked you, while I fund guerilla warfare, and we both implant sanctions and request them from the UN. However, I would like the reward to be very lucrative...

Berlin, Germany

Merkel was busy doing paperwork for a new law she was purposing, "The edit to the constituion", The edit was to take out the part that "Germany can only operate its military in defense, Not offense.", The bill would cause much controversy, But that part of the constitution was unfair to the Germanic people. She finished the draft, And would submit the full bill later in today. She walked outside her office and sighed happily, As she turned to a aid, It was time to begine Germany's major diplomatic campaigns...

Somewhere off the southern coast of Sicily:

Captain Mohammed Laghdaf stuck his head out of the coning tower of the Rais Hadi Silmane, an improved Kilo-Class submarine. To the captain's right, some three nautical miles away, was the Rais Korfo, a Koni-Class frigate. Directly ahead of him, on the horizon, was the Mourad Rais of the same frigate type as the Rais Korfo. All were heading east in the direction of Israel. But not all would patrol there. The Rais Korfo would branch off and head for the Egyptian port of Alexandria, its first port of call in a four month long tour of the eastern Mediterranean, which included stops in Syria, Turkey, Greece and Italy. However, Captain Laghdaf's orders were far more serious: to observe foreign and Israeli ship movements and relay them to the Mourad Rais, which would circle some 20 miles off the coast of Lebanon. They had acted on the orders of the President and had left port a day ago. They were hoping for a smooth journey.

Felipe Calderón was on a parade for the new presidency that would take place. There he saw the person that would take his place, Enrique Peña Nieto. Calderón walked up to the new president and spoke with him.

"Felicidades Enrique Peña Nieto. Me sorprende que usted ganó las elecciones a la presidencia. Usted asumirá el cargo el 01 de diciembre, eso es alrededor de 5 meses a partir de ahora. Una vez más, felicitaciones por ganar la presidencia."

Enrique then return the favor. "Muchas gracias, Sr. Presidente. Te prometo que no dejaré este país y siempre hago mis deberes como el nuevo presidente. También darle las gracias por ayudar a conducir a este país."

And with that Calderón and Enrique shooked hands and smile at the cameras around them.

Calderón: Congratulations Enrique Peña Nieto. I'm surprised that you won the elections for presidency. You will take office on December 1st, thats about 5 months from now. Once again congratulations on winning the presidency.

Enrique:Thank you Mr. President. I promise you that I will not fail this country and will always do my duties as the new president. Also thank you for helping lead this country.

In the aftermath of Operation Abraham a total of six hundred and twenty Israeli soldiers had been killed with a loss of thirteen tanks. However it had been a stunning success and a reminder of Israels military and technological power in the middle east. Back in Jerusalem multiple orders were being sent down for a Ceasefire and for Israeli military army groups to cease all combat for now.

Ankara, Turkey

With a flourish of his black fountain-pen, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan signed the order for the 500 Turkish troops to depart for the Golan Heights. Rather than passing through Syria, the soldiers would travel via naval transports across the Mediterranean Sea.

So far, Israel had been relatively cooperative, but Erdogan suspected that the Zionists still had some tricks up their sleeves. The Turkish peacekeepers would definitely have to be extra vigilant.

Mohammed Morsi heaved a sigh of relief. Finally. Finally he's not need to end the attack to Syria. He's absolutely hate to be in same side with Syria. Israel is end their interfence.
But however, maybe they still want to attack.
He call the general.
"General, I think your army should get ready for delivery to the battlefield." He says in the phone. "Yes, but I don't know. Just prepare."
Mohammed hang up the phone. There's no peace more than one day in Middle East.
