Barack Obama adjusted his cuffs from behind his desk at the Oval Office. He checked his watch and sighed. The United States continued to decline both economically, but politically too. The fact that the US Dollar continued to decline, and that his allies were seemingly turning their backs on him disturbed him dearly. He was not being assertive enough, and what was worse, his own people were starting to turn to his competition, that Republican bastard Mitt Romney.

Obama sighed and said, "I'm losing the election, the government's support, the Iraqi support, the European support, and even China doesn't care what I do." He grunted and looked over the U.S. economic plan.. He discovered that the United States 1 cent coin costed about 1.60 cents to make... That was a .60 loss with every 1 cent produced... a 1.6 for 1 ratio was not good.

He sat down and penned a law. A few hours later, he picked up and called a Democrat senator. "Do you think you might be able to do this for me?"

He was sitting on a wicker chair on one of the many balconies facing the gardens at the Presidential Palace, soaking up the radiating midday heat like a lizard soaks up the sun's rays. Although he played more of a sideline role in the bloody civil war that had engulfed Algeria in the 1990's, Bouteflika was wary of Islamists. Following the removal of a friendly but unpredictable leader in Libya and having faced mass protests in Algeria over many of the same problems that other neighbouring nations faced, he was very unsure of what the future for Algeria would be and what it meant for the fragile peace between the government and the Islamists. He had increased wheat imports and made several other changes, including the removal of the emergency law which had been in use since the civil war began. He had also instigated a number of more democratic reforms to the Algerian constitution.

He had watched the revolutions in Egypt and Tunisia with interest, and the uprisings in Syria, Bahrain and Libya with concern. The protests may have finished, he thought, but what else was there to come?

In order to stop it from gaining nuclear weapons Israel was prepared to initiate a pre-emptive strike to stop the offending nation. However Peres wouldn't take this sitting down as he already had ambitions to restore Israel to its Pre-Six day war borders and to handle the issues with Hamas, and Palestinians.

Peres knew the Americans would stand by them, and hopefully the rest of the UN would as well when it came time to take action against Iran. Trade sanctions already proved to be pointless as those rogues don't listen to reason. For now though with the Chaos in Syria it would be a good idea to move and retake the Golan heights and capture Kunetra. However such a move could cause a diplomatic incident, but Peres knew he had to take the risk. That day he made a call to his minister of war.

Prime Minister Erdogan was in a bough spot. Given its geographic location and political status, Turkey was literally and metaphorically in the middle of practically every issue regarding the Middle East. On the one hand, the U.S., Israel, and Europe expected Turkey to work with them to accomplish Western goals in the Middle East, and on the other hand, Turkey could not simply ignore its economic and cultural ties with Iran. Add to that the Kurdish insurgency. a vulnerable economy, and a military that would just love to re-take control of his government. So yeah, Erdogan was pretty royally screwed.

Still, despite all of these pressing issues, the Prime Minister was determined to not allow these meddlesome countries to push his nation around. Nor would he give his domestic enemies the chance to stab him in the back. Politics was a dangerous game, but it was a game in which Erdogan knew all of the tricks.

Mohammed Morsi sit in his chair in his office, celebrating his victory. He smiles, remember the west reaction when the candidate from Muslim Brotherhood wins the Egyptian election. They don't like it, He thinks. Of course they don't like it. They hope the next sucessor is one of they..well, something who will recognize Israel. The most afraid thing is NATO invade just because he elected as President. Second menace is...Israel. The reason why NATO hated him is because Muslim Brotherhood doesn't friendly with that meddlesome country. And of course, they was semi-theocracy of Islam. And, as far as he know, except the coup in Libya and maybe riots in Syria, all of this coup don't make US and their allies happy.
But Egypt still under anarchy. He have commited to restore back Egypt in peace, and that who will he do. It's better to hear the people demand than NATO demand. However, he has jump one big ravine: elections.

God damn but he was tired. So much to do, and by the looks of it, he’s well booked into the next year. He set the phone down and concentrated on the paperwork at hand: a message from the Syrian embassy.

Apparently Syria was getting nervous after it blew that Turkish jet on the border. They were inquiring as to when their order for the new anti-air defense system would be shipped to them. Dim wit Bashar and his hooligan generals, they never think before they act. No wonder they were in the mess they are in now. You don't solve your problems with guns and artillery. As his time with the KGB taught him, silent and out of sight with information and money was the way.

He grimaced. Bashar was getting too familiar for his taste, perhaps it was time to cut Russia’s ties to Syria. But then again, without Russia’s support, Syria would most definitely collapse within three months and after that, the country would be ruled by anarchy and Al-qaeda. Russia would not like that, after all, geographically speaking, Russia lived right around the block. He sighed.

A large number of matters have come to the President's attention.

One of the more important ones, was a pet project the President commissioned personally. recently. Synthetic fuel. Quite a few Synthetic fuel plants were being built in Austria. These Synthetic plants could convert biomass, coal and the like. The methods of converting biomass into fuel was still be improved on and the plants weren't going to be done for a few months now.

The minister of armaments informed him that funding was approved for a new advanced Assault rifle. The development was being done by a private company but backed with abit of government money. The President saw no problem with this.

Finally, last but by no way least, there was problems in the middle east. As usual, the President thought with a sigh. The biggest problem was that Iran was said to be developing Nuclear weapons and Israel was becoming real hostile. If it ever came to war or the U.N Peacekeeping forces stepping in, Austria was prepared to send soldiers for the UN. After all, it was dedicated to peace as much as the rest of them.

Our nation's economy has been trying to improve since I was sworn in as your President in January 2009, and after much reviewing of the United States budget and minting costs, I have determined that the United States penny is actually a worthless coin, not capable of anything worth the attention of the American people -- It costs 2.41 cents to produce just one penny. Do you realize the deficit this causes for the American people? The United States mint spends an extra 1.41 cents for each penny produced. He reached into his pocket and dropped about five pennies onto the table. "I've had these pennies longer than I've been President. These pennies cost the United States government and people 7.05 cents for just 5 pennies. Now imagine this on the scale of the American people. If each American counted in the 2010 census had one penny on them, It costs about 423million cents, which is 4.23million dollars -- 4million dollars is alot of money in this economy. And that's just one penny for each American. Americans have entire jugs of pennies -- The United States mint currently reports that 2,491 million pennies circulate through the United States -- That is $24million dollars in pennies, and costs the U.S. economy $3billion dollars with the extra money needed to produce just one coin.

So Congress, I say this. We need to abolish the penny and allow the people to melt down these coins to remove them from production. This is something America can't afford to not do with the costs on paper.

Prime Minister David Cameron sat at his desk, sipping out of a mug filled with earl grey tea, pondering more issues about the European Union. A few days ago, he said that he would be considering the option of strengthening relations between each of the European Union's nations in which it encompasses. However, with reservations, he said that he would consider it "when the time comes". Nations like Greece wanted the tighter unification to occur, due to their weak and struggling economy. Regardless, he wasn't sure whether he approved of it or not. Many MPs currently want the unification to occur due to "economic possibilities".

Prime Minister Cameron took another sip of tea. He shuffled the EU issue aside, looking through the neatly stacked papers on his desk. All of them looked fairly monotonous, except one that stood out. As he reviewed it, he noticed that the United States was seeing their currency deteriorate in value. "What a shame," he muttered, "...the economy isn't looking too swell, eh?" He studied the report some more and saw that the American penny cost 2.41 cents to produce. "The metal is worth 241% times the actual coin," Cameron said, "bloody marvelous". He took another sip of tea and stared at his papers for a while.

Prime Minister Erdogan had watched the CNN broadcast with mild interest; he doubted that saving a few billion dollars in "penny costs" would impact the U.S.'s multi-trillion dollar deficit. But it was of little concern, and the PM had his own problems to worry about. The Syrian governments recent aggression (shooting down a Turkish F-4 plane) and the rising hostility throughout the Middle East in general (and in Egypt, Israel, and Iran in particular) had convinced Erdogan that he needed to re-double the government's efforts to modernize the military.

Of course, Erdogan was reluctant to take this step; the Turkish government and its military had a... complicated relationship. He definitely did not want to encourage a coup, but he also needed to ensure the safety of his people. Erdogan sighed and turned to his secretary.

"Fatima, cancel all of my appointments for the rest of the day. I have some very important business to attend to."

"Of course, Mr. Prime Minster," Fatima replied, "What should I tell the press if they start asking questions?"

I sat in my office a little later still seething with rage. It's not fair! We're always held back by some foreigner! First the Portuguese... then the British... then the other South American nations... and now America. China might even become part of that... those fucking hypocrites. They could care less about the environment, as long as they can knock out potential competitors! Brazil must exert it's influence as a regional power, and show everyone else we're just as tough!

It was a loud night in the Golan Heights as Anti-Government militia's were rampant through the area while combating Syrian military forces. However on the other side of the Israeli border thew Israeli forces were ready to move into and retake the Golan heights. The goal was for Army group A was to move down the center and draw the attention of the Syrian military forces in the area while air support destroyed any long range artillery and attacked the Syrian airfield, and supply dump near Kuneitra.

Army group B had the objective of advancing along the southern tip of the Banyas river, and digging in before moving in to the northern outskirts of Kuneitra. Army group B would be supported by medium ranged missiles and artillery to support any move against army group A's North flank.

Army group C would Move south along the Roqad river and would rival in strength to army group B and would simply stop at the end of the river, and support army group A's southern flank.

Beginning of operation Abraham.
Israeli bombers supported by a number of F-15 Boeings began their advance into the Syrian controlled Golan heights. Under the cover of darkness the stealth bombers could successfully drop their payload across the airfield. Also with Syrian attention on the rebels, jamming equipment could be utalized for electronic warfare. Across the entire front Israeli army groups, A, B, and C began to move into the Syrian controlled Golan heights. The initial stages were enjoying great success as Israeli tanks and infantry moved 7 kilometers deep in the first half hour.

"Gentlemen, will you all please just STOP TALKING?" Erdogan barked. Once he had everyone's attention, the PM cleared his throat and turned to Isnet Yilnaz, the Minister of National Defense.

"Mr. Yilnaz, what is the current situation?' Erdogan asked as calmly as he could.

"Well, mister Prime Minister," Yilnaz began, "from what we have gathered, it appears that the Israeli military launched an invasion of the Golan Heights, a clear breach of Syria's sovereignty. We have no idea what their current plants are nor their exact strength, but we believe there are at least 5,000 infantry involved, as well as numerous tanks and aircraft."

Erdogan nodded before sinking into his chair. As usual, that damn "Jewish" state was causing trouble for him and his friends. Sometimes, Erdogan saw where the Iranians were coming from.

"OK, gentlemen," Erdogan addressed the whole group, "Keep me posted, but for now I need privacy, I'm going to make a few calls."

His compatriots rose and shuffled out of the office. Erdogan groaned as he took another swig of coffee. He could feel the caffeine rejuvenating him, giving him energy for the difficult task ahead.

Picking up his phone, Erdogan dialed the Prime Minster of Israel's office and waited for a reply. Once he received one, he took a deep breath and spoke.

"This is the Prime Minister of Turkye, please let Mr. Netanyahu know that I must speak with him immediately."
