I'm not even sure how good the weapons and vehicles on my list are. Could anyone give me a rough estimate?

Your weapons are really great. I was actually going to pick 15 before you got it. There's three major weaknesses, though. First off, your tanks will only be above average at Level 2; in Level 1 and 3, you're below average with the L-60 and T-44. Second, your bombers and attack aircraft are rather lacking. And third, until Level 2, your fighters aren't very good. Other than that, though, your military is really great, especially in small arms and ships. Your navy is near-flawless, and your small arms are hampered only by the high cost of your pistol. It is, however, THE best pistol on the list.

Yeah the Thunderbolt and the Avro Lincoln are pretty good but they are Level 2s. Your sub machinegun is awful haha.

Look at the magazine capacity again.
That's right, 64 rounds with box magazines, not drums.
And it's so cheap to make, if it'd had a lower magazine cap, I would have listed it as an insurgency weapon.
So that's why it's good.

Hm. That sounds a lot better than I expected. Now, we can use Level 1 weapons and such even when we can field Level 3's, correct?

Das ist korrekt. But I wouldn't recommend it. Once people start fielding their next-level stuff, you want to try and match them as much as possible. What are you considering here?

I don't think it would overheat, but it would only be inaccurate if you just blasted the thing full-auto, which is frowned upon in most military's.

I'm a bit apprehensive about my Level 2 Service Rifle. I'm not sure whether to compare it more to a BAR-type weapon, or more of just a general Rifle to replace my Bolt-action service rifles.

Well, as you said, your tank sucks balls... at the moment, that is. After Level 1, you get the two heaviest tanks available at their respective levels. Not great for a blitzkrieg, but it's not like anything can go head to head with them either. Your other vehicles are decent- not super awesome, but they don't suck either. Small arms are actually a bit above average, IMO. Aircraft-wise, your number is a standout, at least when you get further up the levels. The P-60 and G8N are a really good fighter and bomber, respectively; and the Stuka is the COOLEST THING FREAKIN' EVER INVENTED. Your ships are pretty much average; they'll hold their own, but don't count on winning w/o superior numbers.

It's more like the M1 Garand- a semi-automatic service rifle. The FG42, on the other hand, is something I have seriously considered replacing on the list for a LONG time.

Gotcha. Sounds pretty good, most of the stuff is average/above-average; with boss aircraft. Perfect for my situation. Danke!

It tickles my fancy that the Russian has the best Navy as far as ship technology goes.

@Neo: Since my Lvl 2 tanks is above average and my Lvl 3 is below, should I stick to the Lvl 2 for my main tank platoons and only make Lvl 3's for specialized platoons where they would fit in better, or would my Lvl 3 still outclass my Lvl 2?

Meh, I would rather have an air force or tank powerhouse rather than a Navy powerhouse, but the Arctic lanes are still viable for travel and I can reach the Middle East through the Volga trade route.

The T-44 still outclasses the m/42. It has an 85mm long-barreled gun, whereas the m/42 has a shorter 75mm gun. It's got better armour too.

Hm, so the jump between classes in that big? Alright, sounds good to me. I'm not much of a gun or military vehicle nut, so I'm clueless when it comes to how good my weapons and vehicles are.

Well it's not like the player would be able to match the production of FG-42's gun for gun of someone with a semi-auto rifle like the Garand. They would have the advantage of being able to equip maybe a few infantry divisions with highly advanced infantry weapons, opposed to another player being able to equip ALL of their infantry divisions with semi-auto weapons.

EDIT: If they did produce enough FG42's to equip all their infantry, then they probably will have like, five tanks to outfit their armored divisions.

Yes, but can your Blue-Water Navy transverse the Volga? I would rather have a Navy/Aircraft Force actually. Oh well.
