It would be inadvisable to do so. If I was Russia, and you were attempting to do that to me, I would mass panzers march into Finland prior to my declaration of war, launch blockades of all major port cities(very easy), and begin landing the legendary large 12 million man army that Russia has been known to summon. You would be finished before the war even began and I'm sure others would support this movement.

Switzerland I took out until his application is fixed up. Another thing that was brought to my attention was that newer players don't know what number to pick, so if every could post their weapon numbers so I can compile them for Neo, that'd be awesome.

Writing more history. Working on "The Crisis", detailing the events of 1700 which was pretty much a vicious civil war that killed up to at least 50 million people, which would be nearly 10% of the world population at the time. Mainly it was started over a conflict of succession and developed in a harsh war among Imperial Princes until one was left standing. Terrible stuff.
