Cheers. I wonder what eating cake mix does - if it offers a +1 bonus when held, what happens when eaten? Also, what is the vomit effect.

Its effect depends on what you roll. The +1 bonus is from Bongo having a weird cake mix fetish. :p

Vomit effect pretty much means that when you inevitably run into wild animals, they'll be attracted to the scent and attack you and only you.
