The McElroys controlled South Vice. It was an industrial area and good for hiding crime. Most of their money came through drugs. They had some of the dirtiest fighters out there and they weren't afraid to do some back stabbing

The Redosia family controls the area of Midtown. They are very aggressive, and many storefronts belong to them. Warehouses on the shore bring in goods every day to the Redosia's, such as Tommy Guns or beer. You can easily distinguish the Redosia's from anyone else- they wear red and black. You don't want to cross them, or the Don will not be so happy...

The Tipton family controls the harbor[the green area].They are very dangerous and patient.They control all exports and imports of the town.The cargo ships give them explosives,machine guns,ammo,food,and alcohol.They wear all black.Don't piss them off,or you'll have to answer to the boomstick.

While walking the streets of Midtown, Don Redosia spots the Tipton mobster. "You from the Tipton family?" he asks.

The Shepard family controlls the main business district from here they do everything from gun running to dealing drugs. It would be a big mistake to mess with them as they have the best shooters in the area.

The Reardon family controlled most of the northern part. They lived in
a brutal area, but the Reardon Family was all business when it came to
drugs like cocaine and crack. But the Reardons despise the Redosia Family,

Shamus started to write a little letter to the Reardons:

Dear Reardon Family,

We are tow families not to be messed with in the city. I am willing to talk about an alliance... either protection or drug trading. Contact me back and we will soon talk... there is some Brandy and a cigar waiting for you here in my office, friend.

Shamus folded the paper and stamped it with wax. He motioned for his runner to come over... a young man, 20 years old, wearing a suit and a racing cap, and of course he had a green hat and shamrock pin on.

Shamus was tipped off by one of his street men about the Rediosa meeting. He sent two of his men to check out what was going on, sending them in a fast little green coupe.

"Let's go then. Time is money." The two head south towards the Vice City Port, at the secret meeting area.

''We better hide.There's police coming.''
He draws out a magnum.

Redosia ducks down. "Damn police are annoying these days," he says. The police car passes by. "Looks like they were after someone else. Now lets go before more show up."

Kendrik stared at the men all the time they talked with the same expression, or rather lack of expression. He wondered when the family would receive the letter from Shamus... then maybe they could talk about that.

Unknowingly to anyone, the Caufield's sent 3 made men to the meeting, waiting for the right time to strike, which was now. They bursted in, firing rapidly all over, at least hitting someone, due to a grunt.

He signaled for one of the gaurds to pour a mug of beer.

The speed of the coup rockets them away from the men with the guns.
