The year is 1940. The streets are bustling with the business people and the unemployed of Vice City. Crime is rampant, petty theft robbery, racketeering, murder, and extortion are being executed like clock work. Of course the government is trying to stop this and of course the citizens are scared to leave their homes, but this is the way life is in Vice City... roaches and stallions trying to find a way to live in harmony but never succeeding. This is the birthplace of the crime family, the "stick together" motive... where the saying "blood is thicker than water" is put to use in deadly ways. And this is the way it will be, until life ceases from the city many call home.

Use the Mafia map from Xbox. Probably the best one we can find.
