And I did not see it mentioned anywhere that they had helmets with visors on them. Or helmets, for that matter, but I assumed that they had some sort of face protection, so instead of bashing a rock into his face, I had him put glass through his eye.

Well, again, I simply assumed you guys would deduce that, since they were more heavily armored than Rapiers, they would have at least equal face protection, and I definitely mentioned that all Rapiers had helmet with visors on them.

I don't have that amazing memory (i.e. something mentioned once two months ago that I didn't really need to think about) and when I think of armour, I tend to forget about head protection. I'll edit the method of death.

It seems like he loosened something so that any upper body movement would dislodge the wires connecting the gauntlet to the rest of the armour.

Also, I think he's become a bit of a maniac since he changed hands. In my opinion, he used to be a bit more... Stoic? I don't know, but that's just my personal opinion, feel free to not act upon it.

Eh, the plasma bolt only did some damage to the armor because you shot a Knightsword. It'd probably have taken out an operative.
