Well Russia needs it because it has one of its only warm water ports in the black sea. the reason the war was fought in the first place was because Russia wanted one more near Serbia. That region is also primarily Slavic, which is the primary ethnicity of Russia, so ceding territories like that would be like ceding parts of the Russian mainland.

Realistically, the Russian Empire would continue fighting until all of the Ukraine, Moldavia, and Serbia is liberated. The only reason why that didn’t happen in the real world was b/c of Lenin and the commies, but Germany never sent him, so all the commies go to the gulags in Siberia. Russia wholly mobilized is very strong and AH does not have the resources to take on it one on one. But it did take a beating in the beginning and I do not wish to spend more resources or time on the western front.

So, we mainly appealed to him, gave him funds to conduct his private research, he demonstrated it could work, then gave us designs to copy. He won't be going anywhere, either. Such a resource is undoubtedly too power to loose.

Well, I have never heard a war were the winner has to pay war reparations. So please give your arguments why I should. I may propose to give a percentage of the food that is produced on western Ukraine? What a shame, I just went through your post history and found nothing about Nikola Tesla until about last page (13). America has him, and me and him funded his experimentation long before he would have came back to AH. All in all, he would have stayed in America because we have better funding. He left for a reason, you know.

Well, firstly, the allies lost and Spain was part of the allies. So why would they BENEFIT. I just want expansion of Balkan territory.
I guess I claim I have is more on Sicily, since the Kingdom of the Balkans is the successor to the Byzantine Empire (Russia could not be since now they are a communist country) and the Empire expanded to Sicily during the reign of Justinian.
