I don't anyone should have the right to just come in and force someone out. You left, he came in and started playing and you pushed him out. Well he was Great Britain, he was out for several days and we assumed he quit so we gave Great Britain away. I think it was unfair that we gave his spot away to begin with. On top of that, the guy who took his spot godmodded horribly on his first post. I think it would be ok to give him his spot back.

I usually wont let people back in after not posting in 11 days (last post was June 14) and not letting anyone know, but he WAS in the hospital after all. Probably counldn't have gotten on and said "I think I might get sick pretty soon. I might not be able to post in 11 days"

Hm. I agree, but what could we do? All signs pointed to him just dropping off, so he we vacated his spot. He came back with a valid excuse, so he should have the right to retain it.

To the Italian Question:

Yes, Italy was fairly good and it was taken rather abruptly. Ottomans could be turned into something worthwhile, if land concessions are given in exchange for technology/alliances, otherwise, Thailand or Ethiopia are the only 'good' nations still freed up.
