Really sucked. What all happened IC and OOC in a short little list that way I can get up to speed?

EDIT: Rebels in Argentina will be smashed thoroughly. Chile eliminated the Argentine Remnant in Patagonia. Why not go with African Nationalism?

I militarized and industrialized the entire Rio de la Plata because a large chunk of Argentine, Brazilian, Uruguayan, and Paraguyan populations live there. Yes, but he does get more sinister down the line. Ulysses is supposed to paint himself as a benevolent leader, but will be a really scattered individual with large intelligence yet sadistic tendencies. On the outside, he will seem like a great man and Emperor, but in his own company he is healthily insane.

When I was born. Well technically, I was pink for a while, fetuses and all. However, I just told the NC Community that I was black for shits and giggles. They never seemed to question it, which was weird.

I have an idea for the collapse of the ottomans and rise of modern turkey (combined with the unoccupied portions)
