The Vice President, acting President while President Lovell is in London, has decided to continue the expansion of the NCR after conversing with the President via secure telephone line. Three Marine Battalions are in the process of cutting Oklahoma into parts. The Panhandle is being subjugated by the Third Marines, the Eastern half of the pot is being taken by the Fourth, and the Fifth Marines are establishing FOBs in the remainder. The First, Sixth, Seventh, and Twelfth Marines are busy subjugating Montana. The high Oil and Natural Gas reserves, along with gold and silver, are a veritable treasure horde just there for the taking. The Government is confident that they will be conquered within the month, and their natural resources used to expand the republic and aid her citizens.

The Dominion of Malay annexes Yunnan Province.

In an effort to promote regional peace, safeguard the rich environmental resources, and to cease the harassment and ethnic cleansing of Yi, Bai, Tai, and Tibetan minorities from Han persecution, the Dominion of Malay has sent elements of the Thai & Burmese Territory Guards into Yunnan Province. Similar to the Japanese humanitarian action, resistance is expected to be moderate as former PRC - now New Han Dynasty forces have pivoted to watch the SE Han frontier.

The incursions are mostly comprised of Ukrainian-designed T-84 MBTs and German produced Condor APCs, as well as supporting supply elements. It is postulated that as pre-war US and PRC tensions were hitting the boiling point, secret ASEAN contingency plans sprung into action, and vast stores of war materiel were hidden in mountain bunkers.

Seeing as how ASEAN was officially neutral during the global exchange, albeit with moderate US-leanings; the ASEAN member states (and the modern Malay state that followed) has secured one of the dominant positions in the Pacific, along with the Australian Principality.

Free South Korea petitions entry into Malay Dominion

Having fought the northern forces of Kim Jong Un for almost half a decade and being pushed to the brink of the peninsula due to indiscriminate chemical artillery strikes, the Free South Korean government located in Pusan has called for a special referendum on willingly integrating with the Dominion of Malay. All free Korean citizens not currently located in occupied territory have been urged to vote, and local turnout is as high as 70-80%. Incredibly, citizens in combat "red" zones were not deterred by the threat of sniper attack and gathered around local polling centers as the call went out over wireless radio. It is their hope that the successes of the Malay-led Japanese police action would be repeated on the Korean Peninsula, and territory up to and past the 38th parallel could be regained.

Solomon Islands Annexed

The Solomon Islands, having suffered under a number of successively more corrupt warlords who bickered and fought over the archipelago, are to be the newest addition to Australia's dominion. New Britain's annexation along with Papua had set the stage for the operation which sought to wipe out the last of these petty dictatorships. Infrastructure in the islands was poor even when the world ended; and with the vast numbers of people who were killed under the regimes of the despots now being deposed, the islands are barely populated. They are, according to the Ministry of External Affairs, to be used twofold: as a staging ground for the annexation of the whole of the Pacific; and as an area to settle with Australians in order to relieve population problems in major cities.

Solomons Operations Draw To A Close

After several weeks of unexpectedly hard fighting, the Australian Army finally managed to secure the Solomons Islands today, raising the Australian flag above the still smouldering ruins of dictator Ilo Masane's former headquarters building on the island of Nendo. Masane will be tried for possible war crimes and/or crimes against humanity in absentia, as he's entirely vanished from the face of the earth. It's possible he is among the unidentified dead in the shelled-out city; however, he may have escaped into the hills. Only time will tell. In other, related news, the success of the liberation of Java and the peacekeeping and annexation operations in South Borneo have caused the UAP government to declare that not only are Moluccans who have learned passable English full citizens, but that the army units they compose are to be integrated, and held equal with Australian and New Zealand units. A huge spike in volunteers from the Moluccas followed the announcement, and there are a number of new regiments being formed.

Micronesia Annexed; "Encouraging Regional Unification And Stability", Says UAP Govt.

The latest intended acquisition of the burgeoning Australian empire is none other than the island group known as Micronesia. In a surprise move, Australian forces made amphibious landings on over a dozen islands yesterday evening, meeting little to no resistance in most cases. Kiribati, Yap, and Truk are among the foremost of these captured isles; the entire region of Micronesia has been declared as being under Australian authority, not just the former Federated States. Prince David II made a brief statement this morning regarding the ongoing operations, which he called "a brilliant success" while thanking the officers who planned it. "They will be remembered by the generations to come as great tacticians." The operation's many separate landings were perfectly choreographed thanks to the Wallaby-2 satellite system, launched last year, which is used to coordinate clocks, transmit emergency signals, boost radio waves, and other seemingly mundane tasks. There is no word on whether Micronesia will be annexed like New Guinea, or administered as a territory, like Java and South Borneo.

Having discussed the topic carefully over the past twenty four hours, the NCR has decided that it's next expansion will be into British Colombia and Alberta. As we speak, four Mechanized Infantry Brigades are rolling into British Colombia, miles to the east, two Infantry Divisions and two Armored Brigades are marching into Alberta. The abundant Natural Gas, Oil, Gold, and the like, makes it an irresistible target. The majority of encountered resistance again comes from military remnants and biker gangs, as was to be expected. The Biker gangs appear to be very disorganized. Captured and interrogated leaders of the gangs are often unaware of an attack launched just a few short miles to the east.

The Australian Navy has been touring the South Pacific for close to 6years now, promoting unification under the UAP's banner. Today, the Polynesian Alliance for Freedom, a loose confederationof islands, finally concluded a vote that was to decide whether the pacific was to be independent or not. Though the tallying of the vote has not been concluded ye, all signs point towards a pro-Australian turnout.

Britain invades Mali and Greenland

It was time for Greenland to be brought into submission. For too long, Greenland had strayed away from the control of Denmark. Now, as a part of the United Kingdom, Denmark was going to restore that control. The Royal Navy poured out from Iceland onto Greenland's beaches. A fierce attack was struck, and the people quickly welcomed in the new British government. As for Mali, it would simply be used as a military base to protect British-African ports. If Mali was lost, time could regain it. However, the King was eager to see Mali added to his Crown Colonies. But also, the King learned the art of patience. Patience definitely pays.

Solomons Dictator Caught At Last

The United Australian Principality's government finally announced the end of a long hunt across the Solomon Islands for notorious war criminal and former dictator of the Solomons, Ilo Masane. At first thought to have died in the bombardment of his headquarters on the island of Nendo, it was later revealed by a captured bodyguard that he had actually made it to a bunker in the hills of the island. Upon locating and raiding the bunker, however, it was found that he had left the day before for a second location on the island of Vanikoro, which had NOT yet been fully secured by UAP troops. After two days of fighting in which the last of Masane's loyalists were killed, the dictator's body was retrieved from his crumbling fortress. He had evidently killed himself only a few hours before. The islands are now entirely under Australian control.

The Caliphate Invades Iran, Moves to Annex Palestine

Caliph Fahim al-Riyyah knew that if he wanted to be the sole Islamic-and strong- power in the Middle East, he had to do away with Iran. Iran's resources could help the Caliphate in the coming months should a war arise with Kieva over Egypt. However, he also wanted Palestine. The Palestinians could help him as well, despite their lack of numbers. While his generals moved into Iran to take the oil rich country, the Caliph himself went to Palestine to ask for its peaceful annexation into the Arab Caliphate.

Malay/Korean front advances past the 38th Parallel into North Korea

Bolstered by the successful referendum of the Free Republic of Korea's integration into the Malay Dominion; Free Korean & Malay forces - using bases in Pusan, Okinawa, Misawa, and Suwan are now steadily advancing into formerly North Korean territory. While repeated chemical attacks against Malay forces continue - surgical bomber strikes have effectively crippled the DPRK's strategic launch delivery systems all across the impoverished country; thus ending any nuclear threat.

Marshal Alfonso Resurreccion, based out of Malay's Northern Command HQ in Manila and his counterpart Dae Wonsu Hyo Jaeng Lee of the Free Korean forces continue to lead the combined forces northward in an attempt to free the Korean peninsula from tyranny and the last remaining vestige of weapons of mass destruction on this side of the world.

Meanwhile, Empress Sao, while attending the London Summit for the Betterment of the World has mentioned to the press and diplomatic corps that the current Korean conflict is "closer to the end of our humanitarian expansion campaign near our sphere, than it is to the beginning", although if and when the Dominion truly stops expanding it's borders still remains to be seen.
