Nick Fury looked around the conference room. This was the annual conference that was held every year with the top agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The most pressing matters of the moment were the ones that had anything to do with the rumors about Apocalypse. All of a sudden one of the agents spoke up, "Are you sure the avengers can’t just defeat Apocalypse themselves?''
"I'm positive," Nick Fury replied, "But, we still need them. I already have a meeting scheduled with the team in a few hours."
Just then Nick Fury’s head began to throb and The Silver Surfer's message popped into his head.
Humans of Earth. You must move quickly. The Cosmos is in despair. Apocalypse is growing more powerful, he hopes to take over your Earth. I, the Silver Surfer, am trying to form allies with the other sentient beings of the Cosmos to join our cause. You on Earth must fight back. I believe it is time for the Avengers to assemble
"I know," Nick thought, "I know."
He looked at the other Agents. There were 26 of them, each with a different letter name. “This meeting is adjourned. I have received a message from one of our allies and we need to move out. You all are going to be sent to different locations of the world to get various heroes. Agent X you will be heading to the subway on 10th to meet up with Deadpool. Agent R you will be meeting with the Silver Surfer when he lands. We don't know his exact landing location, but it will probably some place rural. Agent C there is going to be a brawl between Venom and Carnage, break it up and take Venom. Meet these heroes and tell them the Earth is in danger. They must come to the Avenger's tower within the hour."
The second he finished the highly trained agents stood up and filed out the room. The agents then entered their respective jets and headed to their respective locations.
There was one more hero Nick needed to get, but he didn't trust any of his other Agents to get him."Barton," He screamed, "Barton. I need you to come here.''

Hawkeye calmly walked into the conference room, a couple of minutes after he had been called for. He had been, as ever, practicing with his bow and arrow and had taken his time to quickly empty his quiver and recovering the arrows before heading off to see the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. walking up to Fury he asked, "So, who is it you want me to contact then?"

Jolleus wrote:"No!" screamed Venom. "The blood of innocents must not be spilled! The killing is unacceptable! We will KILL to end the killing!" Venom charged after Carnage, ignoring the SHIELD agent. Shooting a webline at Carnage, he gave a hard tug, yanking the red alien monster toward him. As Carnage flew toward him, he ripped a tree saproling out of the ground and held it like a club. "Ah, so nice of you to bring the piñata to the party, kiddo!" *WHAM!*Just to make sure you understand, Venom won't go with the SHIELD agent unless a) he is disabled with a sonic cannon and restrained, or b) he is convinced that going with the SHIELD agent will let him save more innocents than killing Carnage would.

"You're allied with this murderer, is that it?!" screamed Venom at Agent C. "Well, then, if you want to kill me, your little playmate is going down, too!" Venom struggled against Carnage, who was obviously resisting, but made absolutely sure to stay in physical contact with the red alien.

Somewhere in the Pacific
Life was simpler here amongst the natives, it was peaceful, quiet. Nobody wished the islanders any ill will, no-one here fought or lied... the people were as close to innocent as humanity could get; untouched by the greed or rush of modern society and it was here he had made a home. For many weeks he had to go it alone, the islanders didn't trust him at all and so the Doctor lived on the other side of the island. He was a curiosity to the younger members of the tribe, the children and young adults would try to watch him without being detected and it first he pretended not to notice but soon the loneliness and melancholy got to him and Banner began making a game of their curious natures, and deliberately began doing strange things such as stacking piles of rocks and then moving the pile one by one to another spot, taking care to place the rocks in the same order. Once that was no longer entertaining enough he began playing hide and seek with them; sneaking up on them as they looked on at his lean-to or tried to catch a glimpse of him. For a time it was the only real entertainment he had, the tribals would run away, some laughing, some screaming. Sometimes they didn't return but more often than not they would visit again and again and it seemed he was not the only one enjoying this little game with unspoken rules.
It was during one of those 'rounds of the game' when he found acceptance by the tribe. He had snuck up on a group of children who were spying on his little home and let out a large bellow, which sent them laughing, screaming, and skittering off in all directions. He was laughing along with them when one of the smallest children fell into a rocky ravine and broke her leg. It was up to Bruce to scramble down the sheer cliffs, set her leg and bring her back her back to the village before anyone knew what had happened to her. A grateful village dubbed him Pale One and the nameless islanders accepted him as one of their own. He was only barely now understanding their language, and they pressed him for questions about the world he came from and what it was like, but they especially liked his stories as read from a book of classics he had brought along with him.
So as night began to fall the evening ritual began, after a meal of fish and fruit the village gathered around for him to read from his book of classics. It was not always easy translating the words from English to their language but he tried his best, and the story was oft interrupted by questions, just about every other sentence, but he had managed to read the whole of Journey to the Center of the Earth but the next story made him pause at the title, Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. Something in the back of Banner's head stirred, something peaked curiously through Banner's eyes, and perhaps even grinned. Taking a moment to fight him down he steeled himself and blocked him off again.
Then as if nothing was wrong he began to read Chapter 1.

Something in the back of Banner's head stirred, something peaked curiously through Banner's eyes, and perhaps even grinned. Taking a moment to fight him down he steeled himself and blocked him off again.
Then as if nothing was wrong he began to read Chapter 1.
"What a classic novel," bellowed a strong voice. The villagers looked back and saw a pillar of purple smoke. The wind licked away the haze revealing a muscular man in a green outfit. He wore a royal-purple cape and dirt-gold gloves, but the feature that was most striking was his glass helmet—spherical like a typical fishbowl—filled with a white mist that clouded & hid his face. He took a few steps forward, motioning for the villagers to step back.
"Is it not ironic that you of all the people in this world—you, Dr. Banner—would be reading that book," said the mysterious figure coolly, "oh but perhaps it is not strange that you would be reading that. Yes... for it reflects what you truly are, no? Come now, doctor, show these people the inner beast within you. Please, do it. I want to know just how... severe your condition is. An ally of mine knows a way to cure your misfortune. Would you not love to be normal again?"
He started to walk around Dr. Banner. One village girl ran up to the strange man. He swiftly swung his cape, scaring the girl. "Stay away!" he hissed. He stopped for moment and turned to the girl. He knelt down and, from his wrist cufflinks, a puff of white smoke shot towards the girl and spread to everyone else. Their eyes dilated and everyone calmed down quite fast. Purple smoke then slowly crept out from one of his cufflinks, forming a white rose. He held the rose and handed it to the girl who walked back to the rest of the villagers with a smile on her face as she admired the rose. The man got up and fixed his eyes on Dr. Banner, "I haven't properly introduced myself. My name is—well, no I shouldn't tell you. That would just ruin the mystery. We're not so different, you and I. But, unfortunately, there is no cure for my condition."

He looked at Hawkeye, "His name is Dr. Elias Wertham, but nowadays he goes by Cardiac."
"Cardiac is best described by as a Cyborg-Vigilante. He replaced his heart with a compact beta-particle reactor and encased his entire body within a layer of Vibranium-mesh pseudoskin, specifically designed to channel beta particles into his muscles. In other words, his skin is slightly weaker than Captain America's shield. He has the ability to channel beta particles through the neural web of his vibranium-mesh skin into his muscles thereby endowing him with superhuman strength and regeneration, and enhanced speed, agility, reflexes, and endurance, and he can channel these particles through external objects (such as his pulse staff and hang glider). He wields his pulse staff which fires concussive force bolts, and rides a beta-propelled stingray hang-glider. He wants to save lives, but he often causes the death and destruction of others. He is very dangerous, and should not be taken lightly. I am entrusting you to convince him to join with us. We need as many heroes as we can. Barton, this foe is stronger, then you could possibly imagine."
He stopped and paused for a little bit.
"Your jet is in the Hangar bay, be quick."

The Union of Myanmar wrote:"Behold!" said Mysterio, "The Hulk! This is what he can become!"
To his surprise, a few villagers bowed down at "the Hulk" which was really just one of Mysterio's holographic projections. Under the effects of his two gasses though, it looked very real, but as the elders kneeled before the beast in respect, so too did more villagers.
"What the hell are you idiots doing!?" screeched Mysterio, "He can kill you all!" He looked back at Dr. Banner, "if I can't get them to turn against you, I- I-" His mind suddenly blanked; this wasn't how it was supposed to turn out. Suddenly, "Does... does the name Arnim Zola mean anything to you?" He paused for a few seconds, "He lives. It was said he was executed for Nazi war crimes, but no. His mind still lives." His hologram roared to keep the villagers away as some had tried to touch it. "Dr. Zola... he's the only person who knows about the Super Soldier Serum. You worked on it, didn't you? It was what turned you into the Hulk. Or is the true version of story that you were exposed to gamma radiation while testing a bomb? I'm not sure which story is correct. But regardless, Zola can help you."
