Most people are at the Asylum, in relation to you, I teleported between you and Thor, put up a barrier between you and attempted to question you, Thor push me aside and tried to attack you, getting blocked by the barrier, he questioned me, I antagonized him and now I'm questioning you again.

Everything else is really the individual encounters by others in the Asylum, most of us are in the same room or area I believe.

Alpha 46 and Link may meet outside the Asylum, seeing as how Alpha 46 just shot the van that Link grappled on to.
Nobody knows where the Doctor is.

Link followed the strange boy to the tower, but halted, watching in awe as the entire structure fell towards the ground. He was still amazed by the technology of the time, but didn't wonder about it for long, he didn't care about how to make bombs like that, only how to stop them. A van, driving crazily and decorated with clown faces, drove towards him. Link noticed they were driving away from the blast, and they carried what looked like small cannons to him, so he assumed they were the ones behind the attack. Link pulled out the Clawshot, and fired at the van as it raced by. He managed to latch onto the back, and held one for dear life as Midna tried to keep up with him. Once the two reached the van's destination, Link watched from the back of the van as a strange man dressed in makeup was confronted by the caped man Link had seen earlier. He clawshoted up to a ledge behind the two, and jumped down just as a strange woman appeared between the two fighters.

A Daedric dai-katana is more or less a blade of demonic gods. In this case, Azura.
Not to mention this incarnation of the Nerevarine's inherent magical skills, mainly in restoration and destruction.

I edited the post you quoted. He has magic, but the dai-katana is the only weapon he carries currently.
