Jay smiled and took a seat opposite of Tyler, though he seemed to have some issues finding the seat at first. Once he got into the seat and put his food down, he said,"I'm Jay. It's nice to meet you, Tyler." He was wearing sunglasses, so his blank gaze couldn't be seen, but it kind of looked like he was looking through Tyler, rather then at him.

Rachael was glad to have woken up without being poked by a skeleton. It meant that she didn't have to hurry through her regime after waking up. It was nice to have hot water, and be able to get dressed without hearing screaming for alcohol. She wore all black, typical for her by now, seeing as it was so useful to sneak around in shadowed, abandoned shops. She headed up to the cafeteria for breakfast.

"Likewise," Tyler said to Jay, who seemed a bit off somehow. It had taken him some time to find the chair and Tyler got the feeling that he wasn't looking at him, or else there was something very interesting behind him. It suddenly occurred to him that he might be blind, and he decided immediately not to bring it up in case it was a sensitive subject.

"So, what's your power?" he asked, since that question was rather neutral on the station, in any case it was better than asking him about any disabilities he may have.

"Well, I have echolocation abilities, and I can talk to ghosts. What about you?" Jay said. He ate some of his food as he waited for an answer. He wondered if it would start getting busy soon. He kind of liked it when it was quiet, but he knew it wouldn't last. He found it easier to tell exactly where objects were when there wasn't a bunch of other blabbering going on while he was using his echolocation.

Axel woke up and, after showering and getting dressed, headed out to get some breakfast. He knew that his lesson today would be a bit more interesting today, after he gave Becky the offer to come and see his class in the morning. Nonetheless, he reminded himself to eat well this breakfast, as he'll definitely be using more magic today than he usually would. He was very eager, but also wary. He asked the other teachers sitting at the faculty table, "So, any students to watch out for?"

"I can shoot kinetic energy," Tyler said. Jay having the power of echolocation made him even more sure that he was blind, since that power would be fairly useless otherwise, unless you wanted to hunt submarines or something. Then something suddenly occurred to him that made him almost choke on his eggs.

"Wait, ghosts? Ghosts actually exist?" he asked. Despite having fought in a war against interdimensional vampires he still had trouble believing that ghosts were real, it just seemed wrong somehow.

"Cool," Jay said. He loved his own powers, especially the echolocation, but he knew that he would be pretty useless in a fight, other then like, summoning ghosts to scare the crap out of people or something. He wasn't sure how much ghosts could interact with the world of the living.

"Well...I can talk to spirits of dead people....So yeah, I'd say so. I can also summon them to assist me," He said. He believed in all kinds of supernatural things, so he didn't find it hard to believe in ghosts at all.

Caitlin woke up bright and early, and quickly started to do what normal people did when they woke up in the morning, from brushing their teeth, to other various things. For her, she was brushing her hair too, because it became quite a mess in the middle of the night. While she was doing everything, she was recalling the strange dream she had last night. The dream about actually going through one of the doors and into the restricted section. It was so vivid, it practically felt real to her. Like she had actually done it. Which, if your dream-state didn't screw with your mind, that would obviously be completely wrong, since she had gone to bed already. It's not like she magically woke up and poofed to going through the door. It made her more interested in trying again..to an extent. She didn't want to get caught by that same teacher again, though she wasn't sure if other teachers might be even more likely to go straight to a more serious punishment or not, even without proof that she wasn't actually lost or not.

Caitlin headed into the Cafeteria and went straight to the food. She got herself some food of a big variety, and headed over to go sit down and eat at some random table in the Vigilante section. She was quite hungry this morning, so she got more food then usual to pig down on. She was excitedly looking forward to the classes today, because she always liked to see how the various teachers would teach their students, and how the various classes would pan out or how boring they would be. Either way, it interested her to learn about all the classes here.

{Cassie}
Cassie woke up early too, and like usual, had nightmares last night about her past. She let out a sigh and tried her best just to not think about the nightmares She hated them, like most people would probably hate their nightmares. She vaguely wondered if some of the Villains would actually like their nightmares instead of hating them, but since they usually involved something bad related to you, not others, she wasn't really sure they would.

After doing all the shiz you do in the morning like a normal person, she headed out of her room and started to head towards the Cafeteria. She was afraid that she'd be hit with a splitting headache again, and she hoped that it would be in the Hallway if it did happen, not in the Cafeteria. With her luck though, she expected it to be in the Cafeteria. Once she was inside the Cafeteria, she just headed straight to the Hero tables and sat down, not even getting anything for food.

"So," Tyler said, still wearing a look of disbelief, "you're telling me that you see dead people, that the dead actually walk among us, that the human soul is an actual thing?"

"I'm sorry," he continued, "but I can't believe that. It just seems too weird, it would completely conflict with everything science knows about the state of the world."

The sociopath who had claimed that he would gladly kill anyone for the right pay sat down at their table, and Tyler looked at him as he started discussing the weird pale guy.

"Yeah, well, last year there was this other student here. Looked like a bug, and acted like an idiot. But he was still just a mutant like you or me, no matter how strange he may have been on the outside. That's the difference between something weird, like you or me or that guy, and ghosts. Ghosts simply don't make sense at all in our current understanding of the world."

"Besides, I don't think you should insult him," he gestured at Morbus, "I understand he has very good hearing."

"I don't exactly 'see' them," Jay replied, referring to the fact that he was blind, even if Tyler didn't know that...which he pretty much did. "They don't really walk among us, either. I think there is our world, and a world of the dead. I'm not sure, though."

He frowned at what Tyler said, then said,"How do you explain me being able to talk to dead people, then?" He asked.

He looked kind of annoyed at the random person butting into their conversation. "Thanks for sharing," He said, referring to him saying that he knew that Morbus was off his rocker. He didn't really care much about some random dude being off his rocker, and he didn't really care what someone looked like, either, because he couldn't see.

Jay didn't find it insulting, like some blind people might of. He was at peace with his situation. It sucked, but he was used to it.

Bramwell, Makoto, and Joaquin

After their morning routine was complete, the two headed into the cafeteria while listening to classic rock on their blue headsets. When they entered, they saw that Joaquin was making waffles. It was oddly aromatic, for Joaquin was taking special requests for waffles. Judging by the aroma, he was using a variety of ingredients.

"Two large waffles please?"

"What do you want on them and what type? I've got plenty of toppings for these and various types of waffles."

"Uh, honey, powdered sugar, and blueberries on Liège waffles would be nice."

"Comming right on up. You'll have to try some of the more desert-like waffles at somepoint. Belgian waffles with chocolate, whipped cream, powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream, and strawberries are a favorite order around here, even if I'd call that desert." After the two got their order alongside cereal, fruit salad, and chocolate milk, they went to a table and started listening to the conversations around them. Oddly, students that had gone to Joauqin's classes yesterday claimed to be uneasy in Joaquin's room or see ghosts. Joaquin was oddly chipper, even if it was still deadpan. He either did not understand what the students felt about his room or did not care. Though they heard about a student that could communicate with ghosts, they did not feel as though they should try it out.

Hundreds, Tyler thought, images of the accident that had happened when he got his powers surfacing in his mind. Even the tiniest fraction of a chance that Jay might actually be able to summon ghosts was too much to risk, their stares haunted him enough in his dreams even if he didn't have to face them again in life.

After pausing for a moment to take a sip of his juice he continued with a slightly forced smile, "besides, I'd probably just dismiss it as you using some freaky mind powers to trick me."

"Anyways," he said after clearing his throat, "any of you know what class we have after breakfast? I think it might have actually been an interesting one."

Butter especially, she loved the butter. That, and flying and nuking things burned a ton of calories, and the butter here was the best kind: Yellow, nutty, and basically a slab of calories.

Mina woke up to an awkward silence. The brig wasn't exactly a comfortable place to sleep, but she had another 6 days to go. When her things were packed she waited for the guard to come by and open her cell. When they eventually did Mina gave a nice smile to the guard, and left the brigs. First things first was breakfast. She was quite hungry at this point, and hell she might even attempt Plan B of Operation "Take over the school". So with a seemingly optimistic attitude she procured some breakfast and sat down at a nearby table to nom.

Morbus hissed as he spotted Mina and thought it best to keep and ear on her, he would be stalking her and be waiting for the perfect moment to strike, one where he couldn't be blamed. Morbus continued muching on one of the two peanut butter burgers he had ordered like from before. Being only three tables down from Mina, Morbus kept the clicking to a minimum, hoping she didn't notice him observing her.

Cassie sat alone at some table, seeming to be just spacing off into the distance. She wasn't even listening to music right now, just staring. She felt something coming though, and she muttered to herself. "No, why now? Why now of all times?" She said to herself, and she closed her eyes. Following that, she let out a groan of pain and rested her head on the table. It almost seemed like she was trying harder to act as if it didn't affect her that much this time then before, just because she was in a more public place. But it didn't work for long, and she shouted out a "Aaaahhhh!" while grabbing her head, right before collapsing off of her chair and onto the floor.

(Caitlin)
Caitlin looked over at Cassie at the Hero table as soon as she heard a shout come from that direction, right as she collapsed. A sudden feeling of concern for the girl hit her, because clearly something was wrong. But she didn't really know what to do, and figured that it was better that she didn't react, because likely someone closer and more useful for helping her would intervene. Or one of the Teachers, who could do a hell of a lot more then her. And she had heard stories that over crowding people sometimes just made matters even worse, so she didn't want to overcrowd the poor girl who seemed to have enough problems with people as it was.

Bramwell, Makoto, and Joaquin

Within a fraction of a second, Bramwell and Makoto jumped into action to catch her and clear a space. A moment later, Joaquin had materialized in front of Cassie. The two were helping to clear an area as Joaquin quickly put Cassie into position so that he could have space to work.

"Cassie, speak to me. What's the problem? Is this one of the migraines?" He hadn't broken his deadpan as he perpared. A guard was on standby with a stretcher should it prove to be something of danger, though was standing out of the way of attention so she wouldn't have to worry about it should it not prove to be an emergency.

Cassie was amazed by the quick responses of Bramwell and Makato, before she started to shout in pain again from the waves of images hitting her. She continued to act like she was in serious pain for a little bit, before it finally calmed down and instead she made quiet groans of pain, instead of sounding like she was being seriously pained by what was happening. Of course, as usual, her head was still throbbing painfully afterwards, as if she got a headache.

"My stupid powers" Cassie replied to him with a groan. "It's getting worse all the time, and more frequent" She said, and she looked scared. Like she was afraid of why this was happening, and how bad it could get. As she spoke, she carefully lifted herself up, only to let out a groan from the pain in her head and went back to laying down. "What is happening to me?" She asked in a shaky, fearful voice. She felt like it would eventually lead to her dieing from this or something, from too unbearable head pains that might just shut down her brain. She didn't exactly know what would happen, but she knew that at this point, it was probably a really bad idea to pretend like it was nothing, like she was doing, and it was time to try to figure out what the heck was wrong with her. She didn't even seem to care about the fact she made a scene right now, drawing all the attention to herself of the entire Cafeteria. She just acted scared above all else right now.

Mina watched the whole situation from afar. She was interested in this young girl. She was interested enough to want to run experiments on her....just to see what made her tick. For a moment Mina fantasized about it, and thought back to a time in the war when she performed horrific experiments on vampires. It was a good time. Quite bloody honestly, but good. When she had enough thinking to herself though she returned her tray up the the stacks, and observed some more. Then she sat back down at her table to relax a bit before class.
