"Which one are you referring to? Bon Scott is dead, but Brian Johnson is still alive. Nevermind the ' I could simultaneously agree with and disagree with the sentiment about ACDC because they sound similar. The four chord progression has been used so often that many people forget that numerous classic songs use it in addition to numerous 'indie' or 'alternative' genres. The few genres that do not use is generally do so because they simply cannot sustain that due to the genre's classification, such as symphonic metal requiring too many melodies for there to be a simple progression. The Million Song Dataset takes data from all genres, so the implication would be that the trend is universal across genres. Just listen to this," Bramwell said. He had not speed-up his speech like the last time, and awkwardly paced his words. He pulled a tablet from his back-bag. "The number of songs you could recognize from this is a testament to the power of songs using the same progression to get your attention," Bramwell said. At that point, a stock sound-effect of thunder was heard as a band name appeared on the screen. "Axis of Awesome" it was called, and the song name was "Four Chords 2011". Bramwell was sure to mute it at the curse word just in case Cassie would be offended by it.

Once everything was prepared Michael sent out a notice over the PA system: "Attention mission team, assemble in hangar bay 1 immediately."

"Schedule?" then it dawned on Greg. "Crap... I might have left it in my room." and he started digging in his pockets. "Wait, it's in here." He pulled out a somewhat crumpled folded piece of paper from a pocket and unfolded it and handed it to her. "I literally have no idea what I'm supposed to do, so that would be really great." Greg noticed that she glanced at the ring. "Oh, yeah, that's my power. I can create plasma. Not to sound like a 5 year old, I'm pretty much new to this superpower schtick, but what's yours?"

Also, if I start to turn out like those students you were talking about, don't hesitate to slap the shit out of me."

When the students that were going on the mission were called to hangar bay one through an announcement on the PA system, Sarah noticed that it was a voice different from any she had heard before, but paid no mind to that fact, assuming it was of little importance, and simply stood up and walked out of the dinning hall, still practicing with her abilities to accelerate the cicatrization and healing of injuries.

As she exited the cafeteria, she walked down the hallways, knowing well where the hangar bay was. She practiced as she walked, and ignored the guards that started appearing around the hallways as she got closer and closer to the hangar bay.

Once she finally arrived at the hangar bay, she stopped practicing and stood by, awaiting instructions.

Upon finishing his breakfast in that, to him, rather uneventful morning, Raymond got up from his seat, hearing the PA announcement that came a few minutes before the mission one, which called all students to Moyle's class. Raymond sighed at this, but he knew that he had no choice. Skipping would likely only make things worse for him and he had to hurry if he didn't want to be late, because who knows what the teacher would do to him if he was. Thus, he walked out of the cafeteria.

Thankfully over the course of his stay in the Academy he had already grown accustomed to the place, and could find his way around more or less easily, though he could still get lost sometimes, however far and few inbetween these times were. And thankfully, this was not one of those occasions, as he arrived to the classroom a few minutes before the class began.

Looking around, Raymond sat down at an empty desk and then waited for the class to begin.

Greg and Mary arrived at Ms. Moyle's room, and much to Greg's relief, she wasn't there. "Thanks for the directions, Mary. I definitely would be screwed without your help." he said, and after she started walking away after saying goodbye, he suddenly realized he hadn't asked her which dorm she was in. He quickly blurted down the corridor as she walked away "So I'll see you around the Hero dorms? Vigilante?"

When the PA system blared out, calling all of the students that were going on the mission down to Hangar Bay 1, I slowly sat up from my bed, did a last check of myself (mostly to double check that my rods were nestled against the small of my back), and left my dorm room. I paused only once on the way to the hangar, stopping by the cafeteria to grab up a few pieces of toast, a couple sausages, and a glass of water. Enough to get me through the day, if necessary, but not so much that I'd threaten to bring it back up during our decent to Earth.

The number of guards I saw around the hangar was somewhat worrisome. I recalled how, last time students on the station had gone down to Earth, supers on Earth had come up to the station. Had someone particularly dangerous been brought aboard? I shook my head. It wouldn't do to me any good to distract myself with thoughts like that. As I entered the shuttle bay, I saw Sara standing off to the side. It was good that she was coming. She was always competent in the simulations, fairly intelligent in our classes, and never tried to argue with everyone else. I walked up besides her, simply nodded, and started shifting my weight across the balls of my feet. I still didn't like these shuttle flights.

"I hope to see you later. Have a good day," Bramwell said to Cassie. Due to the combination of the video's climax and the call to action, Bramwell put away his multimedia player. He ran back to the table where Makoto and Sakura were seated. With a few words, the three were teleporting to various places in preparation. Since Makoto did not mind and Sakura was still responsible for Makoto, she came with them. The first stop was Bramwell's dorm room since Bramwell did not trust the environment of Puerto Rico to be friendly to his multimedia player. For the next stop, they went to the hangar. Bramwell intended to know if he would be able to test something out. Bramwell walked to one of the guards, standing at attention.

"Sir, will we be allowed to wear our own equipment on the mission?" Bramwell asked, trying to be respectful and formal. The reason Bramwell asked was that the Department of Defense had completed their costumes. He wanted to know if he could use the suit they made.

As the students filtered into the class, Abigale appeared to be ignoring them, leaning against the board at the front of the class reading a rather thick stack of papers. The only one who earned a look was Josh as he entered, Abigale raising her head for a moment to watch her older brother walk in. After a moment, she went back to looking at the papers, her face mostly impassive aside from the odd raised eyebrow. As the last few students finally arrived, she tossed the papers onto her already cluttered desk and picked up her pointing device: A sheathed katana with a catch on the scabbard preventing it from flying off as she waved it. Rapping the (mostly) safe weapon on the board, on which was a diagram of an atom, sharply, she waited for the noise to die down.
"Welcome back. Time to learn, kiddies," she said with a small smile. Despite the impression she gave off, she did enjoy this. She did maim Markus when he teased her about it though.

Josh sat near the front of the class. Not because most of the class opted to be as far away from Abigale as possible, but rather because he enjoyed the class. Science was always one of his best classes, even with his twin doing her level best to distract him. Something he now missed. Sighing and shaking his head, he focused on the work at hand as Abigale started explaining atomic structure to the class.

Markus looked at Jenkins for a moment, considering the question.
"I'm good," he finally concluded. "It's nice. Relaxing. Makes a change of pace from living in a war zone. It helps that your tech is pretty similar to ours. Practical, simple. Not like that Avaloni bullshit. Too many flashing lights."

As she stood to the side awaiting instructions from whoever would be leading them in this mission to hunt the Chupacabra, Sarah noticed another student arriving, Tara. Like with most people, she maintained a polite relationship with Tara, although, like with most people, she wasn't particularly close to her either, more out of a rather passive behavior rather than a wish to actively avoid friendship.

When Tara approached and nodded, Sarah simply nodded back, the tendril on her shoulder making a motion akin to waving. Sarah then observed her classmate for a little bit.

"Are you nervous about the mission?" She asked. "The creature we're supposed to be looking for... Do you think it exists?"

After entering Moyle's classroom, Raymond remained on his desk, absent-mindedly playing with his coin as he waited for the class to begin. When the teacher began rapping on the board with her sword, though, Raymond put his coin away and began paying attention. This class wasn't exactly the most thrilling to him, but he was fairly good at it, and either way he had to pay attention to understand the excercises and not get scolded or something worse by the teacher.

Michael Eriksson
Michael was checking the arriving students off on a list as they filed in to keep track of who showed up and who had changed their minds about going. To effectively do this he had positioned himself near the doors and so he heard as a few students asked one of the guards if they would be allowed to use their own equipment on the mission. Rather than waiting for the guard to explain that he didn't know Michael stepped outside to give them an answer.

"You can wear whatever you want so long as you can fit a standard protective vest over it," he explained to the three. He looked puzzled for a moment as he looked at his list, then he looked at Makoto and Sakura, "I'm afraid that you two girls aren't on the list for the mission, you'll have to go back up."

Jenkins
"I wouldn't know," Jenkins said to Markus, "I've never seen any Avaloni technology. Anyhow, it's good that you enjoy it here, employee satisfaction is important."

From where Rachael had been sitting, she could hear almost every word Incest Buddy #1 and that sad whiny bitch Cassie were saying. It was kinda pathetic to have nothing else to discuss apart from what was it - chord progressions? How stupid could they get? She was tempted to knock a nearby student's glass of water all over the bitch's iPod.
She focused on the water and tried to force it down onto the iPod, her hands curling into fists. It wouldn't go down. It just stood and rippled.
The PA sounded, Rachael looked up, and the water splashed everywhere.
She smirked and headed to the hangar, where she stood away from everyone else.

"Sir, I am aware of my responsibilities, sir," Sakura said, taking attention in response. Sakura did not find this behavior odd.

"Well, there goes the idea of using one of the costumes. I doubt I could even fit a bullet-proof vest over Landwarrior 2020," Bramwell said disappointingly. The three teleported away. Within less than a minute, Bramwell was apportated back into the hangar wearing a Multi-Cam Army Combat Uniform, Advanced Combat Helmet, ESS Land Ops protective Goggle, and various pieces of Flame Resistant Organizational Gear. He was prepared to some extent, bringing flares, Soldier Digital Assistant, folding spade, first-aid kit, Camelback hydration system, and several M50 Joint Service General Purpose Masks. He did not know what threats would be present in Puerto Rico, and wanted to be prepared just in case. The ensemble lacked an Improved Outer Tactical Vest since Bramwell figured that he would not have time to make a persuasive argument for using body armor capable of minimizing damage caused by 7.62×39mm rounds. Even then, he doubted that it would be helpful to start using a superhero persona at that point. At the same time, Sakura and Makoto teleported just-outside Abigale's classroom before walking in to take their seats.

Will was woken by a burning sensation in his head. He couldn't hear or see anything, his head felt as if it was on fire. He had no idea where he was, it was frightening for him to be totally sensory deprived. He tried to use his telekinesis to form a sensory bubble, but his head burned when ever he tried to use his telekinesis. He eventually began to feel around to a sense of his surroundings, he continued this until his vison began to return. He was in his room on the station. He began to hear his alarm clock blaring, he had overslept. He tried to use his telekinesis, but everytime he would use it would cause a searing hot pain in his head. He needed to get breakfast soon, so he pu ton his lightest clothes possible so he wouldn't overheat, with everything taken care of he rush out of his room and headed up to the cafeteria.

When he eventually got to the cafeteria he picked up a plate and started eating. The food helped ease the pain in his head, he found through experimenting with oatmeal that he could still use his powers just in a very low power controlled manner. He would lift the food on his plate and twist and turn it. He still had all his control, but all of his power was gone for the moment. He frowned on the manner and kept eating.

"Mister Kerr," Anderson said as he opened the door and invited Scott in, "please have a seat." The headmaster sat down behind his desk and pulled out a paper from a drawer, pushing it across the desk towards Scott. The paper was filled with dry legal text outlining the exact details of Scott terminating his contract. "That is an excerpt from our standard employee contract, which you signed when you took a position here at the Academy," Anderson explained, "a few of these terms extend beyond your employ here at the Academy." He pointed at an underlined section, "this one in particular. Everything you may have heard about our students during your work here is strictly confidential, and if you breach this confidentiality we will seek legal compensation. Not to imply that you would, I just want to make sure that you are aware of this." Anderson leaned back in his chair, "and the rest of your outstanding wages will be paid as normal to the usual account, at the end of the month."

"Now, the actual reason I wanted to speak to you personally wasn't to discuss your work contract," he continued after a moment's pause, "I am afraid that I have some bad news, Mister Kerr. The British government had prepared a shuttle to bring you back home, but due to unforeseeable circumstances we were unable to fit it into our docking schedule for this week. This is problematic because you are no longer an employee of this institution and I cannot allow you to remain on the station any longer than absolutely necessary. I'm afraid I must insist that you depart on the next shuttle back to Earth, it leaves in half an hour."

"I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you," the headmaster finished dryly.

Once everyone on the list were accounted for Michael decided to start the briefing for the mission.

"Attention please," he shouted to get everyone's attention, "we will now begin the mission briefing. Before we start though, I am Michael Eriksson. The headmaster has put me in charge of planning these missions, and I will also be the new Power Ethics teacher. Nice to meet you all, now to business." He placed a small device on a crate close to one of the walls and pressed a button to turn it on. Immediately a map of Puerto Rico was projected onto the wall, large enough so that everyone could see it. "As you know we are going to Puerto Rico," he began, "to track down a creature the locals describe as being similar to a chupacabra of folklore. During recent months this creature has been sighted several times in this area," the projection zoomed in on a smaller part of the map, "El Yunque forest. Sightings have been reported throughout the area but most recently the creature was spotted in the south, so that's where we will be heading. As for the nature of the creature we have little to go on," the projection changed again, now showing a blurry image of something black with claws, "but it is worryingly similar to a sort of bioengineered shock trooper used by the vampires in the war. However, it is also possible that this is simply a superhuman trying to hide in the forest to avoid persecution. So far it has only hurt animals so we will not assume it to be hostile until we have more information, we are not going to kill it unless we are forced to." He turned the small projector off and put it in his pocket, "that is all. Unless anyone has questions you may all go to the shuttle to get your gear on and strap in."

Each student had the same gear waiting for them, except for Rachael; A package containing a blue protective vest emblazoned with the Academy's insignia and the student's name, and a pistol loaded with the same kind of electrical bullets used on the previous mission. Rachael's package didn't contain a pistol, only a vest.

Sarah listened quietly as the person that introduced himself as the new Power Ethics teacher, Michael Eriksson, explained how the mission would be carried out. She tired to memorize the map of the area where they would be going, so that hse would be able to orient herself, more or less, though she knew that they would likely have someone to guide them anyways, and even if not, someone else was likely to take the lead.

When the image of the black thing with claws showed up, Sarah stared at it for a moment. She didn't really think anything about the part about the vampires, but that thing seemed a bit familiar to her. However, in the end, she simply shook of the strange sensation of familiarity, and walked over to the shuttle, picking up her gear and strapping in. Afterwards, she simply waited for the shuttle to take off. She didn't want to practice the hastened cicatrization technique, as it was likely that the lack of gravity would mess with that.

Before they left to the Docking Bay, because I just respond to everything anyway
'Another thing I have a liking for is songs that are just plain weird, like Tortoise' 'Northern Somethings', and songs with just outright weird and off rhythms that confuse your brain when you think about trying to play them, like Dub Trio's "Ends Justify The Means', and a lot of songs by Agent Fresco. And just generally unique-sounding songs.' She said, not actually magically giving Bramwell links as she spoke, because that would make no logical sense whatsoever. The song Bramwell showed to her that seemed to be picking on the 4 chord progression made her laugh, and she lightened up again, forgetting the song that attempted to ruin her good day by giving her bad memories. The name made her laugh enough. Even though she was against even saying words like 'hate', or even really 'crap' herself, she wasn't one to really throw a fit the instant someone said a swear word though. If they were excessive, that was another story. 'Funny song' She commented when it was done, which that alone passed a fairly big chunk of their time.

Hearing the PA system, she quickly stood up and took a deep breath. This was it. The real thing. Heading down to Earth to do the mission. Even though she was still in a relatively good mood, she was now back to being tense and nervous. She gave a departing nod to Bramwell, but hadn't left herself yet, because she was still trying to calm her nerves down a little. Earlier she had actually taken some Calms she got at some point, but it didn't seem to be doing her a ton of good today. Though, she did think that maybe it was actually helping, and she would be a nervous wreck that couldn't do anything if she didn't take the Calms.

But before she could really leave, water splashed all over the place, hitting her IPod. Realizing that it likely came from Rachael, based on how she was smirking, she shot her a glare and said 'Hey!' in annoyance, because she loved her IPod for listening to music. But as she was about to mourn the loss of her IPod, quite literally, because she was just an emotionally unstable 15-year old girl, she realized something that she had ended up getting for her Ipod.....a water-proof casing and screen, so it was perfectly intact and still working. She let out a sigh of relief, shot a smirk back at Rachael's back as she left, then retrieved her IPod and dried it off real quick, and then returning it to her pocket.

With that, she had headed off to the hangar bay, and now she really was breathing heavily from being nervous. She ended up slipping over to Tara, just because she felt the safest with her roommate over everyone else, though she would of been fine with Bramwell or Tyler as well. If she was with Rachael, it probably wouldn't go well. Mostly it would probably involve Rachael hurting Cassie's feelings, because Cassie was very sensitive to harsh words being said about her. Unless it came to people doing predictable insults like the weird-looking bully had done with her at first, but then he got in to the stuff that hurt her feelings more. There was also a few other students she would be less then pleased to be right next to.

For Cassie, she had no special uniform yet, because she had absolutely no ideas for this special 'superhero' outfit, or if she really cared in the first place. She was perfectly fine with just dressing normally. She found it interesting that, from observing, Caitlin, who was always going on about how she didn't like the whole hero principals, because they made no sense, was all into wearing a uniform that people would typically associate with a hero. Though, she already imagined hearing Caitlin one day say to someone, who called her a hero, that 'I am not a hero, and I will never be', or some cheesy line like that. Hearing about the standard protective vest part, she wondered if it would fit over her jean jacket. She hoped so, because she didn't want to take it off. Though, she wondered how hot it would be with all of it on. She didn't really care, as long as she could keep her long-sleeve jean jacket on. She decided that maybe she should just ask about it.

'Do you think the vest could fit over my jean jacket? I don't really want to take it off, so it would be nice if it did....' Cassie said shyly, standing in a shy stance and shuffling her feet. She didn't explain at all why that was the case, and had no real intention to. She didn't care one bit if everyone just thought she was weird because of that.

She listened closely to the briefing of the mission, observing it all the best her scattered, nervous mind could. Now when the image came up of it, she got a big long look at it, even if it was fuzzy. Seeing it's claws however made her tense up, because those claws looked like they would freaking hurt. After she got the image in her mind the best she could, she tried using her ability to find the thing. However, when she tried, it was just purely blank, and that worried her. Did her vision have a limited view? If it did, that wouldn't be very useful if she needed to detect something 14,000 miles on the other side of Earth. Or maybe it was just the state of the image that made her not able to detect it properly? Maybe it didn't work because it was all a hoax, and nothing actually looked like that? Or maybe because it was a shapeshifter, they were shifted into something else now so she couldn't see them, because they weren't the creature anymore? Or did her powers just automatically not work from space to detect something on Earth? There were too many possibilities for her liking, so she just wandered off and got suited up, and strapped herself in. First, she hesitantly grabbed the pistol as if it was going to shatter or explode in her hands, because that was how she felt about guns. And secondly, she strapped herself in and clung to the seat tightly as if she was going to die, so tightly that it was hurting her fingers. Clearly she was going to be terrified of this flight.

Caitlin
After she had wandered to the Hangar Bay, and hearing that she could use her own uniform this time, she literally jumped in excitement, which probably turned a few heads in her direction. She had taken her uniform down again in case she could wear it. Luckily for her, her outfit was pretty thin, so she could wear the standard protective vest over it with little problems.

Caitlin also played close attention to the details of the mission, and nodded that she understood it all, and what they were doing. She got a close look at the creature too, but not as much as Cassie or for the same reason. She felt good about today, and felt that they would be able to successfully do the mission with no problems. That didn't mean her feelings would actually come true. It was just hopeful thinking and how she felt about today's mission.

Then, she wandered off to get suited up. Unlike Cassie, she took the pistol without thinking it was going to explode. Cassie with an actual real gun with real rounds would probably really freak her out. She had always noticed how nervous Cassie looked in combat class any time it involved guns with real rounds. It didn't take her long to suit up, and when she came out, she did some random martial arts-type kick into the air, like you'd see in Power Rangers or something like that. Then, she sat down somewhere random and strapped herself in, seeming a little nervous herself, but not minding it as much as Cassie. It was just natural for her to be a little nervous about a shuttle flight, since she had only really done 3 in her life time so far.

As Bramwell watched the presentation, he was largely unmoved by the presentation. It was not due to any lack in the ability to inspire terror. The reason he was largely unaffected by the image was that he was more excited by the thought of potentially seeing a Puerto Rican amazon, coquí, or Elfin-woods warbler than a chupacabra. He already suspected that something of interest was going to be found on the mission, he just happened to think that a rare bird or a demonstration of population isolation than what he suspected to be a superhuman taking advantage of powers and a hoax to decrease land-values to buy-out the land or, less-likely, a vampiric shock trooper that would draw unusual emotions from Bramwell. He prefered the former explanation, though he refused to treat any explanation as concrete until proper evidence could be gathered. Currently, he was more indignant at the thought of a Puerto Rican amazon being a victim than worried about the potential for injury. When the time to get their equipment arrived, he was disappointed when he saw the color of the ballistic vests and his fleeting idea to wear camouflage. When he checked the clip and saw the prototype XREP pistol rounds, he had a sinking feeling.

"Okay, prepare your shot-glasses," Bramwell said before he cleared his throat. "I have a disagreement with the usage of this ammunition that I hope to avoid voicing anymore," before walking to the shuttle. It was at that point when he realized something. Numerous people would be trying to board the shuttle, creating claustrophobic environments filled with people and would likely involve awkward physical contact. "Why does this school not like astrophysicists?!" he exclaimed, referencing Doctor Steffen's method for boarding planes as he hurried to get a seat before the rush of people would create ideal situations for anxiety and more negative emotions. He managed to find a seat near the back that was next to Cassie. "Excuse my intrusion Cassie. would you mind if I were to sit here?" Bramwell said, currently oblivious to Cassie's anxiety.

'No, I don't mind' Cassie said, looking over at Bramwell while still clinging to the seat for dear life. It was definitely good for her that she got to the seat before the shuttle got flooded with people, because she hated claustrophobic situations that would make her anxiety worse, and her nerves. Though, just being on a relatively crowded shuttle made her somewhat uncomfortable. 'I may not be the best company right now, though' She said in a tense voice, and then closing her eyes. Clearly, she was worried about it WHEN it took off, since it hadn't even moved yet. She just knew how the ride would probably feel. She just hoped they wouldn't have some crazy pilot that showed off by terrifying his or her passengers.

"For that, I am thankful to you," Bramwell said with glee as he sat down. As he strapped in, Cassie mentioned the idea that she may not be good company. Bramwell was perplexed. "I am sorry. May I ask how you came to that conclusion?... Did I commit a faux pas again or is there unpleasent stimuli that is present or soon to be present? If it is the former, I shall reiterate my apology. If it is the latter, may I inquire what it is?" Bramwell asked, quickly speeding up his speech.

"Oh. Right. Well, imagine a plasma torch, in gun form, with lots of flashing lights and a angry dude with some variant of neon blue eyes on the other end. That's a Avaloni gun," Markus said, holding his arms up to show how big the weapon was. He then turned somewhat serious, spinning the chair to face Jenkins. In that moment, gone was the carefree Markus, replaced by the rather cold war veteran that was underneath.
"What happened to your world? I've looked at news reports and the like and... Well, it's a little too familiar to me."

Abigale's class went about as well as it could have. Once she was done explaining, she teleported around the room, handing out a worksheet with instructions that it be finished by the end of class. The worksheet consisted of the first twenty elements, followed by a series of question relating to it's atomic number (mostly trick questions; they all had the same answer).

Kara sat in a hazy void, columns of numbers and letters falling around her. This was how she saw the flow of information when not projecting herself to the outer world. Here, she was truly herself, and saw herself as she thought she was: A normal, flawed human being. Her legs crossed, her eyes closed, she listened to the information flowing around her. Then, with inhuman speed, she snatched her hand out and grab a thread of information. Examining it, she found it to be a news report.

"Ghost" Saves Small Town From Rogue Military Units

A small town in rural Russia owes its lives to the mystery figure known as Ghost. The man, wielding what appeared to be a medieval greatsword, fended off a squad of two dozen rogue military personnel last week. When questioned by the town's mayor, Ghost simply replied "I was in the neighbourhood." Read more by following this link.

Kara frowned. Calling up a small window into the station's database, she did a small search: Former Academy Employees. Most of the files were classified, which meant little to Kara, but she did promise Anderson to not hack every password she came across. However, a fairly recent one stood out: One from 2 years previous.

Kara opened it and quickly looked. And smiled. Opening her email client, she began typing.

To Makoto's and Sakura's benefit, they could understand the trick portion of the answer. Sakura initially thought that there was a mistake made, as she thought most teachers would re-arrange the order of the elements so that such a scenario as the question numbers and atomic numbers matching perfectly would not happen. Makoto used the same chunking method as Bramwell, and had managed to name the atomic numbers without problem. Sakura used a different method known as "mnemonics". Mnemonics are based upon the usage of alternate meanings and word-play for elaborative rehearsal, no matter how ridiculous it may be. In this case, she used "Hi, He Lies Because Boron Can Not Oxide Fluoride" and "New Nation Might Also Sign Peace Security Clause" to help remember the first seventeen, tried to remember the last three without any assistance of mnemonics or chunking, and listened to a certain song by Tom Lehrer frequently before the test. Makoto did not have any issues, and Sakura only had an issue with remembering "potassium" due to the serial position effect, or the phenomon of recall being easier for items at the beginning or ending of a sequence than the middle of a sequence. Makoto took a while due to still present issues, but still managed to finish within the aloted time. Sakura had to rely upon the context effect, or the tendency for information to be associated with the setting where she learned it, to deal with it by picturing herself in the Hero commons.
