You do not know morality. You do not know ethical behaviour. I shall group you all together, because you are vermin. You are also an idiot. It never failed. High school was high school, and raging hormones lead to this sort of thing every time. Clearly the young vampire had a problem with authority which wasn't helping things, something that would definitely need to be addressed later. However Tara was only exacerbating the problem by trying to chastise the vampire and this was spiralling out of control in a hurry.

They had ignored the guard and Burton, an instructor. Bad idea.

"Enough! Both of you!"

Burton nodded to the guard and stepped bodily between the two, wheeling to the young man first and leveling their faces inches apart.

"First of all, young man this area is on lockdown because it was the epicenter of the breach, and that's all you need to know. The guards here have authority and ordered you to return to your dorm. That means you go back, and you don't give him any aristocratic holier-than-thou attitude. Do it again and you will be spending some extended time in a featureless room on level 8 until it's been deterimned that you've appropriately learned that lesson, verstehst du mich?"

Burton didn't bother waiting for an answer, if the young vampire wanted to risk an extended period in solitary confinement it was all on him at that point. Tara however...

"And you, Tara."
Burton had turned and was looming over Tara at that point.

"I thought you knew better than to let your hot-headed impulses take control. You have one of the top percentiles in my Astronomy 102 class because you don't simply react but think about it. You've dissappointed me today Tara, just think about that."

Burton turned back to the guard but spoke over his shoulder one last time.

"If you two aren't on your way back to your dorm rooms by the time I turn around rest assured that both of you will be running the gauntlet in the simulator at the maximum threat level until after you collapse."

Erkenfried smiled at the attempted threats- it was cute indeed. He certainly couldn't wait for the time he could participate in an actual mission and reveal the true destructive potential of his powers. Seeing a large group of the enemy scream as they felt their organs rupture and their brains melt would be a fearsome sight indeed. He would insure however that he was not under the command of any pathetic creature at the school. If he must take orders, he only ever took them from his family elders or humans he deemed worthy of honor.
"And tell me this Tara, does the hawk, as it reaps life from the fields, does it care at all about its prey? Or does it simply grant them a swift death and fulfill its role as a predator? Humans are no different, only they sit under the alpha predator- us." Erkenfried said with a smile as he walked to the elevator and took it to the vigilante dorm level. He'd just wait in the lounge, possibly enjoying a cup of blood. He was thirsty and needed energy. As for food, he could eat anything he wished, but blood was needed like it was another critical vitamin for humans. Go without it and you became sickly. With it, your strength could even increase.

Excuse me, sir. Seeing as how the V.P. is such a V.I.P., shouldn't we keep the P.C. on the Q.T.? 'Cause if it leaks to the V.C. he could end up M.I.A., and then we'd all be put out in K.P.

"Neither the hawk or it's prey are sapient, monster." I hissed in German at the vampire, before it sauntered away. The stuck up bastard.

Will was excited to say the least, he had managed to find 3 books that all related to what he was looking to accomplish, one regards bombs in general which would help him learn how to form his pressure sphere for them to best effect, one that regard shockwaves that was important for him knowing what his shockwave needed, and there was one about the effect of explosions on the human body. He had only managed to read a little into the first book before the guards had shooed him out of the library and told him to return to the dorm. Once he got back to the heros common room he sat down and began to read the first book.

As the vampire walked away Burton made a couple of mental notes.

'Okay, first see about revoking the vampiric student's mission clearance until he demonstrates some maturity, and while I'm at it see if Anderson has any of that garlic-based vampire CS gas.'

Vampiric powers plus a lack of respect for the instructors at the station was a bad combination at the moment, and if it turned out to be more volatile then it already was then Burton wasn't going wait for a decree from Anderson.

After a mission where he was put in a bad position, Anderson making threats and probably not telling him the entire truth regarding the supremacy group and his ties to them, and the odd shadow-man invasion, and then Tara decided she was going to go the same route of blatant insubordination for insubordination's sake.

Still at least she hadn't pushed it, but Burton was tempted to wake her up in the middle of the night to make her run the simulator's combat gauntlet at the maximum threat setting without superpowers just to curb her attitude.

Everything else would have to wait however. At the moment he needed a shower and whatever rest he could get. Soon enough he would be back into the swing of being a teacher again. With a simple shrug and shake of the head to the guard that the vampiric student had attempted to chastise earlier Burton headed for the elevator and his quarters.

Roxanne smirked and started trying to pull off Scott's dressing gown. "You cheated, towels are easier to remove!" she said over the knocks, not hearing them at all. When she heard the shout, she had thought it had been Scott; but after looking at him in a combination of confusion and disappointment, someone burst through the door.
Her immediate reaction was to cover herself up with her hands, then draw her knees up and scrabble around for the towel. Her eyes never left the man. "Um, no-one's here but us," she squeaked, hoping he'd leave so they could get on with it. The towel was nowhere nearby, and Roxanne cursed as she spotted it lying by the wardrobe.

Rachael continued down the stairs to the villain dorm. She could hear some kind of fighting noise as she passed the fourth floor, but she was too frustrated to care. Her fingernails had grown long in the last few months; she dug them into her arms as she walked, leaving tiny red crescents that helped siphon some of the frustration off. Finally she returned to the villain common room and to her room. The vending machines had looked tempting, but she'd found that calories didn't help as much as scissors.
She scored a thin line across her shin, let the blood flow, grabbed her book and started reading.

Meanwhile, Erkenfried was chopping up a garlic clove on his dresser with his claws and then brushed it into a large cup before he filled it with a flask of human blood in one of his trunks. Misdirection was a skill that was pratically born with vampires at birth. Why they would make the weaknesses of their race public certainly never came to the mind of humans- scared as young children by stories of Vampires passed down through the ages that became warped and distorted. The only true weakness, or allergy really, of his race that humans knew of was sunlight. Spending thousands of years underground combined with some nasty exposure to radiation had a habit of making uncommon allergies common. Garlic though, Erkenfried chuckled and shook his head as he thought about it- how they hell did they come up with that? Same with the wooden stake through the heart, sure, that'd kill anything. Didn't have to be wood. All wood did was give you nasty splinters. Besides, last he had checked he was pretty sure that he was alive. The only thing that they humans got somewhat correct was their immortality. Unless you didn't die from a parasite or something more violent, you could live to see the end of the universe. His great-grandfather was over a thousand years old. Hell, his older brother was over a hundred years older than him.

Erkenfried took a deep sip from the glass and wiped the blood from his lips. His brother certainly was an annoyance. He didn't mind taking orders from his parents or other relatives, but his brother was a bit of a fool- reminding him of the 'other' vampires that he had been told about and fought once, the sect that split so long ago due to an argument of philosophy that turned into a war. It certainly was nice to belong to his race though- they retained their power through patience and relative peace. Now they could look down upon the vermin and remind them of their rather poor choices. It was certainly irritating that the student body and the teachers were grouping Erkenfried with the vampires in the war. That would be like believing a German to be a Nazi for living in Germany. Just because one group made a foolish grab for world domination did not mean that the others were not so hilariously stupid. A predator did not dominate- those that did died. A predator must survive at the very least, and that was the only goal of his species.

A team of guards was systematically searching all the rooms belonging to the faculty, in case any of the hostiles had managed to hide within. One of the guards, a German named Hansel Dietrich, approached a door belonging to one Mr. Scott Kerr. Gun in hand, in case he encountered anything inside, he knocked hard on the door twice and shouted out a simple warning a second before opening the door: "I'm coming in!"

When he used his keycard to override the lock on the door he was faced with a sight he hadn't expected, certainly not indicative of any hostility on the part of the two people in the room. After getting over the momentary shock he quickly retreated back out of the doorway, standing beside it and facing the other way to preserve the dignity of the two occupants. "I'm sorry sir," he shouted through the open door, "there's been a security breach, and we are searching all the rooms. I didn't know you had company."

"Fuck off and deal with it then!" Scott seethed, handing the bedsheet to Roxanne and pulling the dressing gown around himself while wondering which one of the students was behaving like a fuckwit this time and why the guards thought they needed to check a level which was off limits to their charges. "Unless there's anything else?"

John, the tattooed man
When Shade and Gregorio started talking about night stopping and no one being able to sleep John had to consciously keep himself from just facepalming. Though it was nice to see his earlier statement about the egocentrism of extradimensional life forms being proved true.

"You really need to stop being so self-centered," he said, "the world works just fine without your involvement. We humans don't need your servants to tuck us into bed, we can sleep perfectly well on our own you know." What he had planned as a longer rant about the subject matter was interrupted by the appearance of headmaster Anderson. "Mister Anderson, sir. All the intruders dealt with then?"

Anderson briefly glanced at Tara before answering, "the guards are doing a sweep of the station, just to be safe. I have several things that require my immediate attention, so please get on with the explanation of just who the hell just broke into my station." It was quite obvious that the headmaster didn't care enough about the presence of an eavesdropping student to have her removed, so Tara would be allowed to stay and listen.

And John did explain everything he had learned, only a couple of times needing either Shade or Gregorio to interject something he had missed about the situation. Though the two of them might object to his view of things, as he explained them in a much less philosophical way than what they were likely used to when discussing magic. He told the headmaster about the thirteen extradimensional beings who played their game with the world as the playground, he explained where the dragon and its servants had come from and that it likely hadn't permanently died from just having its physical form destroyed, and he explained about the source of magic and the seal maintained by Antonio's life.

The headmaster had a bit of a scowl on his face by the time the man had finished his explanation. "First of all you need to find a way to make sure that no one can break into the station like that again," he said, "secondly you need to find a way to make sure that this mana element doesn't get released. Lastly I'll need you to get in touch with your old contacts and find a way to kill the bastards responsible for this. If there is anything you need to make all of this happen just tell me and I will make sure you have it." John nodded his agreement to what the headmaster had said, and before any of the others had a chance to say anything the headmaster left the room.

Anderson
After listening to John's report of the current situation Anderson had returned to his office. For a few minutes he had just sat there in silence, mulling over the fact that once again humanity was under threat from some strange beings from another world. This time wouldn't be like last time, he'd make sure the damn thing was ended before any single innocent was hurt, even if it killed him. As he made this vow to himself his hand idly sought its way up to the ring hanging from a thin silver chain under his shirt, tracing its shape through the fabric as he thought of the woman who had worn that ring only a year earlier. When he realized what he was doing he quickly pulled the hand back, admonishing himself for wasting time on idle sentimentality when there were real issues he needed to deal with.

With a few keystrokes on his computer he activated the PA system in Scott Kerr's room, feeling that this would better guarantee the young teacher's rapid compliance than the standard method of paging him.

"Mister Kerr," he said into the microphone, "report to my office immediately. Bring Miss Roxanne Redwood with you." The tone of his voice made it quite clear that not listening to him would be a very bad idea.

Tyler
After seeing Cassie safely to the dorms and watching her head off to her room Tyler headed to his own, locking the door behind him. The whole situation with the school being attacked had brought back some really bad memories, memories of the time last year when a similar attack had happened, and now that he was finally alone he stopped pretending that he was calm. He curled up on his bed, closed his eyes, and tried his hardest to think of a happy memory rather than that horrible day when the vampires had released monsters onto the station. Despite his best efforts the memories came over him, the most vivid being the screams of the people dying on the lower floors, those who had the misfortune of simply being closer to where the monsters had come from than him.

The books he kept on a shelf in his room silently floated up into the still air, dancing around like leaves caught in the wind.

Though Roxanne suspected they were equally pissed off, she reached over and grabbed his hand. "Calm down. He'll be here a minute, then we can continue." She took the bedsheet and was about to wrap it around her like with the towel when the announcement came and she punched the bed. "What the fuck?!" she snapped, then stomped over to Scott's wardrobe, picked out some casual-looking clothes, and put them on hurriedly. Hopefully Scott wouldn't mind, because she doubted the headmaster would be too pleased seeing her naked.

After a couple of hours of rest, the abomination known as Vincent Madeira rose to the edge of his bed. He looked himself over; the teen had an impressive patchwork of hues and textures that not only adorned, but flat out composed his physique. There wrestling reds, greens, grays, purples, flesh, scales, bone, ridges, metal, stone, hell, even wood!

"Hm. Nothing new today." he told himself. He'd be sure that his genes would find a way to screw him over yet again. But which was more foul? His appearance, or his psyche? It was hard to tell nowadays. "So...who's life will I ruin this time? I relish the thought of it already."

With a smirk, he got to his feet and began to trot all around, deliberately looking for someone to troll.

They got rid of the cancer like they promised...sorta...by melding an advanced healing factor to it. The gruesome experiments left me physically and mentally scarred, so they put me in a mental ward where the guards held a dead pool. I escaped and rose to infamy, partly a hero.

For falling in love with a physical avatar of Death, I was cursed with life. I pissed off a divine power so that I could be with her again, but it failed. After I got struck down by some powerful lighting, I came back to life...as a breathing corpse. Fuck.

Cassie had eventually calmed herself down enough to feel like she could go out of her room again. Dancing felt like a form of meditation to her, and it often worked to calm her unstable nerves down, like it did today. She wasn't entirely sure if she was supposed to be allowed out of the dorm now. It seemed like the threat was over, but she couldn't confirm that for a fact. And they hadn't really announced if the space station was completely safe yet over the radio. But she figured if they'd get annoyed at her for coming out, they could easily tell her to go back into the dorm room, and she'd happily obey.

So, she headed out of her dorm, with no real particular goal in mind. It was more to walk, and think, preferably about things not related to her past. Her preferred thoughts would be about this school, and the vast amount of varying people and their abilities, and the people she had actually met, instead of like from her old school with the people who tended to prefer just to ignore her entirely. Except her one so-called friend that betrayed her, to which since then she had been much slower to trust. Which made her surprised that she felt like some of the people here might even be her friends already, even if only slightly being her friends. Though, she wouldn't entirely say any of them were yet, even Tyler, who had helped her get back to the dorm's safely. Or Bramwell, who helped her get to the infirmary for help when she had cluster headache issues. Or even Sarah, who had saved her when she failed at jumping during the simulation. She still felt like she had a long ways to go before she truly felt like she could trust any of them, and despite the fact she didn't like being sexist, especially the males. Which made her feel partly guilty, for trusting the people that helped her more less then the others. Of course, she had her reasons.

After wandering for some time, thinking about all of this stuff related to trusting or not trusting people, who was friends and who wasn't, and an assortment of other thoughts she tried to keep from degrading into her thinking about her past some more, she had found a rather strange-looking person, that appeared to be....nude. To her thanking, him being nude didn't seem to be that bad, likely due to the fact that his skin seemed to be a rather weird color. Though, it still surprised her that he was nude at all, and she vaguely wondered why, before she decided that she'd rather not think about that. But being her, she started to just casually walk onwards, not really in the mood to engage in a conversation or really feeling any particular reason to talk to that person out of nowhere for no reason at all.

She arrived back to the Vigilante lounge, and noticed Sean...crying? Wasn't he a teacher or something? A sudden look of concern and worry hit her. Had a student died during the intrusion on the school, and he was crying about that? Or was it something else altogether? All she knew was that she needed to make sure everything was okay.

"Are you okay?" She asked from behind Sean, looking worried about him or what might be going on. "Is everything okay?" She added. "If there's anything I can do to help...." She offered quietly, if there was anything that he needed help with.

Sean cocked his head to the side puzzled at why the girl seemed so worried. He shock his head and slowly spoke to her, "I'm fine. I'm just remembering a good friend who I used to know from here." He paused, "I used to be part of this dorm last year... Then something bad happened... and I don't remember what it was. My family tells me its better if I don't." He looked around, face as blank as his voice was emotionless, before shrugging. "I suppose they're right. I was never particularly good at thinking anyways so its easier to do what they say."

Spotting a girl walking in the opposite direction Vincent carelessly jaywalked in, his heterochromic eyes snapping towards her. The mutant opened his callous mouth.

"Nice perfume..." he said, caustic tongue nearly hissing. Both had their backs facing each other when he began conversation. "...Trying to go to a funeral...as the corpse?" A malicious grin formed on his hideous face whilst slowing his pace on purpose, just to witness or hear the girl's response. If done right, he would exploit her apparent reserved nature for laughs.

Caitlin frowned slightly at what Sean said, not really sure what to say in response. At least, it took her a while to think of something to say. "Did you forget your memory?" She asked him quietly. It was weird seeing a teacher upset about something. Being a student, a lot of times you got the impression that a teacher was this human being's with no emotions other then giving you detention and praise, but really they were all human being's too, with their own personal problems they had to overcome, just like the students. It was almost, as sad as it was, a pleasant sight for her, to feel that the teachers had their moments of being on the same level and going through the same emotional pains as some of the students here, specifically Cassie of the people that she knew herself. To the last bit, she simply listened, not really thinking of any appropriate thing to say in response.

Cassie
Cassie suddenly slowed down her pace when she heard a voice, and noticed the weird colored boy behind her talking to her. What he said confused her, because she had never worn perfume in her life. "Uh, I don't wear perfume...." She said quietly. Even if she wanted to wear perfume, which she didn't really care to because she tended to find it overwhelmingly powerful, especially the people who overused it, she didn't exactly have money for personal items like that. Everything she had came from her house, and anything else she wanted on top of that she would have to buy, which she had no money to do so. The last part just seemed to confuse her, and she raised an eyebrow, stopping in her tracks at this point. "What are you talking about?" She asked in a confused way.

"She took the bait." Vincent thought. "Phase 1 complete. Beginning phase 2."

"Well whatever that putrid smell coming from you is, you had better cover it up." he said, turning around to face her. "Although it would not benefit you much. People will still have to look past that hideous, inflamed footprint you call a face. And back to that smell; I am convinced something crawled in you and died...probably from looking at you too long."

He then too out a hand mirror and flashed it her way, shielding his mismatched eyes from the so-called odorous garishness. "Just look at yourself."

When the school's headmaster, Anderson, showed up, I thought for sure that I'd be tossed out of the room, possibly given a detention as well. Instead, his calculating gaze merely passed over me, flicked into my eyes once, and was done. He made no movements to even recognize that I was in the room. He simply asked for a report from the tattooed staff teacher, who promptly gave one.

It was good to know that the school wasn't under threat, anymore, and even better to know why it had been under threat in the first place. It shocked me, completely and utterly, to learn that there actually were 'gods' that possessed incredible powers, that actually enjoyed screwing around with the lives of 'mere mortals'. It was also useful to learn that the creature hadn't actually died, but had (in all likelihood), merely been banished somewhere else. To learn that the whole cause of this mess was Antonio, however, and to learn that the person standing in front of me wasn't actually Antonio, but one of his persona's using his body like a puppet, was truly astonishing. It gave me plenty to think about, and when the tattooed man was done with his report, I left for my dorm without protest. I'd gotten what I wanted: the truth. Now, after the fact, I wasn't entirely sure I wanted to know the truth. I wasn't sure how I felt about the situation anymore, and the fact that I wasn't sure of myself was more confusing than anything.

I'd always been a very certain person. I knew where I stood, I knew where my lines were, I knew what I'd tolerate, and what I wouldn't. I knew what was right, what was wrong. There'd never been any middle ground. Now, reflecting on how I'd changed, on why this doubt was starting to creep into me, it was, I realized, partly because of my abilities. I'd never been a powerful person before. I'd always been small. Even though I'd excelled in stick-fighting, even though I was (as my parents often said) an amazing gymnast, I was never outspoken. Always reserved, calculating, distant from my peers. I didn't like conflict. The very idea of conflict made me shy away from confrontation. I like living, I'd often think to myself, and I have no intention of needlessly jeopardizing that.
Now, though, I didn't have to worry about that. I could heal from nearly any injury. I could move faster, hit harder, than practically anyone else in my class. I had the experience to make use of those traits. I had the flexibility to exploit them. I was coming into my abilities, becoming a force to be reckoned with, far faster than my peers were. Because my abilities were passive. They took what I already had, and made it all the better. It wasn't so much that I was having to learn a whole new part of what I was, it was that I had to learn where my new boundaries were. I had the freedom to expand my comfort zone, without leaving it.
And it seemed that, in expanding my comfort zone, I was becoming more outspoken. Yesterday, in the simulator, blowing up at Bramwell and Makoto like that. Going off on my own to fight, and possibly kill, an unknown number of (simulated) enemies. This morning, throwing myself in the forefront of the fight and taking out five of those thugs. And again just now, activating the training drones, and then rushing after them. Telling off that vampire, and then, one of my teachers for Chrissake!
And with my increasing extroversion, came an encroaching doubt. As I was exposed to things wildly outside my experiences, wildly outside of my expectations. Was anything as sure as I used to think it was? Was there a small possibility that there's a bit of grey, between the black and the white?

When I turned the corner, and heard some patch-work kid harassing Cassie, all those thoughts fled from my mind, like a shadow from sunlight.

"Hey! Asshole!" I shouted, drawing his attention to me, "When was the last time you looked in a mirror? Get run over by a combine or something, or do you think looking like a bastardized patchwork quilt is attractive?" I walked over to Cassie, quickly, but kept my focus on the new boy. "Do you strive to be as repugnant as possible? Because your personality is about as revolting as the rest of you." At this point I'd reached Cassie, and made to position myself between the two of them. "The ugliest thing I'd ever seen before I laid eyes on you was ten day-old road kill, but you knock that out the park. Tell me, were you born this repulsive, or do you just have a habit of falling out of airplanes?" I added in French, for good measure.

Caitlin raised an eyebrow, seeming confused, until she realized that because he lost his memory, maybe he forgot he lost his memory? That just made her brain hurt to think about. "Nice to meet you Sean. Mind if I call you Professor, or Professor Chapel? Or do you prefer being called by Sean?" She asked him. "Anyway, my names Caitlin Faulkner, Batman Extraordinaire" She said, smiling at the joke she made at the end of introducing herself. She looked thoughtful for a bit. "I don't know if I have. Who is your sister?" She asked curiously.

Cassie
To what he said at first, she actually ended up scoffing in response, thinking that was a rather pathetic way to insult someone. She had heard that one way too many times during her school that it got old, and never was very insulting in the first place. She was going to respond in some way, but decided that was too much of a way to carry on the unnecessary, pathetic insult subject. But the next part seemed to hit her harder, and she frowned, even though she knew she should ignore it and not take it seriously. That insult wasn't used quite as much in her old school, but it was still used. Mostly there was a barrage of other weird insults, sometimes related to her abuse from her father. And sometimes they were right, and it made the school day miserable. When he went back to the small part though, she simply said "Good luck at trying to use that insult on me. I've probably heard it a hundred times already", to which she let out a sigh and frowned at how that wasn't entirely an exaggeration either. And, she vaguely wondered why she was encouraging him to use something else.

"I look at myself every day" She said back to him, looking away from the mirror and frowning. "You don't need to remind me what I look like" She said to him, and managed to stay relatively calm throughout this. But, it seemed to be affecting her, if not majorly.

"Now was there something else you wanted to talk to me about other then to insult me?" She asked him, crossing her arms and thinking about just walking on and trying to pretend like he didn't exist, since she expected he'd likely follow her and continue to harass her like she was all too familiar with from her old school.

Then, suddenly to her surprise, she heard Tara's voice chime in and call the guy an asshole. She actually had to resist laughing at the insults she bombarded back at him, even if she hated using insults herself to anyone, even if they rightfully deserved it for bullying people around. Through all the times that she had been bullied and abused in her life, not once did she bully them back, or even entirely fight back except to defend herself. Which, being her, didn't exactly do her a lot of good. Since Tara had taken over the situation, she simply smiled in response, and stepped back a few steps to let them argue it out instead, but stayed nearby.

Sean tilted his head a little, "I don't really care, I probably will end up forgetting to answer if you call me just Professor. Not that I'm a professor anyways." He stopped talking again and stared at Caitlin's face. After a few seconds he began speaking again, "Sorry. Sometimes I need some time to match faces with names." He stopped for a second again, as if thinking of how to respond "Her name is Chram Chapel. Do you know her?"

"Well, if that's it, I'll go to my dorm and rest. Too exhausting today." Shade said.

"Me too."

Antonio's dorm room

"Hey Antonio."

"Hi Toby." Toby then get up and head towards the door.

"Where are you going?"

"Eat, my other body's full and this one hasn't ate yet." He then left while Shade rest.

Gregorio's dorm room

When Gregorio entered the room, he saw someone in a fortune teller outfit, gazing at a crystal ball.

"Hello Duke of Repetition." The woman said.

"Giver of Prophecy." Gregorio said as he cross his arms. "You know there's hidden cameras here, right."

"I know, and I hope you fools are listening." She said as she goes closer to one hidden camera.

"Why are you here?"

"I know that dragon will give a bad impression but you know the Lords and Ladies won't do things so hasty." She then stands up. "My twin sister told them that, frankly, freak them out."

"Then your sister just scam the source of the elements themselves."

"My sister is the Giver of False Prophecy, and they thought she was me due to the difference between us being so subtle."

"So what's this false prophecy that made the titans of reality themselves wet themselves."

"The multiverse is dieing."

"... That's bad."

"Let me finish. The multiverse is dieing, the barrier on the plane of mana will strengthen, ending the Creation of all, no more magic being added, no more souls being made, no more universes being created. The multiverse will die when all that energy dissipates into nothing."

"And they never realize that its false?"

"I am the Giver of Prophecy, anything I predict will come true, unless the Weavers of Destiny and Fate say otherwise. And I believe someone's helping her. Only another Lord or Lady has the power to do something like that. That being wants to cause chaos and destruction in the multiverse."

"A dragon is certainly chaotic."

"Oh, its even more that that. Imagine, if you will, that this world's magic like a half filled cup of water, its maximum capacity being the threshold of the world's stability. The Lords and Ladies will pour an entire gallon of water to it, which easily crosses the threshold. When that happens, the Laws of Nature will bend and break then the world will be suck into a plane to be... recycled. The matter becoming energy, the energy becoming a new magic source, and the souls reforge into new materials. And I should know, this world's the 42th one being played. The previous one was some dying vampire world."

"And anyway to prevent this?"

"Easiest, and one with least bloodshed, way is for the Child of Night to accept his title as the Duke of Night. Its very easy, all he has to do is to say 'I am the Duke of Night', and he becomes the Duke of Night."

"The seal will break."

"Yes, but what would you do, put this world in jeopardy, to be suck into a plane to be remade due to the Lords and Ladies false fear."

"How about you tell them its false?"

"I can't, that Lord or Lady would have prevent that from happening."

"The world will still be in jeopardy when the seal breaks."

"No, you will have Good Fortune with you this time. This world is where the mana elemental will open the gate and will finally end this game of worlds. This world's future existence will be made by choice of he-who-enters-minds, to accept the darkness or the light. Make sure he choose the darkness for the light is not always good and the dark not always evil." She said then she vanish. Gregorio can only rub his temples.

"I could just kill myself and do another, less high risk, replay."

Caitlin nodded to what he said. "I will just call you Sean then, unless you want to be called otherwise" She said to him. When he stared at her face, her only real reaction was to raise an eyebrow, but she figured there was a reason for it. She wondered if some of the more sensitive students and teachers would start going on about the 'teacher being a creep' for staring at an under aged girl, but she didn't personally care, especially after hearing his reasoning. But with her opinions on certain people, it wouldn't surprise her at all if some other teacher or student jumped to conclusions like that. "That's fine. Usually I remember the faces, and forget the names" She joked, chuckling slightly. "Ah yes, I believe I have met her in a few classes. In general though, I don't really know her, or have really talked to her enough to know what she's like" She said to him, giving off a simple shrug. "I'm sure I'll get to know her better someday" She added.

Erkenfried grumbled as he stepped out of his room, glass now half-full of blood, and sat down on a counch in the vigilante lounge. Well, with couches, one typically sat in them. Especially this one, it was leather and had rather thick cushions that sucked one in like it was a black hole. It made the tall Erkenfried feel short- and he rarely felt that way. He normally stood taller, or as tall as most humans he knew. To feel short was a rather odd feeling, but he got over it. The couch was comfy, and it was cold, two things he rather liked. It dropped his body temperature down to what it normally was in his family's mansion- cold, very cold. There's a reason why Homo succos, as they called themselves (and those who knew about them as well), was never found near the equator. Besides the additional sunlight of course. Vampires didn't take kindly to heat. It wasn't a weakness, it just caused discomfort and made them irritable, well, more than usual. Their idea of hot was seventy degrees. Their version of 'somewhat cold' was around zero. The temperature at the station was around seventy degrees. Erkenfried doubted he could get them to change the entire station's temperature and realized that he would hopefully adapt to it within a week. Hopefully.
Although what was more hopefull was that no guard would interupt him while he was downing the glass of blood. That would start a rather annoying fight that could end with him getting carried away and a dead guard. He didn't want that. Not that he cared about the life of a guard- that was a hilarious concept. He cared about his, and he didn't like the idea of being stuck in a forcefield. It would be annoying. He also hoped nobody in the vigilante dorm would be 'offended' by him consuming the plasma of their race. Humans were a seemingly sensitive race for being so bloodthirsty. Vampires would never even think of murdering their own. They abhorerd it. Unless the safety of the bloodline was at stake, or their own life was threatened, they could never even think of the idea. To Erkenfried and the rest of his species humans appeared to be the bloodthirsty monsters, not themselves. They didn't need to justify anything. Humans murdered each other every day, nonstop. There was always a violent war being fought somewhere on the globe, war seemed to be part of human nature. Meanwhile, the vampires simply sat in the shadows and watched. They weren't supposed to take direct action. That was a violation of their philosophy, that every member of the species held. There was only one culture. That was the advantage of being few in number.
"Quod Vult, Valde Valt"

Excuse me, sir. Seeing as how the V.P. is such a V.I.P., shouldn't we keep the P.C. on the Q.T.? 'Cause if it leaks to the V.C. he could end up M.I.A., and then we'd all be put out in K.P.

Bramwell, Makoto, and Sakura

"Okay, so the waiting game begins," Bramwell said as Sakura got back up. "The question remains of how to pass the time?" Bramwell said in a calm manner. He did not sound distant, which he had been when it was made appearent to him that intruders had been on school property. Throughout the times Bramwell had talked to Liesel, he rarely made eye-contact except when he was apologizing.

"We could just talk. What were we talking about before we were interrupted by that dragon attack?" Sakura said.

"It was that thing about speech therapy and then an odd turn to talking about swords," Bramwell said in a relaxed manner as he took a seat on a couch adjacent to Makoto's wheelchair.

"Maybe we should talk about something unrelated to whatever therapy I may recieve? Maybe we Liesels has more questions or something she would like to talk about?" Sakura said in a somewhat fast manner.

"Sorry about the delay," Scott muttered as Anderson's office door slid open ten minutes later. "Rox, this is Frederic Anderson, our headmaster; Mr Anderson, this is Roxanne Redwood, another School graduate. I was about to take a shower when one of the guards came by. Which one of the villains decided to go on a killing spree today?" he added, tinting the white lie with a wry smile. It was almost funny how you got used to some of the insanity that was so common around The School. Almost.
"And what is it you wanted to see us about?" he also asked.

"Hm. Well played. I suppose you are not as meek and shy as you appear." Vincent replied. "And I see your uncouth, lapdog of a friend here came to your rescue."

Vince faced the window. "I will be honest; I never expected my 'rookie' insults to work. I just wanted to grab your attention...because I am quite bored here. And what better way to relieve boredom than by ruining someone else's mood, do you not agree?"

He combed his hair with his head. "Others' misfortunes are entertainment for me. That is what I live for. I could care less about 'right or wrong', nor the intricacies of my peers' emotions."

Smirking, he said. "And speaking of fortunes, will I be pleased to find 2 kindred spirits about this notion? I am referring to you ladies, of course."
A young merc terminally ill with cancer, I signed on for a government "human weapon" program: Weapon X.

Fuck.
