Biography: Born to somewhat wealthy parents in District One, Florescent was one of many children who was put on a path to be a Career Tribute early on. However, unlike others, her training was based around survival rather than combat; She learned how to tie knots and warm herself when her clothing was sub par, built shelters and find it, amongst other survival skills. Her combat training manifested itself in various forms of fist and knife fighting, with her only practical fighting skill besides this being an affinity for throwing knives. She volunteered during this Games, and though not the strongest of the competitors, she stands a chance to survive when others might die from the elements.
Weaponry Skills: Knife fighting and throwing, various methods of hand-to-hand combat.
Other Skills: Knot tying, shelter building, climbing and acrobatics, food-finding, and general Games training.
Flaws: Florescent is unsure of her abilities, a product of her strenuous training with hard teachers who devalued her skills daily, and is self harming, injuring herself willingly to gain attention. Finally, she has trouble working the crowd to her favor in ways other than a show of skill.

You know, one thing that's my pet peeve when it comes to Hunger Games RPs(Very limited peeve, I know), are the people who name their character normally. In all of the series, the only people with a name that people would give in this time period was Johanna Mason and Anne Cresta.

Other than that, you'd never see any decent parents these days naming their kids 'Thresh', or 'Cato', or god help 'Marvel'. Same vise versa. You'd never see people I'n Panem name their children 'Kyle', or 'Vivian', and especially not 'Daniel'.

Ok, maybe I'm a stickler about this, but it irks me when present day names are given to people in a series about the future.

Tribute Appearence: Dark brown hair, hazel eyes, tan complextion, strong body, 6'1", usually frightens off smaller people

Biography:

Kyle grew up in a lonely cabin off in District 7, where as a child he actually was forced to become a lumberman and create paper. Hatred for the Captiol increased as his parents were killed in a lumbering accident, leaving to himself in the cabin, fending of animals that have escaped District boundaries. He was lost to society when he was 9-12, but was discovered by expanding construction workers, who brought him back to the center of the District, where he made paper effortlessly. He continued to practice with the knives in his broken down apartment and was renounded for his tree chopping skill, attributing to his strength.

Weaponry Skills: Extremely good at axe and knife throwing, fair at swords.
Other Skills: Is stronger than most and is intelligent in foliage and Capitol fauna.
Flaws: Doesn't trust others, other than his District tribute, has a distaste(how he puts it, really a fear) for Careers, along with going into fits of rage at times.
