Honestly though, I don't mind that at the moment. Makes my life a little easier that every RP I'm in currently is moving slowly. Though I have this feeling that this one won't move slowly when it starts:P

Here's a taste of Johns abilities:

John looked down from his perch on the ledge of a small apartment as three hoodie clad men gathered around the door to the building. One drew a crowbar and let a tiny chuckle slip, it was the last noise he’d ever make. As the end of the crowbar made contact with doors lock the burglars took flight. They were suspended helplessly by John, he looked them over. All of them were scum. With a flick of his wrist the trio of criminals was disassembled at a molecular scale and their dust blown away in the wind, just more embers.

"Ro? I got it for you, okay? You can stop yelling at me now," Rachael called through the apartment door. She wasn't sure if Roxanne was in the apartment drinking or running around like an idiot trying to set everything on fire, but she was probably inside, judging by the heavy drum beat playing on an old, dusty stereo. It reminded Rachael of a heartbeat. When she mentioned that, Roxanne would always look at her like she was some kind of imbecile and rasp out that it was supposed to be a heartbeat.

"Get the fuck in then!" a voice shouted, almost desperately, from the other room of the flat. Rachael was still scared of Roxanne. Fire and water don't mix. She hurried along the musky corridor with a carrier bag in tow.
The room was disgusting. The floor had once been green. Now, it was covered in ripped clothes and shards of shattered glass, and was that urine Rachael could smell? Roxanne lay reclined on the musty old couch, clutching a bottle like it was the only thing that mattered to her. Knowing her nowadays, it probably was.
"Give." Roxanne's voice was almost guttural now, and her face was gaunt and lined. What with the food shortages, they were both thinner, but Roxanne looked terrible for it, probably because she usually refused to eat. Rachael was still a little chubby, but then she'd been overweight before. She placed the bag on the table, opening it to show Roxanne a loaf of bread and a few cans of beer, all stolen from the local newsagent. The owner wouldn't care. He was dead.
"What the fuck am I meant to do with this bunch of shit?" Roxanne demanded, pointing at the bread. Admittedly, it was a little mouldy, but what with everyone going hungry, it was as good as Rachael could do.
"For god's sake, Ro! It's bread! You eat it! Do you want to starve?"
"Dammit, Rae, I'd love to! You don't have anything you want to forget. You're just fucking perfect." Roxanne spat out the word like it disgusted her. "I have twelve years. When I could actually use fire, instead of it springing up and trying to kill me. I thought it was mine. I guess I was wrong. I was wrong about other things too." She gestured at the wall, covered with sketches of a person. "Like him. I thought he'd forgive me, but no. And then when I'm desperate to have him back because there's no-one better around, he's gone. And that's something else I need to forget. So Rachael, stop bringing me this food shit." She grabbed a can and gulped it down, then glared at Rachael. "What the fuck are you still doing here? Go to your fucking space school already!"

In other words, I have no idea what Ularn's doing, but joining in is fun.

Even if it was only a failed draft, this was fun to write. I'm going to leave it because it isn't my opening post. I wrote that ages ago :P

Tulsa, Oklahoma

“It’s not going to see us is it?”

“No it wo-”

“Ssshhh”

“Oh god it saw us!”

“Run, Ru-”

“MOM, DAD!”

The memory was burnt into John's mind and would never be removed. The images were less clear, for that he was thankful. Life had been so simple just months ago, that was until extra-dimensional beings overran half the planet and killed countless millions. The American Midwest was no exception to the bloodshed. Tulsa was a smoldering ruin left in chaos by the combat and subsequent looters.

The very air smelt acrid and riddled with death. It hadn’t rained in weeks, well not water anyways. Embers were constantly drifting down to Earth like little snowflakes of flame. It would have been beautiful in a different time and place. John hated fire, it was a perversion of nature and justice. Killing indiscriminately and without reason or regret. Fire was a monster with no purpose in this world. Gravity, a constant of the universe and life. It holds the world together, keeps everybody on a equal field.

John had a special understanding of gravity. A very personal understanding of the force that binds the universe together. The doctors couldn’t explain it, the scientists had one theory, not a very good one. It had something to do with John’s ability to influence dark energy by mental actions. All he knew, was that he could control it. He had discovered his power during the attack, two of the creatures attacked his family. They killed all of them, as they came after him something clicked in his brain. Without second thought or speculation he compacted one of the creatures into the size of a pea. The other didn’t have time to react before his atoms were moved away from each other and he was turned into a cloud of gas.

That was when John had discovered the talents he had unlocked. Since then he had been enforcing his own brand of justice in the lawless city. Some may say that he was a criminal himself. He would reply “Justice is more important than the law.”

Just got an AWESOME idea for a demonish evil character after reading an odd medical case where a man in India was 'pregnant' with his twin, which he absorbed in the womb. The twin however, while lacking a brain, was attachted to his main artery and grew in size. Of course, my character remained very much alive brain-wise and burst out chestbuster style.

Also, William will be raiding Vincenzo's weapons stashed in the armory on a regular basis. Nothing's really off-limits. Although it'd suck if he got sucked into air-conditioning :{

Name: Gave himself the name 'Morbus', Latin for Death.
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Nationality: American
Height: Varies anywhere from a stout 5'2 to a slim 10'2
Weight: 500 pounds
Hair: None
Eyes: None, his face is devoid of any features besides his mouth. His eyes are under a layer of skin and he relies heavily on echolocation. He lacks actual ears, which instead are just holes in the side of his white head.
Costume (if any): A black suit with a black tie, white undershirt.
Abilities: Can turn into a liquid/slime-mold like critter, he can also sprout extra limbs/tendrils which can taper to a sharp tip that can punch through steel armor with ease. Can survive most injuries due to his ability to turn into a liquid (even decapitation) but is exceptionally weak to fire, which can cause him to evaporate in his liquid/slime 'mode'. He can generate more of his matter via cells splitting, but it's a somewhat hard process that requires a copoius amount of energy.
Alignment: Not so much of a Vigilante as an Anti-Hero.
Brief Bio: He's technically over thirty years old, as his brother slightly arbosrbed him as a fetus while in their mother's womb. Morbus' brain and parts of his body continued to develop in his brother's body however, their growth slowed. Once his brother reached puberty, Morbus' development increased rapidly, causing his brother to become 'pregnant' at the age of 18, to what would be equated to the second trimester. When his brother was twenty, Morbus had reached maturity as a fetus and snapped off his connection from his brother's aorta- damning him to a death within minutes. However, Morbus entered the stage of life dramatically, bursting from his brother's stomach in a violent explosion of blood, guts, and muscle. The baby then turned into its liquid state and slipped out of the hospital. Morbus largely educated himself, teaching himself Latin by shining intense light on a book as to be able to read. Over time, Morbus has fought crime occasionally, although it was largely for his own benefit and the criminals were killed in such a violent way that the fairly conservative town thought he was a demon.

I'll fill it out later though.

Excuse me, sir. Seeing as how the V.P. is such a V.I.P., shouldn't we keep the P.C. on the Q.T.? 'Cause if it leaks to the V.C. he could end up M.I.A., and then we'd all be put out in K.P.

Essentially you tear apart the molecular bonds with micro-singularities that last for a millionth of a second, but in that time the molecular make up of something is completely scrambled.

It's not. At a molecular scale, gravity is incredibly weak, while the electrostatic force is incredibly strong. Using gravity to molecularly disassemble something is like pulling a fully loaded semi uphill with your pinky finger.

Sorry, but creating millions of blackholes via mere thought? Do you have any idea the mass that would require?

True. A mountain turned into a black hole would be not much bigger than an atom. It would also dissipate almost instantaneously due to Hawking radiation.
