I haven't been here that long, but from what I have seen. I don't think that is the kind of precedent we want to set for ourselves in the rp. It seems like that Asgard wanted to create a friendly and welcome community, and vote kicking people does't seem like a good idea. It could be a very slippery slope to an "elitist" kind of community which won't be healthy for the growth of the rp.

^ This. If I recall correctly MA has only kicked one person, and then only because he godmodded in every single one of his posts, and was verbally abusive in the OOC.

I comprehend and accept that, but seemingly meta gaming, one liners, ignoring Asgard and other players requests. I am by no means an elitist, and I'd be okay with just about anyone who isn't constantly killing or trying to kill something.

Like I mentioned before, I almost feel like if you make a character that mindlessly thinks about killing people all the time while completely ignoring most of the groups opinion of trying to reason first, the students have a right to take them out in the simulation for their own safety and the safety of the group, and the school themselves have a right to either kill the student or throw them out the airlock if they get out of hand outside the simulation. But mostly the right being from the OP if the students do something so stupid there is no way they would actually reasonably be still alive or worth keeping on the station.

Isn't there a rule against one-liners, anyway? I'm really not a fan of one-liners and it makes you look lazy, especially when it feels like you are making your character completely ignore everything else going on.

I think there is a rule against ignoring the OP, too, but I haven't checked the OP in a while. Though I'm no really sure any of them specifically ignored them, because I've seen them make corrections when told to.

I think there is a rule against ignoring the OP...

The only place where one liners are ever really acceptable are: chat threads, F7 game threads, and RP's where there are no posting standards. And Super Hero High doesn't fit any of those bills.

And yes, in an RP, the OP should be considered an all powerful god. They can make whatever batshit crazy rules they want (not the MA does), and if you want to stay welcome in the thread you best obey them. Mods have been known to step in if a poster doesn't respect OP authority, and starts causing trouble.

I'm sorry for not posting for a while. My summer classes are both interrupting and I need to readjust to the six day schedule. If anyone's asking, Gregorio's taking his classes and waiting for the next mind enter, Suijin and Raijin are figuring out what's hazing their heads, Tobias are stopping Isaac, Antonio's older brother, from escaping, and Antonio's still in a coma for how many IC pages.

On the flag thing, I'm not Indian, I'm Filipino. I just choose it for basically aesthetics purposes, and the similarity to the Kershya flag I'm working on, sooner or later. And I hope the new guy would mellow out soon, if the earlier posts would be a preview for later posts.

Age: 17
Nationality: American
Height: 6ft, 2in
Weight: 150 Pounds
Hair: Dark Blue
Eyes: Blue
Costume (if any):
Abilities: The Flames of Purgatory
Subject: Magical Studies, Combat and Self-Defence. Also would like to be involved on Earth missions.
Brief Bio: Siris was a young prodigy, heralded as a bright mind of his generation. His parents moved with him to a small town at the age of 15. While taking a walk around the park he got attacked by a bunch of gang members. He then wiped out nearly the entire gang. He hid the event for a few months before his parent found out. They then looked a place where he could be live as they believed he was now a menace to society. They then found out about Superhero High and decided to send him there. However do to him being quite knowledgably on combat and his bright mind; he was assigned to be a teacher despite the young age. His eyes are normally half closed; when they are fully open, it usually means he is hiding behind his mask. In public he acts like an ordinary high school student; polite, kind and somewhat shy. However, when he does his "work", he completely transforms into a ruthless killer, who only kills what he deems "evil". Despite that he claims to not care about people, he has shown signs that he does care for people.

The Austro Hungarian Empire, when a character is denied, adding another power is never going to reverse the denial. Ask why you were denied, because that reason will never be "too few powers".

Removed one, and added a different one...although the replacement isn't an actual power.

I really do think the school may put hiring people with superpowers before hiring people with the actual degrees to legally teach and teach well. It is really the best way to explain why the school would hire murderers over people who actually went to college with education of others in mind. Considering Scott, the school really does not seem to care that much about teaching qualifications, so hiring a 19 year-old without any education experience would probably not cause people to bat an eye.

Scott was an ex-student, and proven leader through the Vampire Wars. He had the right experiences and skill set to teach new students about how to use their abilities ethically.
