He can be killed by unnatural means, but over time, he can be healed from the most grievous injury. The rate of regeneration is directly proportional to the severity of the injury and the amount of sustenance and rest he has had in the last seventy-two hours.
Alignment: Vigilante. Not a part of the "Heroes" group, but good regardless.
Brief Bio: Going by the singular name, "Blade", this man has been around for many years, living in the shadows and never coming into attention of the world. During the Vampire war, he used his weapon, the blade, in beheading many a foe; the countless lives that he saved earned him the nickname of "Savior" as he time and time again took down many a Vampire that tried to hurt the populace that were not being protected by the militia due to the chaos of the war. Every time that a community was to be rescued by militia, though, he would disappear with no sign left that he was there at all.

With the Vampires defeated and the world in chaos, Blade, again, disappeared... And local militias all around started hearing of a mysterious being aiding the weak, punishing the wicked, then disappearing again and again before he could be found...

Nobody knows of his real name, where he is from, or how old he is. Nobody has ever seen him without his mask on, although many have seen his crystal blue eyes and his free flowing white hair. Nobody has ever even heard him talk. He always travels with his armor, his numerous swords, and a pack that holds his provisions. Some people have sworn that they have heard him hum the same tune over and over again...

Then, he remembered a "friend" that he had had, a young man that had led the peoples of the Himalayas past the Vampires. He had helped this young man a bit back then. He sought for a way to send this lad a message, and succeeded by sending an e-mail from a public library.

Their regeneration garuntees that they can survive and heal. The problem is that they heal at the rate any other body would that survived the same ciurcumstances, and sometimes slower since their cells are effectively cancerous and have to be kept in check in order to prevent them from multiplying improperly (which sometimes fails). If anything, it means they could be tortured to extremes and become hostages if sufficiently injured. If they are hit by a TOW missile, they are out of the fight anyway you cut it should it not be an especially long battle that actually gives them time to recover from getting hit with a TOW missile. The power is more about lore than something entirely useful. It is like a less potent version of Baccano!'s immortality.

It would take somewhere under two decades of multiplication to regrow back to where the body was previously. As I said, the power was more about lore than anything of immediate use. I would equate it with a less-useful version of Baccano!'s immortality.

I think she should regrow her body, it would just take about 10 - 20 years if nutrion was provide through the bloodstream.

Right. Magic. CHRAM can't learn it.

Hmm. Not sure. Though, with her combat training and other abilities, I doubt that problem will ever present itself.
Probably her body would die, and her head would start regrowing a new body, which depending on the environmental circumstances, could take anywhere from one year, to an eternity. Or she might just die. I've not quite decided yet.
