Also, Ende - do you know one of the best things about UNIT?

They almost always deploy the right amount of troops (slightly). That's something like a company in the first video, more than a platoon in the second, and upwards of a platoon in the last. And that's just what you see.

Remember that there would be at least a full platoon on site with us before we enter the sewers, and numerous other teams entering the sewers from other fortified locations - UNIT isn't stupid.

Actually, all three of those are good things. Except maybe the railgun.

As for the number of soldiers, I was planning that. There's going to be four or five other teams entering the sewers from various locations, as well around a platoon at the entrance.

Very good. Remember they'll either travel in trucks, Land Rovers or Some form of civvie vehicle. The first two would be used by Light Role Infantry, whilst the last one would probably be used by something like fire-arms officers, obviously the subtlety value depends on which one we use.

And, anyway - I've already been to the armoury and I've also not mocked the LC whilst he was present. (did call him a tosser though)

EDIT: or we could go in a Warrior, j4j. The description of the Warrior on ARRSE is as follows:

Great big thrumming beast of a thing with a big growly engine and full of blokes who, when not asleep or having a wank in the drivers compartment, are the best Infantry in the world.
Goes really quick anywhere you want to take it, and stops bloody sharp-ish too.
To compensate for its speed, presence and protection it is equipped with comedy weapons that need precognitive abilities (Think I'll need HE in three rounds time) or (when using the Chaingun), a patient and slow moving enemy, "firing now", BANG, clunk, "stoppage, feck hang on a bit - bollocks - dropped the spinny thing"

Sounds like it's perfect!

while a rail gun may be not be too much of a smart weapon or choice, it would certainly be fun taking out a group (or at least a line up) of cybermen

also note: I'm about to blow up the armoury
