but you only got your powers for a week so far, and only practiced them for that long, or less...

There can't be any choke holds or shit like that... maybe levitating a piece of food or plastic, but not full blown Vader...

Relax, he's not got enough finesse for that. He's strong enough to pick up things that he could normally pick up, but like I said, it's more like a giant mental spatula than a mental "hand".
