History(update): He was born to a rich Irish family in Ireland. His parents were killed by a drunk Fomor (Celtic sea-Demon), though he doesn't know this, and went to live with his insane New Ager aunt, Aisling (pronounced ASH-ling) in America. Next, Chapter 1 happened.
Now, since then he's become less reliant on money, though he's still quite vain, and... yeah.
Power 1: Control over water, slightly less control over moisture, slight control over temperature of water, control over objects with high concentrations of water in them (bar animals/humans), sensing water in his immediate area.
Power 2(optional, but must have mastered #1, aka my authority!): Transferring his consciousness to an animal (leaving his body defenceless) and taking control of its body (effectively erasing the animal's consciousness), as well as mutating its body; when he returns to his own body the animal dies.
Appearance: 6' 4"; buff (except for his right arm, which still aches when under stress); straight dark brown hair falling halfway down his back in a braid; dark brown eyes; slightly tanned skin; fine facial features.

History:Maeve obtained her powers months after the end of the First chapter. She really didn't know what had happened during that visit in the Celtic wing of the local museum, but in a few moments, she istantly acquired the knowledge of an ancient Inhabitant of Ireland, along with a very unstable behavior caused by the Riastrad. Soon, the CIA was chasing her, but Maeve managed to use her powers to escape them and proceed to travel all over the U.S. to avoid being captured. She spent most of her time as a travelling street musician, passing trough most of the states. Maeve and her flute had quite a lot of adventures, before she learned of the existence of a group of teen runaways who had experienced an empowring event like her. Thus, she decided to go and join forces with William's group, with the hope of finally foiling CIA's plans.
Power 1:Ildánach:Meaning "skilled in many arts",Maeve's power is a reflection of the skills of her Divine Ancestor.Lugh was at the same time a skilled warrior,artist,craftsman,musician and ruler.Maeve so inherits all the abilities of her Ancestor,including:Bare hands fighting,close combat with a sword or a spear,smithing,crafting,playing an harp and runic sorcery.
Obviously,being limited only to primitive arts at the start it's a drawback for Mauve,but it is remedied by the fact that her abilitiy to learn are greatly increased by his Ancestor's power.For example,she would learn to use a firearm like an army sharpshooter in a few minutes of firing it,instead of spending several time in the polygon to train herself.

Power 2:Ríastrad:Meaning "Warp Spam",the Riastrad was the legendary battle frenzy of the Irish hero Cù Chullain,a son of Lugh.In this state,he assumed a warped and grotesque form of his self for some time,becoming a lethal and skilled killing machine,at the cost of not being capable of distinguishing between allies and enemies
Luckily for anyone that finds Mauve attractive,her Riastrad form is much more similar to her normal appearance,except for being basically a living shadow with glowing red eyes.Mauve's Riastrad is activated after a particular rush of stress and/or rage happens in her.She still incurs in the risk of attacking her friends during her frenzy.

Geasa:They are obligations that Mauve is obliged to follow.The violation of a Geis can also cause her eventual death,while respecting it can raise Mauve's powers.

The Heroical Geis:Mauve is obliged to help the weak and anyone else in need that is near her.
and then,there's...The Feeding Geis:Mauve can't eat meat made from a dog.

History: Tommy is a skate punk from Osaka. He isn't much of a serious person, but is extremely good hearted. He was a drifter before he gained his powers, and not very pleased with the treatment the FBI made of the rest of the teenagers, he chose to defect with a group of them. He now will help in whatever he can.

Power 1: Super strength, enhanced speed, uncanny martial ability (masters hand-to-hand-combat, melee weapons and ki attacks. Save for his second power, no elemental damage).

Power 2: Concentrating enough energy into his punches, he can create tornadoes.

Divine ancestor: For his first power, Sun Wukong. For his second power, Aiolos, king of the winds.

RP wise, Rose is the one who has uncovered the direct link between the powers. You essentially show the powers of the dominant god first, and then as your powers mature, things get a bit mixed up when the secondary powers manifest. All of the teens with powers will have two deities they derive their abilities from, but at first, they'll only use one. Rose is working on developing her own secondary abilities so that she can teach the others how to uncover and use their own.

Due to the distance from the mainland, it took a while for the government to show up in Hawaii, looking for people like Angela, even though she didn't know it yet. She had the horrible luck of her powers deciding to kick in recently, while the Aloha State was crawling with Feds. It wasn't in public, though. It was on a mostly-deserted trail, of which there are many in Hawaii. Deserted, except for a helicopter that showed up out of the blue. Escape was a bit tricky, but she managed to get on a small cruise liner bound for San Francisco.
