There are two engineers, Malshan has one and Sentinel has the other.
ABH, New Texas, and Nightkill are also making characters, ABH I know for certain will make a Witch, Texas I'm not sure but he probably will (Tex, if you're reading this, we need more Witches than engineers), and Nightkill is making two characters. One will be the base commander, but knowing him, there's a fair chance the second will be a Witch as well.

So that's 7 Witches, 2 engineers and a base commander. Remember, the 501st was actually rather large for a Witch squadron, and it only had 11.

11 will be the maximum. If we reach 11 accepted Witches (Or if we reach the third page), I will stop accepting new Witches.

According to Word of God, Striker units need to be touching, or extremely close to, the skin in order to work. And the uniforms lack pants so the can get into the air faster.

Skirts don't hold tightly enough to the body to prevent from being blown away.

And besides, don't worry. It's a seinen, this sort of stuff is normal.
