Don't forget Yuki has her power to magically enhance the force of all aspects of the missile. From it's speed to its impact, and even the force of the explosion.
Also Yuri's F-15 can carry twice the number of ordinance as Orlenda's striker.

And whoever drives the Leviathan has torpedoes (ie underwater missiles), a particle cannon, and has the ability to supercavitate (ie speed up to over 100mph underwater and then beyond, allowing for the maneuverability of a Striker in the air. Bullets can only get so deep before they shatter. But the particle gun can shoot at any angle, and the platform can be equipped with various SAMs.
