It means you can't just insert the image using the [img] and [url] codes as per normal. Sites like Danbooru do not allow you to show the image on NationStates or any other site. You'll have to download the image, post it in image-sharing websites like Photobucket before hotlinking the image from there.

Edit: Hetland 2, I just want to point out that the striker part of the F-15S is not visible from the outside of the plane, an onlooker or witch flying ahead of it would think it looks just like a normal F-15E Strike Eagle.

Don't worry about it. She's just calling the plane ugly in a very descriptive manner. the "Striker envy" comment was basically just saying that the boys wanted to fly with the witches. As for the "New" comments... Maria knows a new plane when she sees one.

I don't know how but they somehow ended up with the squadron, slight inconsistency but that's how it is at the moment and it would be to much of a pain to change it to be consistent.

Biography: Heinze is an intelligent man who came from a family of witches of which he was the only son, and the youngest along with hes twin sister. Because of this Heinze was shunned and disregarded for all of his child hood. One by one his sisters went off to join the military until he was the only one left. When this happened his parents shipped him off to boarding school, which he graduated with top marks. Many times through his child hood however he almost committed suicide, but was stopped each time. After graduating high school Heinze decided he was going to show his family that he was capable of doing something. With the help of friend's, teachers, and high ranking military relatives who actually cared about him, Heinze managed to get a Liberion visa and enough money to enroll in MIT where he was accepted and in four years graduated. He then enrolled again and received his bachelors degree four years later. When he was done with his bachelors Heinze went home again. As an intelligent scientist he was soon picked up by the military and worked with other scientists on many international programs such as the Eurofighter Typhoon striker unit and other similar projects. When the whole Neuroi thing began and he heard of the formation of the new Five O First he finished up the program he had been working on as fast as possible and signed up for the engineering and R&D teem.

Heinze is slightly paranoid and always carries a loaded gun with him, though his days of suicide and self doubt are long since past.

I thought I would do this since I noticed a lack of Engineers. Also Malshan I was thinking that Heinze and Gustav may have met at sometimes and are kind of buddies, or maybe enemies.

Biography: Katsumi is a tall, quiet woman born in a small island near Fuso to a Liberian missionary father and Fuson mother, Katsumi grew up almost constantly by the sea, frequently telling her father and mother, she was "going to marry the ocean." A child prodigy, she easily grew smarter than most everyone on the island and soon left for higher education. Using her connections on the island, she left the island for a higher education. As this happened her magic began to reveal itself. To her surprise she found her magic was strong but also backed up by a massive quantity of it, however even with her familiar, couldn't keep her magic under raps and its constantly leaking out. As a result her teeth are constantly in shape of large, sharp fangs. She also found out to her displeasure, due to her familiar's unusual attributes, she could not become a Witch, as one requires two legs to be a Witch. As a result she was admitted into the engineering division, under special conditions and proved herself quite capable at handling herself. During these first few years she acquired a case of androphobia, the cause of which is unknown and only applies to grown men (she's fine with kids). She works as a lifeguard in her off time.
She transferred to the 501st's base around the same time as Maria and the two became good friends, both had been affected in some way by others and Maria's vague familiarity with Fuson made conversing easier on the two of them. Maria affectionately refers to her as Captain Shachi.
Side note: Her legs become a tail when her familiar is active.

Well, she's got the magic antenna, she probably couldn't help but pick up the chatter while scanning for Neuroi frequencies.

And just a question, Malshan: How could you be part of the Warlock Project when the incident happened like in 1944 (a.k.a. the same time as RL World War II)? The Second Neuroi War basically took the place of World War II in the SW timeline. I think I remember watching the show lampshade this at one point, stating how their equivalent of WWII would have occurred if not for the alien attack.
