So...

The PC's headed to Caesar's Palace under the direction of one of the monster hunter guys, where they were told they would find a hide-out. Mark and Earl also went under the instructions of the Dragon, going to what Hailey and Annette were meant to (but they were both sent away by S). Sometime before this, Peter (Astro's character), got turned into a were-sphinx-kind of thing. Basically, Fred, Damien, Vernon, and Peter got separated from everyone else, and met Mark. Peter went were-sphinx and attacked Damien, who, as the Strix, was his archenemy. They fought for a little bit until Vernon, who you may or may not know is a wizard now, zapped them with some lightning. Mark found a magic elevator that appeared out of thin air, manned by a golem. Naturally, because Mark was an idiot, he got in, and was knocked out. An Amara Havana attacked the PC's who had been with Mark, while its friends went about slaughtering all of the people in the casino. Vernon fainted, due to the strenuous nature of magic, during this fight, leaving Fred and Peter to save his ass (Damien was also passed out from his short match with Peter). One of the Havana, a half-Native American, half-Indian, man with a mohawk who called himself "Sir" (this is what happens when you don't sleep in a few days and Nightkill isn't on to stop you), showed up and vaguely threatened Fred vaguely with vagueness. Then, he disappeared, and Maxatos showed up with a van to get the PC's the fuck out of there. Unfortunately, the PC's were assaulted by pursuing police officer, and Max and the driver were killed by a loose cannon who doesn't play by the rules, set either by the department, common sense, or physics, because he shot his partner and jumped from a moving vehicle onto another. Fred was forced to drive them to a safehouse that he was given directions to by the driver, where they met an Anvari medic that healed Vernon and Peter but couldn't do anything for Damien. Vernon entered Peter's mind to help him deal with the personal issues troubling him, but only ended up separating Peter's good side from his body in some kind of psychic-ghost-thing.

Meanwhile, Earl found Catrin in Caesar's before the Havana showed, and they were attacked by the Anvari ("But aren't those the good guys?", you ask. Exactly.), who, surprise surprise, wanted to murder Vernon. They were pursued into the hotel portion of the casino by them, followed by a mysterious Havana woman. After killing the Anvari, Earl and Catrin were KO'd by the golem (known as the Attendant), and taken into his rape-y elevator of rape. The Attendant took the three, who will be called the Guardians of the Dragon from here on in, into a giant cavern which happens to be his wife, creatively named the Wife. Inside the Wife is the Altar, which, when touched, manages to throw Mark backwards a few feet and turn the Attendant into a murderous douche. The Wife and the Attendant attack, and, through some stroke of luck, everyone gets out of her alive. Well, except a rapping firebending samurai vampire (Night's idea, which makes me think the whole "drop meth" thing isn't going over so well), but he isn't important. Just annoying. After a short OOC argument, because this is still a Nightkill RP, the Guardians met some of the Sons of Judas, who, if you remember, worship the Dragon, despite them being named after a Biblical figure. By then, the whole casino was surrounded by a fuckton of police, because people tend to notice when evil vampires shoot at people and murder an entire casino. By tapping into the power of the Altar, one of them manages to make the police go to sleep for a couple of hours, allowing them to escape. However, the Wife, who is apparently a normal statue when she doesn't have people inside her, attacked, and killed Mark. Luckily, they got the Altar out of her, so that's good. The Guardians left, and soon enough, a few Sons collected the Altar from Caesar's. The Guardians and entourage went to that old hotel Gabriel frequented, which is run by a Son, and slept.

Nine hours of timeskip later, the Anvari medic's friends showed up at the safehouse, and explained to the PC's there (whom Vernon has dubbed "Team G") that a large sect of Anvari has broken off from the rest after Sachin disappeared, a sect that blames Team G for said event and is looking to kill them. Psychic-Ghost-Peter suddenly gets a vision explaining that Gabriel is in danger, and, because Vernon is Vernon, he figures out that something must be attacking outside of the Librarian's house, which was abandoned after the original were-sphinx attacked and murdered the Librarian. They head there and find Gabriel, who is attacked and killed by one of the smoke monsters from Arc 1, and said smoke monster is soon joined by eight buddies. They trash the PC's van and kill Damien, who is quickly replaced by Nicodemus Patrick Harris, David Tennant doppelganger and NEI's new character. Nicodemus wakes up in the Anvari's trunk, with a gun strapped to his inner thigh, which was quite clearly my idea. The Anvari's car is attacked by the smoke beasts and Nicodemus rolls out while mumbling about hookers as the Anvari are murdered horrifically just behind him. The Strix tries to posssess Ivan, a Russian monster hunter guy who had interrogated the captured Son with Gabriel, but Ivan forced him back with magic. The Strix then settled for Nicodemus, and Nicodemus went Strix to battle the smoke monsters. Vernon, meanwhile, flew for a little bit with magic, and then passed out, and then woke up. Peter managed to kill his evil side and take back his body, all while going Sphinx and fighting smoke beasts. Fred crashed the car he was riding solo in, straight into a dragon. The dragon threw a shitfit and blew the car up, but Fred managed to escape. Fred then killed the dragon by blowing it up with fire breath powers, stabbing it with the magic kukri (which was destroyed by its acid blood), and smashing its head to pieces with foot powers. He then got cocky and tried to do it again, only for his leg to be bitten. Vernon, meanwhile, used lightning to kill another dragon, but has been separated from the rest and no one saw. At the same-ish time, a new player named Ende joined, and S brought his character in by basically sending him into battle, unarmed, but he has managed to fight off dragons for now. However, Ende's schedule is weird, so his character has been separated from the battle for now. His name is Karl.

There were 9 dragons, but now there are 7.

1 was killed by Fred with the kukri.

1 was blown up by Vernon.

1 is biting Fred.

2 are attacking Peter.

2 are fighting Karl.

2 are fighting Nicodemus.

For the Guardians, they are sent to the police HQ by the Sons, because the Caesar's security tapes threaten to reveal their faces to the police, and that would be VERY, VERY BAD! While there, Earl met S, who gave Earl Karl's stolen bookbag (which contains Karl's gun) as well as a cellphone which only turn on when he returns it to its owner. Meanwhile, Catrin manages to get lost in the men's room, and find a cop. The cop pursues her as she goes to Earl, who knocked the cop out, because Earl Mason doesn't give a fuck. Immediately, their Son escort is killed and drops the tapes, while two police officers attack. One grabbed the tape while both shot at the two, and their other two Son escorts blew up a wall to try and get them out of there. Earl is now struggling with the one who doesn't have the tapes, while Catrin uses her spider powers to web him up.

The Guardians are in the servitude of the Dragon, yes, but only because they have to be. The Sons are forcing them to be, and no one is really sure if the Dragons are even evil. The only person's word they have is G's.

So, really, they're just going with the flow. They haven't fought Team G yet. But, basically, yes.
Knowing Vernon? Like Big Mac and petroleum.
